DURING CHECK-C MAINT THE RIGHT WING OTBD FLAP LOWER SURFACE REPAIR STILL HAD DELAMINATION OF THE FIRST 14 IN BY 10 IN REPAIR ON OTBD SIDE. INSTALLED 250 DEGREE HOT BOND PER SRM 57-53-01, PAGE 20 FIG 201.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT THE RT WING OTBD FLAP LOWER SURFACE REPAIR STILL HAD DELAMINATION ON INBD SIDE, 25 IN BY 12 IN REPAIR ON LOWER INBD CORNER. INSTALLED A 6 1/2 IN DIAMETER HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-07.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT THE RT WING FLAP LOWER SURFACE, SECOND REPAIR INBD OF OTBD FLAP FLAIRING DELAMINATED. REMOVED 2 IN BY 4 IN SKIN AND 3 IN BY 6 IN OF DELAMINATED SKIN. DRESSED AREA AND INSTALLED A 3 IN BY 6 IN AND 5 IN BY 8 IN OVERLAY 250 DEGREE HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-07. APPLIED PRIMER.

DURING CHECK-C MAINT ON THE LT WING THE INBD FLAP TOP INBD AND 1 FOOT FROM INBD END, HAD 3/4 INCH DELAMINATION 6 IN FROM T.E. INSTALLED A 6 IN DIAMETER METAL HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-10.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT THE LOWER SURFACE OF THE RT HORIZONTAL STAB HAD DENT APPROX. 1.5 IN BY 1.5 IN BY 0.080 DEEP, SIX FEET OTBD FROM FUSELAGE. INSTALLED 5 IN DIA METAL TO METAL BOND DOUBLER PER SRM 51-70-10, PAGE 1 AND PAGE 30, FIG 3. PRIMED AND PAINTED.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT TOP OF RT WING INBD T/E FLAP SURFACE STRUCTURE HAD A DENT OF APPROX 1.75 IN LONG AND 1 INCH WIDE BY 1/16 IN DEEP. REPAIRED WITH METAL TO METAL HOT BOND PER SRM.
THE EGRESS LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE ON THE LT SIDE OF FIRST CLASS. A LAMP HAD SHORTED AND CAUSED THE POWER SUPPLY TO DISCHARGE. REPLACED THE LAMP AND POWER SUPPLY, (P/N 5822-43). CHECK-C 8-22-00.
THE EGRESS LIGHTS IN FIRST CLASS ON LT SIDE OF CABIN WERE INOPERATIVE. REPLACED THE POWER SUPPLY. CHECK-C 8-22-00 LAX.

DURING CHECK-C MAINT ON THE RT WING LEADING EDGE THE NUMBER 10 SLAT HAD DELAMINATION ON TOP SIDE OF THE TRAILING EDGE WEDGE, SEVENTEEN INCHES FROM THE O/B END OF THE SLAT. INSTALLED METAL TO METAL HOT BOND 12 INCHES BY 27 INCHES, ON OUTER SKIN AND 6 INCHES BY 21 INCHES ON INNER SKIN, PER SRM 51-70-10, PARA 2L PAGE 35.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT, NUMBER 1 SLAT WAS DELAMINATED. REMOVED DELAMINATION, SKIN AND MOISTURE. INSTALLED FILLER AND 7 INCH BY 14 INCH DOUBLER METAL TO METAL HOT BOND PER SRM 51-70-10 AND SEALED EDGE.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT THE RT WING O/B FLAP, 5 FEET I/B OF O/B CANOE AND 6 INCHES FWD OF TE FLAP, AREA 3 IN BY 3 IN DELAMINATED. APPLIED CONDUCTIVE COATING AND PRIMED PER SRM 51-24-02. PAINTED PER SRM 51-24-00. APPLIED 7 IN BY 5 IN PATCH PER SRM 51-70-05. REMOVED DAMAGE, CLEANED AND INSTALLED 5.5 IN BY 4.5 IN, HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-05.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT, THE LEFT WING NUMBER 1 LE SLAT ROUND PATCH TOP OF SLAT AT CENTER, 5 INCH DIAMETER WAS DELAMINATING. INSTALLED HOT BOND REPAIR WITH FILLER SKIN 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER AND OVERLAY METAL DOUBLER TO 5 INCH DIAMETER PER SRM 51-70-10.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT, THE RT WING O/B FLAP, 10 INCHES FROM O/B END AND 2 INCHES FROM TE BOTTOM OF FLAP, THE FLAP HAD DELAMINATION APPROXIMATELY 3 IN BY 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER. INSTALLED 8 INCH BY 9 INCH 200 DEGREE WET LAYUP REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-17.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT, THE RT WING O/B FLAP HAD DELAMINATION BOTTOM SIDE 3 INCHES I/B OF O/B CANOE AND 6 INCHES FWD OF THE TE A 3 INCH BY 3 INCH AREA. INSTALLED A 9.5 IN BY 3.5 IN HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-07. PRIMED AND PAINTED PER SRM 51-10-00.
DURING CHECK-C MAINT, THE RT WING O/B FLAP, 12 FT I/B OF O/B CANOE, 6 INCHES FWD OF THE T/E HAD DELAMINATION IN TWO AREAS THAT WERE ONE INCH IN DIAMETER. INSTALLED A 9 INCH BY 9 INCH HOT BOND REPAIR PER SRM 51-70-07. APPLIED PRIMER AND PAINT PER SRM 51-10-00.

THE CABIN EGRESS LIGHTS AT ROWS 11 TO16 ON RT SIDE STAYED ON ALL THE TIME. SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKED NORMAL. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. CHECK-C 4-7-99 LAX.
THE CABIN EGRESS LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE FROM ROW 10 TO 15. REPLACED THE BATTERY PACK. CHECK-C 4-7-99 LAX.
FOUND EGRESS LIGHT STRIP INOPERATIVE ON RT SIDE BY CABIN SEATS 19-8 TO 22-8. SECURED LOOSE LIGHT STRIP CONN AT SEAT 22-8. CHECK-C 9-23-98 LAX.
JFK - DURING MAINTENANCE CHECK OF THE AIRCRAFT, THE EGRESS LIGHTS WERE FOUND FLASHING FROM ROW 30 TO ROW 35 AFT RT SIDE OF CABIN. REPLACED BATTERY PACK. CHECK-C 3-27-98 LAX. (X)
LGW - DURING CRUISE, BOTH FORWARD AND AFT FUEL PUMP LOW PRESSURE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH FORWARD AND AFT FUEL PRESSURE SWITCHES, MFG P/N 7G110-3. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL. (M)
JFK - DURING CRUISE E6 OVEN EMITTED SMOKE. TURNED OFF OVEN. FOUND DEBRIS IN OVEN. REPLACED OVEN, MFG P/N 8201-11-0000. OVEN OPERATION THEN CHECKED NORMAL.
LAX - FLT NR 15 - DURING CRUISE LEFT AISLE EGRESS LIGHT AT SEAT ROWS 30 TO 35 AND L3 DOOR, ILLUMINATED. CYCLED SWITCH AND BACK TO ARMED. FOUND POWER SUPPLY, MFG P/N 5822-43, FAULTY. REPLACED POWER SUPPLY AND EGRESS LIGHT SYSTEM OPERATION CHECKED NORMAL. (M)
