DURING CRUISE THE CREW REPORTED GETTING AN AMBER FUEL TANK TEMP ILLUM WITH ACTUAL TEMP -4/-5 FOLLOWED BY L-R FUEL LOW LEVEL WITH MORE THAT 9000 LBS REMAINING. AN EMERGENCY LANDING WAS MADE. UPON ACCESSING THE FUEL EJECTOR PUMPS IN BOTH WINGS, ICE WAS FOUND AROUND THE EJECTOR PUMP FUEL INLET. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THIS ICE WAS RESTRICTING THE FLOW OF FUEL INTO THE PUMP RESULTING IN A LOW LEVEL OF FUEL IN BOTH WING HOPPER TANKS. GAC ASC 135A INSTALLS SCREENS OVER THE EJECTOR PUMP WHICH HELPS PREVENT THIS PROBLEM. PLACED THE AIRCRAFT IN A HEATED HANGER AND ALLOWED WINGS TO WARM UP AND REMOVED ALL SIGNS OF WATER FROM INSIDE BOTH WINGS. CLOSED THE PANELS USED FOR ACCESS AND FUELED AIRCRAFT. OPERATED THE EJ

AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

2 HOURS & 25 MIN INTO FLT, BOTH ENG WENT TO FLT IDLE WITH AUTO-THROTTLES ENGAGED. AUTO-THROTTLES DISENGAGED & THROTTLES PUSHED BACK TO CRUISE. AUTO-THROTTLES REENGAGED WITH NO PROBLEMS. A/C MANUFACTURER REVEALED THIS CONDITION OCCURRED BEFORE WITH A G-V A/C. INTERMITTENT MLG DOOR OPEN SIGNAL WILL CAUSE AFCS SYS LOGIC TO RETARD THROTTLES SO A/C WONT EXCEED V(LE). CAN BE CAUSED BY MLG DOOR SWITCH MISRIGGING. DUPLICATED ON GROUND AT GAC. DETAILED MLG SYS INSP ACCOMPLISHED. RT MLG, OUTER DOOR SWITCH NOT CONTACTING STRIKER PLATE WHICH COULD HAVE CAUSED MISRIGGING CONDITION AT CRUISE. PLATE REPOSITIONED & SWITCH RIGGED PER THE G-V MM, AN FDR DOWNLOAD SHOWED NO IN-FLT FAULTS. A/C WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

THIS IS A TEMP REPAIR AND IS GOOD FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED 30 DAYS AT WHICH TIME A PERMENATE REPAIR MUST BE INCORPORATED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
