DURING B INSPECTION, FOUND THE NR 2 AND 7 EMERGENCY LIGHTS ON FLOOR FAILED OPS CHECK. ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. R & R LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-50-12. THE OPS CHECKED GOOD. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3571 THE CREW REPORTED THAT DURING CRUISE THEY RECEIVED A HYD SYS 1 FAIL EICAS MESSAGE. THE CREW RAN CHECKLIST AND MONITORED THE SITUATION. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE DRIVEN PUMP NR 1. THE OPERATIONAL TEST CHECK WAS GOOD IAW EMB 145 AMM 29-10-03. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 2935 THE CREW REPORTED THAT AT APPROXIMATELY 16 MILES OUT FROM LANDING AT DFW THE OVERHEAD BAGGAGE SMOKE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE BAGGAGE EXTINGUISHER BUTTON WAS PRESSED RELEASING HALON IN THE C4 CARGO, ASSOCIATED BAGGAGE EXTBTL INOP EICAS LIGHT ILLUMINATED BAGGAGE SMOKE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED APPROX 12 MIN AFTER INVALID ILLUMINATION. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CARGO HIGH RATE FIREX BOTTLE. THE OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD IAW AMM 26-23-01. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING B INSPECTION FOUND THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT OVERWING EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBY IAW EMB AMM 33-50-10 IAW W/C 33-700-17. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

ON FLIGHT 3386 THE CREW REPORTED THE CAPTAINâS FLASHLIGHT HOLDER APPEARED BROKEN. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CAPT'S FLASHLIGHT HOLDER IAW EMB STANDARD PRACTICES 33-50-00. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 2751 THE CREW REPORTED THE FIRST OFFICERâS FLASHLIGHT WAS INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. RESEATED LIGHT BULB IAW ERJ AMM 33-51-01. NO PARTS REMOVED OR REPLACED. THE OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING MAINTENANCE INSPECTION FOUND THAT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE AIRCRAFT FORWARD EMERGENCY LIGHT WOULD NOT COME ON. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REPLACED BATTERY PACK POWER SUPPLY NR 2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH EMB AMM 33-50-04. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3880 CREW REPORTED AT FL360 AIRCRAFT STARTED TO DEPRESSURIZE. CABIN ALTITUDE WAS HOLDING AT 7700 FEET CABIN ALTITUDE STARTED CLIMBING AT 600 FPM CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING AT 10000 FEET. ACCOMPLISHED MEMORY ITEMS AND BEGAN EMERGENCY DESCENT. DESCENDING THROUGH FL340 CABIN LEVELED OFF AND STARTED DESCENDING. NO INDICATIONS OF DOORS OPEN FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTED AND NO UNUSUAL NOISES IN CABIN. CREW DECLARED A EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN PRESSURIZATION CONTROLLER IAW ERJ 145 AMM 21-32-01. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR ON FLIGHT DECK, NO SMOKE NOTED, DISAPATED AFTER 10 MINUTES. REMOVED DEBRIS IN FOWARD AVIONIC AREA. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW EMB AMM. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
