COMPLY WITH TASK CARD (TC-68A-21-181006M) FOR COMPLETED ENGINE RUNS AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM / CONDITIONED AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. ACCOMPLISHED ENGINE RUNS WITH BLEED AIR SET TO EACH INDIVIDUAL ENGINE AND DIFFERENT POWER SETTINGS ON ALL THREE ENGINES. COULD NOT DUPLICATE SMELL IN COCKPIT. INSTALLED NEW OZONE CONVERTERS REF WO# 100092122. RE-ACCOMPLISHED ECU OPERATIONAL TEST WITH BOTH STEP 1 ON ENGINES AND NO APU, AND STEP 2 WITH ONLY APU. ACCOMPLISHED BOTH TEST WITH RECIRCULATION FAN ON BOTH LOW AND HIGH SETTINGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE SMELL IN CABIN. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST AGAIN AT TAKEOFF POWER AND LET HEAT STABILIZE, AND NO SMELL OR DEFECTS NOTED. VERIFIED PRESSURIZATION AND ANTI ICE SYSTEMS OPS CHECK GOOD WITHOUT ANY ODOR VERIFIED PRESSURIZATION AND ANTI ICE SYSTEMS OPS CHECK GOOD WITHOUT ANY ODOR.

CLEANED APU COMPARTMENT AND EXHAUST, POST RUN SERVICE CHECK GOOD, POST RUN OPERATIONS 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES NOTED NO SMOKE OR OIL ODOR NOTED.

OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.

AFTER TAKEOFF FROM PHL UNSAFE NOSE GEAR LIGHT CAME ON, PULLED EMERGENCY BOTTLE AS PER EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. REPLACED 2 DEFECTIVE BULBS AT NOSE GEAR DOWNLOCK INDICATOR WITH 2 NEW BULBS. RESET GEAR DOWNLOCK VALVE AND SAFETIED, COMPLIED WITH GEAR RETRACTION CHECKS / FUNCTION CHECKS IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 32-61-00.

RIGHT "T/R ARM LIGHT" , "HYD PRESS" & "MASTER WARNING" LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHILE CRUSING LEVEL AT FL330, MACH 7.0. ENGAGED EMERGENCY STOW SWITCH AND DECLAIRED AN EMERGENCY WHILE SLOWING TO 200 KTS INDICATED. NOTICED NO UNSUAL AIRCRAFT MOVEMENT OR ANY DAMAGE. MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING AT TEB WITHOUT INCIDENT. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION. FOUND T/R STOW SWITCH SE006 AND T/R DEPLOY SWITCH SE004 LOOSE. PERFORMED T/R DEPLOY AND STOW SWITCH ADJUSTMENT. SAFETIED SWITCHES AS REQUIRED. PERFORMED T/R LUBRICATION PROCEDURE. AND PERFORMED THRUST REVERSER SYSTEM FUNCTIONAL TEST.
