ASH FLT IAD-CAE, PAX DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND CABLE STICKING OUT OF THE DOOR AND WAS UNABLE TO OPEN IT FROM OUTSIDE. MX OPENED THE DOOR AND REPOSITIONED CABLE AND OP CHECKED THE DOOR GOOD.
