PLACARDS PULLED, MX PROCEDURES REVERSED. CLEARS MEL. REMOVED HYD SYS 1 ACCESS PANEL 195DL & FOUND ECOLOGY BOTTLE FULL, DRAINED HYD SYS 1 ECOLOGY BOTTLE IAW AMM 12-12-11-600-801-A. CLEANED AREA AROUND HYD SYS 1 AS REQ & PERFORMED LEAK CHK. NO OBVISIOUS LEAKS NOTED. SERVICED HYD SYS 1 TO LIMITS IAW AMM 12-12-01-600-801-A. RAN BOTH ENGS & ACTUATED ALL FLT CONTROLS. NO LEAKS FOUND. HYD SYS 1 QTY REMAINED STEADY. REINSTALLED HYD SYS 1 ACCESS PANEL 195DL AS REQ. NFDN. ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2276. FWD GALLEY OVEN SMELLS LIKE BURNT CIGARETTES. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INVESTIGATED FWD CALLEY OVENS, COULD NOT SMELL ANYTHING. RAN APU AND PACKS AND COULD NOT REPLICATE THE SMELL DURING THAT TIME. NO HISTORY LAST 30 DAYS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE. RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS REPLACED.
FORWARD PASSENGER DOOR (L1) FAILED OPERATIONAL CHECK (E17-52-11-40-700-801-A) DUE TO A JAMMED STRIKER PLATE. REPLACED THE STRIKER PLATE IAW AMM 52-11-53-400-801-A. CHARGED PNEUMATIC SYSTEM IAW AMM 52-11-51-614-801-A. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
FLIGHT 2035. ON APPROACH RECEIVED A HYD 2 LO QTY FOLLOWED BY THE HYD 2 LO PRESS MESSAGE. EMERGENCY DECLARED WITH ATC. LANDED SAFELY AND WAS TOWED INTO THE GATE. NO ADVERSE PASSENGER REACTION. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED NR 2 ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP. TIME SINCE NEW 6769 HOURS. DURING CHECKS THE LEAK CONTINUED AND WAS ISOLATED TO A HOSE. BOTH OF THOSE WERE REPLACED. FILTERS FOR THE CASE DRAIN AND THE PRESSURE FILTER WERE REPLACED. CHECKS GOOD AND AIRCRAFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2014. AS THRUST WAS APPLIED 40% N1 FUEL FEED FAULT (2) APPEARED ON EICAS. REJECTED TAKEOFF AND REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INFO ONLY RESET FUEL FEED FAULT (2) IAW AOM 1 2.8.25 AS DIRECTED BY MC 1075920 AND GPM 8.2.2.4 MESSAGE CLEARED. RETURNED TO SERVICE. NO PARTS REPLACED.
RIGHT INBOARD BRAKE TOP FASTENER LEAKING FLUID. FLUID SPRAYING FROM THE TOP OF FITTING. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. INSPECTED AND FOUND BLEEDER VALVE ADAPTER FITTING LEAKING. REMOVED BLEEDER VALVE ASSEMBLY IAW AMM 32-49-11-000-804-A. REPLACED ADAPTER O-RING WITH NEW PART FROM STOCK. INSTALLED ASSEMBLY INTO BRAKE IAW AMM 32-49-11-400-804-A. C/W OPS CHECK OF MAIN BRAKE, EMERGENCY/PARKING BRAKE SYSTEM IAW AMM 32-41-00-710-801-A, 32-44-00-710-801-A. OPS CHECK GOOD, LEAK CHECK GOOD. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2215- IN CRUISE AUTO BRAKE FAIL MASTER CAUTION APPEARED ON CAS FOR APPROXIMATLY 30 SECONDS AND EXTINGUISHED IT DID NOT REAPPEAR. PLACED ON MEL 32-41-02A. MEL CLEARED 5/9 BY INTERROGATED CMC FOUND FAULT CODE 32410003AM REPLACED THRUST CONTROL QUADRANT ASSY IAW E175 AMM 76-11-01-000/400-801 OPS TEST GOOD REF LP 1113162 FOR LLM RTS TEST AND STATEMENT. MTX PROCEDURES OF MEL 32-41-02 (A) REVERSED. PERFORMED MAIN BRAKE AUTO BRAKE SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW E175 AMM 32-41-02-720-801-A FUNCTIONAL TEST GOOD NFDN PLACARDS REMOVED MTX CTRL NOTIFIED THIS CLEARS DEFECT. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT 2270. CREW REPORTS SMOKE COMING FROM FWD OUTBOARD COFFEE MAKER. REMOVED FROM SERVICE. SYSTEM DEACTIVATED AND PLACED ON DEFERRAL. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FO OVHD LIGHT BULB EXPLODED ( COCKPIT/FLIGHTDECK/FLIGHT COMPARTMENT AND INSTRUMENT LIGHTING SYSTEMS ). REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED BROKEN FO'S READING LIGHT LAMP AND REPLACED IT WITH A SERVICABLE LAMP. IAW E175 AMM 33-11-03-000-801-A AND AMM 33-11-03-400-801-A. OPERATIONAL TEST GOOD IAW E175 AMM 33-11-00-710-801-A. THIS CLEARS DEFECT #1078104, MEL 33-10-00 MAINT PROCEDURES REVERSED, MEL PLACARDS REMOVED, MAINT CONTROL NOTIFIED. RETURNED TO SERVICE.
