AFTER LANDING T/R & SPEED BRAKES NOT EXTENDED. POST FLT STAB IN TAKEOFF POS & HYD FLUID AT FULL. NO HYD ANNUNC ILLUM. VERIFIED ELECTRICAL POWER TO LOADING VALVE & FOUND IT AT 9 VOLTS, SHOULD BE 28 VOLTS AT PY044. CHECKED PCB, FOUND 1 COMPNT WARM & DISCOLORED. IAW WIRE DIAGRAM 32-30-01 FIGURE 02. INSP CONNECTOR, FOUND IT INTERFERED WITH PANEL, W/MISCLOCKED BACKSHELL. FOUND CHAFED WIRE. REPAIRED WIRE. OPS CHECKED FLAPS, SPEED BRAKES & MLG IAW MM 32-30-00, 27-51-00, & 21-61-00. FOUND ALL HYDS NORMAL, LOAD CONTROL VALVE OPEN & CLOSING.
DURING REPOSITION TAXI BRAKES FELT LIKE THEY WERE GRABBING. IT WAS HARD TO TELL WHICH SIDE. LANDING APPROX 20MIN PRIOR WAS NORMAL WITH NO CONTROL ISSUES. WHEN WE TURNED INTO PARKING THE PLANE STOPPED AND WE COULDN'T MOVE IT. THE LINE CREW REPORTED MORE THEN NORMAL SMOKE COMING FROM RIGHT WHEEL ASSEMBLY. WE ALSO NOTICED LIGHT SMOKE COMING FROM LEFT WHEEL ASSEMBLY. AFTER AIRCRAFT SAT FOR APPROX 30MIN 2 DRIPS, ONE SMALL ONE QUARTER SIZE OF BRAKE FLUID WAS UNDER LEFT WHEEL ASSEMBLY. BOTH WHEELS FELT HOT TO THE TOUCH WITH A BURNING SMELL AFTER SHUTDOWN. AFTER 45MIN BOTH WHEELS AND BRAKE ASSEMBLIES ARE STILL VERY HOT. THE LEFT FEELS HOTTER THEN THE RIGHT. INSPECTED BRAKES FOR LEAKS, NO LEAKS OBSERVED, SPUN WHEEL BY HAND NO DEFECTS NOTED WHEEL SPINS FREELY WITH NQ GRABBING, SET PARKING BRAKE AND RELEASED FIVE TIMES WHILE SPINNING WHEEL, PARKING DRAKE RELEASES NORMALLY, NO GRABBING, JACKED LEFT MAIN WHEEL AND.TRIED TO SPIN BY HAND, FOUND MAIN WHEEL WOULD NOT ROTATE, VERIFIED PARKING BRAKE WAS RELEASED, OPERATED BRAKES MULTIPLE TIMES AND WHEEL EVENTUALLY STARTED TO ROTATE, GAINED ACCESS TO PARKING BRAKE VALVE ANO VERIFIED PROPER RIGGING AND SMOOTH OPERATION, NO DEFECTS NOTED, POWERED UP AIRCRAFT AGAIN AND TRIED TO ROTATE LEFT MAIN WHEEL AND NOTICED WHEEL IMMEDIATELY LOCKED UP AS SOON AS BRAKE SYSTEM BEGAN TO PRESSURIZE WITH NO FORCE ON THE PEDEL AND PARKING DRAKE RELEASED, GAINED ACCESS TO BRAKE METERING VALVE AND OBSERVED LEFT INPUT CABLE CLEVIS BOLT WAS TO TIGHT AND NOT ALLOWING LEFT BRAKE LEVER TO FULLY RELEASE ON METERING VALVE, LOOSENED BOLT ON LEFT CABLE CLEVIS TO ENSURE IT CAN EASILY BE TURNED BY HAND, OPERRATED BRAKES AND FOUND SYSTEM OPERATING SATISFACTORY RESTORED ALL ACCESS ITEMS. TRIED ACTUATING HANDLE FROM INSIDE & OUTSIDE TO LOCK DOOR, DOOR WOULD NOT LOCK. EXAMINED INTERNAL LINKAGE. AFTER EVALUATION, DETERMINED THE SPADE DOOR HOOK LINKAGE WAS BROKEN. REMOVED BROKEN LINKAGE FROM DOOR. PERFORMED SEVERAL LOCKS & UNLOCKS SUCCESSFULLY WITH BROKEN LINKAGE REMOVED AND DOOR WORKS AS ITS SUPPOSED TO. INSTALLED NEW SPADE DOOR HOOK LINK ASSY. MAIN DOOR: UNABLE TO LOCK THE MAIN CABIN DOOR FROM THE INSIDE. WE WERE ABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR ONCE BUT HAD A VENT DOOR AND LOCKING HANDLE LIGHT INLLIMINATED ON THE 6 PAC. WE WERE UNABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT. THE HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE PAST THE 1 OCLOCK POSITION WHEN TRYING TO ROTATE IT TO THE LOCKED POSITION. // SIGNOFF// COMPLIED WITH OPERATION OF MAIN CABIN DOOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. RED EMERGENCY HANDLE WAS PULLED TO STOP THE ACFT. . TROUBLESHOT TO AND REPLACED POWER BRAKE SYS HYD PUMP ASSY MOTOR AND COUPLING WITH A REPAIRED MOTOR AND NEW COUPLING. OPS CHECKED GOOD. CLIMBING THROUGH 15,000 FT, THE CO-PILOTS SIDE PFD DISPLAYED AN ATTITUDE AND HEADING FAIL. SWAPPED AHRS REFERENCE UNITS FOR TROUBLESHOOTING. NO FAIL. SWAPPED BACK TO ORIGINAL POSITIONS. CHANGED CO-PILOT AHRS REFERENCE UNIT LCR-93 WITH INSPECTED UNIT. POWERED UP FOR 30 MINUTES WITH NO FAULT ALL WORK PERFORMED REF MM 34-21-01
AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN GEAR HANDLE PLACED IN UP NOSE WHEEL UNLOCK. RED LIGHT STARTED FLASHING AND THUMPING NOISE CAME FROM NOSE AREA. DURING ARRIVAL INSPECTION. RH MAIN UPLOCK SWITCH WAS FOUND DAMAGED PUT AIRCRAFT ON JACKS. REMOVED AND REPLACED DAMAGED UPLOCK SWITCH IN ACCORDANCE WITH CE-560XL-MM CHAPTER 32-30-05. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AT FL 320 ANTI-SKID ILLUMINATED STEADY THEN FLASHED RESET TO STEADY. WHEN GEAR WAS LOWERED, LOW BRAKE PRESS ILLUMINATED, FLASHING. CONDUCTED APPRORIATE CHECKLISTS, THEN LANDED USING EMER BRAKES, TOWED TO PARKING. T/S TO PWR BRAKE C/B. REMOVED & REPLACED PWR BRAKE C/B. BLED BRAKE SYS. RAN AIRCRAFT & TAXIED FOR OPS CHECK OPS CHECKED GOOD ALL WORK IAW CE560XL M/M 24-00-00 & 32-42-00
BRAKES FAILED, SED AIR BRAKES TO STOP. (M2B). REPLACED SKID CONTROL C/B PER 560XL MM CH 24-50-02. BLED AND PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK AND TAXI CHECK OF BRAKE SYSTEM. ALL CHECKS NORMAL.
