OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME CONDITIONAL INSPECTION C/W IAW AMM 05-51-56, UPON FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING DISCOVERED RIGHT TAXI RUNWAY TURN OFF SWITCH CONNECTOR MELTED AT P5 PANEL. SKIN AT STATION 1180 RT SIDE HAS A GOUGE WHERE WING TO BODY FAIRING MOUNTS. REMOVED FASTENER, REWORKED AREA, INSTALLED NEW FASTENER AS REQUIRED & RESTORED FINISH IAW SRM GUIDELINES & SR 3-3261261089.
MAIN DECK CARGO DOOR, FWD 6 LOCK LATCHES SHOWING RED WHEN DOOR IS LOCKED. PERFORMED MAIN DECK CARGO DOOR ADJUSTMENT TEST IAW SFMM 52-32-00 & EO 6752A022.
GEAR DISAGREE WITH ALL GEAR INDICATED GREEN. EICAS GEAR DISAGREE AMBER GEAR LIGHT ON, WENT OUT AFTER LDG. PERFORMED FIM BITE FOR FAULT CODE 32-30-13-00, FOUND FAULT CODE 422 LG LEVER DOWN. INSTALLED GEAR PINS & CYCLED GEAR HANDLE SEVERAL TIMES. OPERATIONS CHECKED NORMAL EVERY TIME IAW AMM SUBTASK 32-31-01-714-020, FIM 32-09 FAULT TREE 805, AMM 32-61-03 & AMM 32-61-02. NO FAULTS FOUND, OK FOR SERVICE.
