HARD LANDING ON NOSE GEAR. SPOKE TO CAPTAIN KELLY ON THE PHONE. HE CONVEYED THAT THE LANDING ON THE MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS VERY SMOOTH AND ROUTINE. THE NO SE GEAR TOUCHED DOWN NORMALLY, HOWEVER THE SPEED BRAKES WERE ON MEL AND DID NOT AUTO DEPLOY. A GUST OF WIND LIFTED THE NOSE GEAR BUT NOT OFF THE GROUND. FUEL CONFIGURATION LIGHT ON 1 HOUR INTO FLIGHT. FUEL IMBALANCE.
UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CABIN PRESSURIZATION. FORWARD EQUIPMENT COOLING FORWARD EXHAUST VALVE DUCT WAS FOUND SMASHED AND THE FORWARD EQUIPMENT COOLING OVERBOARD EXHAUST VALVE HINGE WAS CRACKED. THE DUCT AND VALVE WERE REPLACED. A FOREIGN OBJECT PENETRATED THE DUCT AND DAMAGED THE VALVE. THE SHOP FINDING OF THE REMOVED VALVE INDICATED THAT THE ACTUATOR OPERATED NORMALLY BUT THE HINGE WAS CRACKED. THAT COULD CAUSE MISALIGNMENT OF THE ACTUATOR DOOR.
