GAINED ACCESS TO SEAT 5 AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT AND STARTED GETTING ACCESS FOR R/R.OBSERVED INOP LIGHT ASSY CABLES HAD MULTIPLE ZIP TIES ALONG ITS PATH. HAD TO REMOVED SEAT 5 LOWER COVERING PANELS AND HOUSING IN ORDER TO GAINED ACCESS TO THEM.ONCE ACCESS WAS OBTAINED, REMOVED ALL SECURING ZIP TIES AND REMOVED INTERMITTENT EMER AISLE LIGHTS UNDER SEAT #5 P/N: CLE109-01-30, S/N 269001612. INSTALLED P/N: CLE109-01-30, S/N: 202400000039395, NEW LIGHT ASSSY.RETURNED SEAT LOWER COVERING BACK TO ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION AS REQUIRED. SEAT OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.IAW CE-680A AMM 33-50-00, 33-50-06. ALL LIGHT OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
ENGINE VIBRATION FELT BETWEEN APPROX. 10000 AND FL260 DURING CLIMB AND LEVEL FLIGHT SEGMENTS. TO A LESSOR EXTENT, THE VIBRATION IS FELT DURING THE DESCENT AT APPROX. THE SAME ALTITUDES. PERFORMED LH & RH ENGINE TRANSIENT VIBE SURVEY. NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW EMM 71-00-00. ORIGNAL SUBMISSION DATE: 1/16/2025

MAIN DOOR CLOSES HALFWAY, THEN FAILS TO CLOSE. FOLLOWED CRH STILL DOES NOT CLOSE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: RESET THE DOOR USING THE OVER RIDE SWITCH . PERFORMED THE OPENING AND CLOSING OPERATIONAL CHECK SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE680A AMM 52-10-00.
ON TAKE OFF LANDING GEAR SELECTED UP LOT OF SHIMMY FROM NOSE GEAR. THEN GOT GEAR DISAGREE L R N 3 YELLOW DOWN WOW MISCOMPARE CASS MESSAGE. RAN X2 WHICH LEAD TO N 2. GOT 3 GREEN DOWN AND TOWER CONFIRM GEAR APPEARED DOWN. INSPECTED NLG WIRING HARNESS AND GS014 SQUAT SWITCH. FOUND RESISTANCE CONTINUITY TO BE INCONSISTANT. PER ARES DOWNLOAD TO INDICATE THE GS014 SQUAT SWITCH TO BE FAULTY. ACCESSED NLG SQUAT SWITCH HARNESS & REMOVED. REPLACED (SG014)WBA NOSE SQUAT SWITCH WITH NEW UNIT. OPS & GEAR SWINGS CHECKS GOOD. NO CAS MSGS AT THIS TIME. MX IAW MM32-60-10, 32-60-00, 32-30-05.
MAIN DOOR: UNABLE TO MOVE THE DOOR HANDLE IN LOCKED POSITION AFTER CLOSING THE DOOR. //SIGNOFF// T/S MAIN CABIN DOOR. CONFIRMED DOOR HARD TO CLOSE. T /S FURTHER. FOUND UPPER FORWARD DOOR LATCH STRIKER TO BE MIS-ALIGNED CAUSING DOOR TO BIND WHEN CLOSING, ADJUSTED UPPER FORWARD DOOR STRIKER PLATE AS NEEDED. PER.FORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN DOOR LOCKING HANDLE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO MOVE TO THE LOCK POSITION. FEELS LIKE ONE OR MORE LOCKING PINS ARE MISALIGNED. // SIGNOFF// PERFORMED GVI OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR AND RELATED COMPONENTS. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED MULTIPLE OPS CHECKS OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR. OPERATION CHECKS GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IAW CE-680A AMM 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR: UNABLE TO OPEN THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE WITH BATTERIES CONNECTED. ONCE THE BATTERIES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED AND THEN RECONNECTED, THE MAIN DOOR CAN BE OPENED FROM OUTSIDE. REMOVED MED STEPS. REF. MM 52-10-50. REMOVED MED THRESHOLD STEP. DISCONNECTED CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS AT CONNECTORS PC048 & PC027. VERIFIED CONTINUITY OF CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS. FOUND OPEN WIRE BETWEEN S - S OF CONNECTORS PC04 & PC027. REMOVED CABIN DOOR THRESHOLD HARNESS. INSTALLED NEW CABIN THRESHOLD HARNESS IAW 8130-3, APPROVAL PC4. ORIG SUB DATE: 12/5/2022
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: MAIN CABIN DOOR DIFFICULT TO CLOSE. // SIGNOFF// PERFORMED THE PAX: DOOR/ CABIN DOOR LATCH/LOCK SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED WITH REF. TO MODEL. 680A MAINTNANCE MANUAL 52-10-04. PERFORMED THE CABIN DOOR LATCH STRIKER RIGGING AND FOUND THE RIGGING TO BE CORRECT BUT THE FWD UPPER AND MID STRIKERS TO BE LOSE AND NOT TORQUED DOWN AT ALL. TORQUE ALL OF THE LATCH STRIKER ECCENTRIC BOLTS TO 25 FOOT-POUNDS. PER PERFORMED SEVERAL OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE DOOR FROM INSIDE THE CABIN AND OUTSIDE WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED WITH REF. TO MODEL 680A MAINTENANCE MANUAL 52-10-00.
MAIN DOOR HANDLE: THE MECHANICAL CLOSING HANDLE BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE PLANE INITIALLY BINDS UP DURING FIRST PART OF MOVEMENT. WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO OVERCOME THE BINDING AND CLOSE THE DOOR. // SIGNOFF// INSPECTED THE DOOR HANDLES WITH THE DOOR OPEN AND EVERYTHING FELT SMOOTH. CLOSED THE DOOR AND FELT SOME SLIQHT RESISTANCE. FOUND TWO DOOR PIN SOCKETS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. ADJUSTED DOOR SOCKET SLIQHTLY. OPS CHECKS QOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE-680A AMM CH 52-10-00 .
DURING STATIC T/O POWER APPLICATION AT APPROX 90 PERCENT N1, RT RUDDER MOVED FWD UNCOMMANDED, THEN RUDDER BIAS LIGHT ILLUMINATED. INSPECTED RUDDER BIAS PLUMBING IN TAILCONE, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED RUDDER BIAS ACTUATOR. NO DEFECTS NOTED. C/W GROUND RUN, CONFIRMED THAT RUDDER BIAS FAILED. REMOVED AND REPLACED RUDDER BIAS CONTROL VALVE IAW MM 27-20-05. C/W GROUND RUN. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
FLIGHTDECK FILLED UP WITH SMOKE (ON GROUND)THIS HAPPENED WHILE ENGINES WERE NOT RUNNING, APU WAS RUNNING WITH APU BLEED AIR ON. SMOKE CAME FROM L AND R WEMAC. REMOVED AND INSTALLED APU IAW MM 49-10-00. PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF APU ALL CHECK GOOD IAW MM 49-10-02 OK TO INSTALL UPPER & LOWER APU ACCESS PANELS INSTALLED UPPER & LOWER APU ACCESS PANELS.
DURING THE TAXI, STARTED THE APU TO COOL THE CABIN DOWN, ONCE THE APU BLEED WAS TURNED ON DETECTED A SLIGHT OILY SCENT. AFTER APU WAS SHUTDOWN, SCENT WENT AWAY. FOUND APU OIL OVERSERVICED. DE-SERVICED TO CORRECT LEVEL IAW MM 12-11-03. REMOVED WATER SEPARATOR FOR CLEANING OF SOCK IAW MM 21-51-00 CLEANED WATER SEPARATOR SOCK, IAW MM 12-19-02 (REV 24) INSTALLED WATER SEPARATOR. IAW MM 21-51-00 (REV 22)OPS CK GOOD. LEAK CK GOOD. NO UNUSUAL ODOR NOTED.
DURING THE TAXI WE STARTED THE APU, ONCE THE APU BLEED WAS TURNED ON SMELLED A SLIGHT OILY SCENT. (K)

[SUP 4-19-07] JACKED AIRCRAFT, RAN LANDING GEAR UP & DOWN SEVERAL TIME NOTED LEFT MAIN GEAR DOWN & LOCKED LIGHT NOT ILUMINATING CHECK BULBS. FOUND BAD. REPLACED BULBS & CYCLED LANDING GEAR OPS CHECK GOOD REF CE560 M/M 32-01-00
SMOKE AND ELECTRICAL SMELL IN CABIN AFTER T/O. EMERGENCY PRESS ON AND AIR DUCT OVERHEAT CAUTIONS LIGHTS ON. ALL CAUTION LIGHTS OUT PRIOR TO LANDING. T/S RAN ENGINE OPS CHECKED A/C ENVIRONMENTAL SYS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED CABIN, PRESSURIZATION SYS NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED ACM AND DUCTING NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECK TEP SENSORS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FURTHER SMELL IN COCKPIT. CREW REPORTED THAT DISCREPANCY WENT AWAY BEFORE LANDING. DATA REF CE560XL M/M 21-51-00.
WHEN GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, RIGHT MAIN GEAR LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AND GEAR UNLOCKED LIGHT REMAINED ON. AFTER RECYCLING THE GEAR, THE GEAR LOCKED WITH RECEIVED THREE GREEN LIGHTS. JACKED AIRCRAFT CLEANED/RESEATED ALL GEAR WIRING CONNECTORS COMPLIED WITH (25) GEAR SWINGS NO FAULTS FOUND ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL DOWNJACKED AIRCRAFT. SERVICED MAIN HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR WITH SKYDROL MX IAW THE CE560XL MM CHAPTER 32-30-00
BRAKE PEDALS ARE SOFT AND GO TO THE FLOOR ON LANDING, ALSO ON POST AIRCRAFT INSPECTION THERE APPEARS TO BE A PUDDLE OF HYDRAULIC FLUID UNDER THE CO-PILOTS BRAKE PEDAL. FOUND CO-PILOTS LEFT BRAKE PEDAL VALVE HAS A BROKEN LINE AT TOP OF CYLINDER. REMOVED & REPLACED LINE. CLEANED AFFECTED AREA OF HYDRAULIC FLUID, BRAKE RESERVOIR SERVICED AND BRAKE BLED, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
WITH POWER AT TAKEOFF THRUST AIRCRAFT YAWS SHARPLY LEFT, POWER ON BOTH ENGINES MATCHED. RAN AIRCRAFT TO TAKEOFF POWER, TAXI CHECKED BRAKES, TOP CHECKED RUDDER BIAS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. FOUND RIGHT ENG ACCELERATING FASTER AND HIGHER THRUST THAN LEFT, COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM, SYSTEM OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
PERFORMED AILERON WING CABLE INSPECTION PER CESSNA ASL560XL-27-12, FOUND CABLES CHAFED/BROKEN BEYOND MANUFACTURER'S LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WING AILERON CABLES IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 27-10-03.
GEAR UNLOCK INDICATOR REMAINED ON AFTER GEAR RETRACTION. TROUBLESHOT TO NOSE GEAR NOT GETTING ON THE UPLOCK STRUT WAS NOT FULLY EXTENDED. PERFORMED A COMPLETE SERVICING OF STRUT IT IS NOW FULLY EXTENDED AND THE GEAR OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW MFG 560XL M/M CHAPTER 12-10-00.
