DURING MAINTENANCE A CRACK WAS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THE AFT SIDE OF THE LEFT NACELLE CROSSOVER BEAM (P/N: 5654104-11). THIS CRACK MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1.316 INCHES IN LENGTH, AND BEGINS AT THE TOP INBOARD TURBO BRACKET MOUNTING HOLE ON THE AFT FACE OF THE BEAM. THIS CRACK IS CONSISTENT WITH OTHERS FOUND IN THIS AREA AND IS NOT VISIBLE WITH THE TURBO MOUNTING BRACKET INSTALLED. THIS BEAM WILL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
PILOT REPORTED BURNING SMELL FROM CABIN HEATER IN CRUISE, WHICH STOPPED WITH HEATER WAS TURNED OFF. MAINTENANCE IS INSPECTING AND WILL ADDRESS THE ISSUE PRIOR TO NEXT FLIGHT.
DURING MAINTENANCE AN AREA OF CORROSION WAS VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THE RIGHT HAND LOWER FUSELAGE ATTACH FITTING (P/N: 0811350-10) ON N663AA. THIS CORROSION MEASURES APPROXIMATELY .623 INCHES TALL, .252 WIDE, AND HAS A MAXIMUM DEPTH OF .034 AND IS LOCATED ON THE AFT FACE OF THE FITTING. THIS FITTING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND WILL BE REPLACED USING NEW PARTS.
DURING MAINTENANCE ON N663AA, SMALL AREAS OF CORROSION WERE VISUALLY IDENTIFIED ON THE LEFT HAND LOWER STUB WING FITTING, (P/N: 0811350-10) LOCATED AT LEFT HAND B.L 54.25. THIS FITTING HAS BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED USING FACTORY NEW PARTS.

PILOT REPORTED FUEL SMELL IN COCKPIT WITH CABIN HEAT ON IN FLIGHT. OPERATIONS CHECKED HEATER SYS & CHECKED FOR FUEL LEAKS & FUEL SMELL, COULD NOT DUPLICATE IAW MM 21-40-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF NOSE GEAR DOWN & LOCK REMAINED ON. LOWERED GEAR IAW CHECKLIST & GOT 3 GREEN NORMAL INDICATIONS. LANDED ON MAINS, BUT COULD NOT FEEL NOSE GEAR AS WE LOWERED NOSE. ABORTED LANDING & LT GEAR DOWN. FELT A CLUNK & HEARD IT ON CLIMB OUT. PERFORMED BLOW DOWN CHECKLIST & LANDED NORMALLY. R & R NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR, PERFORMED RETRACTION & EXTENSION TEST IAW AMM & SBMEB 91-12.
FUEL FUMES SMELL IN CABIN DURING FLIGHT. R & R THE HEATER FUEL PUMP & LEAK CHECKED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
PILOT REPORTED LEFT BRAKE WENT TO FLOOR, NO BRAKE, WHICH LEAD TO THE ACFT DEPARTING THE TAXI WAY. INSPECTED THE LT BRAKE SYS, MASTER CYLINDER & HYD LINES CHECKED OK. HYD FLUID AT BRAKE CALIPER. R & R CALIPER & BLEED BRAKE SYS. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD IAW MM CH 32-40-00. INSPECTED NLG, LT & RT MLG FOR CONDITION & SECURITY, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON RETRACTION OF LANDING GEAR, PILOT REPORTED LANDING GEAR CYCLING WITH UNSAFE LIGHT FLASHING. PILOT EXTENDED LANDING GEAR, ALL 3 GEAR LOCKED DOWN WITH 3 GREEN LIGHTS. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTION REVEALED RIGHT MAIN UPLOCK CRACKED. (X)
FUEL PUMP REPLACED DUE TO LOW PRESSURE. THIS IS THE 3RD FAILURE IN 160 HOURS, ALL OVERHAULED BY RAPCO FLEET SUPPORT. PILOT FOUND METAL FLAKES IN FUEL SAMPLE FROM SUMP DRAIN. DISASSEMBLED PUMP AND FOUND BEARING FAILED. REPLACED WITH NEW AIRBORNE PUMP.
