AFTER 30 MINUTE CHARGE LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH BATTERY PACK 2 ARE INOP THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FOUND TO BE INOP IS ASSOCIATED WITH ZONE 3 BATTERY PACK UNDER PAX SEAT 8. ZONE 2 OPS CHECKED GOOD. REMOVED PAX SEAT 8 TO GET ACCESS TO THE #3 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK (UF903). REMOVED THE #3 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK PN: CBS28-1 SN: 008360. DUE TO EMER LTS IN ZONE 3 INOP. THEN INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW EMERGENCY LGHT POWER SUPPLY PN: 643002& 1 SN: M24-11730. OPS CHECK GOOD. WORK DONE IN REF WITH CE-680A AMM 33-50-06. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
INTERMITTENTLY (2 TIMES, ON 10/12 & 10/13), UPON CLOSING THE CABIN DOOR, THE CABIN DOOR OPEN CAS DOES NOT EXTINGUISH, AND THE CHECK DOORS CAS MESSAGE POSTS. THE RECURRING ISSUE HAS CLEARED UPON RUNNING THE APPROPRIATE PROCEDURE. COMPUED WITH MULTIPLE SATISFACTORY OPS CHECKS OF MCD, NO FAULTS FOUND AT THIS TIME, COMPLIED WITH GVI WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND, NO FURTHER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. STANDBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR: AFTER TAKEOFF NOTICED STBY ATTITUDE INDICATOR WAS IN A 3 DEGREE RIGHT TURN. WAS CONSISTANTLY ON THE 3 DEGREE RIGHT BANK FOR THE ENTIRE FLIGHT EXCEPT AT ONE POINT IT WENT 3 DEGREES LEFT. UPON LANDING ATTITUDE INDICATOR WENT BACK TO WINGS LEVEL. REMOVED FAULTY ELECTRONIC STANDBY INSTRUMENT SYSTEM -L3 AVIATION PRODUCTS MODEL GH-3900.2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CESSNA MODEL 680A MAINTENANCE MANUAL 34-15-25 AND INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED GH-3900.2. PERFORMED SECONDARY FLIGHT DISPLAY OPERATIONAL CHECK AND CONFIGURATION MODULE (DCM) DATA RESTORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CESSNA MODEL 680A MAINTENANCE MANUAL 34-15-27 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
FLOOR EMERG EXIT LIGHT: FLOOR LIGHT IN THE LAV OS INOP. REMOVED FRONT LAV PANEL TO GAIN ACCESS TO LIGHT STRIP AND CONNECTOR, VERIFIED 28 VOLTS AND GOOD GROUND AT CONNECTOR. REMOVED AND REPLACED LIGHT STRIP PN CLE327-01-30 SN 239006851 AND INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED UNIT PN CLE327-01-30 SN 239004806. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, REINSTALLED LAV PANEL AS REQUIRED. REF CE680A IMM 25-40-07.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: CABIN DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN, TWO EXIT LIGHTS AT BOTTOM OF DOOR AND LIGHT AT BOTTOM OF SEAT 10 ALL REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER POWER WAS REMOVED FROM THE AIRPLANE DURING SHUTDOWN PROCESS.//CORRECTIVE ACTION// RESET FWD EMERGENCY LIGHT G SWITCH AND VERIFED LIGHTS EXTINGULISHED, CARRIED FORWARD WITH TC FLT-33-1001 AS REQUESTED BY MCC. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR PRIMARY SEAL: DESCENDING THOUGHT 5000 FEET THERE IS A LOUD WHISTLE COMING FROM THE MAIN CABIN DOOR SEAL. // SIGNOFF// B.EGAN TO TROUBLESHOOTING THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR, INSPECTED THE DOOR SEALS FOUND THE AFT SECTION OF THE MAIN ENTRY CABIN DOOR SEAL RETAINER RING LOOSE , RESECURED THE RETAINER RING SEAL AS REQUIRED, POWER UP THE AIRCRAFT AND STARTED THE ENGINES AND PRESSURIZED AIR RAFT AND COMPLIED MAIN CABIN DOOR ENTRY DOOR SEAL LEAK CHECK IS GOOD .IAW CE-680A MM 52-10-35.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: EMERGENCY LIGHT UNDER SEAT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE AT ALL. FOUND #5 SEAT PATH LIGHT CONNECTOR PC2043 TO BE DISCONNECTED RECONNECTED PC 2043 AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND PATHWAY LIGHTS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE680A AMM CH 33-50-00
A INSPECTION TASK 26-90-30-711. THIS OPS CHECK HAS YOU VERIFY THE FUNCTION OF THE FIREWALL HYDRAULIC SHUTOFF VALVES. THERE ARE A COUPLE WARNINGS ON THE TASK CARD STATING THAT THE VALVES CAN BE SWITCHED (THE CANNON PLUGS) AND TO BE AWARE OF THAT FACT. THE LH SIDE VALVE CONTROLS THE RH ENGINE, AND VICE VERSA, BY DESIGN. LO AND BEHOLD, THIS AIRCRAFT HAD THE PLUGS SWITCHED. SWITCHED PLUGS BACK TO THE CORRECT POSITION.
ALL LANDING GEAR DID NOT RETRACT, LANDING GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER GEAR WAS RETRACTED. ALL GREEN LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. COULD HEAR THE NOSE WHEEL SPINNING DURING GEAR RETRACTION. RAN CHECKLIST AND EXTENDED GEAR WITH ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS. DISCONNECTED MLG UPLOCK CONNECTORS FOUND MOISTURE AND DIRTY PINS AND SOCKETS. CLEANED THE CONNECTORS AND RECONNECTED. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED, ALL IAW MM 32-30-00. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
EXCESSIVE FREE-PLAY FOUND IN RUDDER TRIM TAB HINGE. REPLACED RUDDER TRIM TAB HINGES WITH NEW HINGE PINS. FOUND RUDDER RIB, BELOW THE TRIM TAB, WORN/DAMAGED BY FROM OLD TRIM TAB HINGE PIN, REPLACED RIB WITH NEW.
FOUND CORRODED AREA ON THE EXTERNAL SKIN OF THE EMERGENCY EXIT DOOR, JUST FORWARD OF THE LATCH HANDLE. PERFORMED MECHANICAL BLENDING, NDT, TREATING AND TOP COATING OF THE AREA.
FUSELAGE LOWER SKIN & STRINGER CORROSION. REPAIRED IAW S-560XL-5365 04RD.
SEVERAL SPOTS OF CORROSION & BUBBLED PAINT UNDER DROP AISLE FLOORBOARD. REPAIRED IAW S-560XL-5365 04.
LANDING GEAR RED UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER TAKEOFF. ACFT WAS LANDED NORMALLY (BELOW MAX LANDING WEIGHT) AFTER POSITIVE GEAR DOWN INDICATION WAS CONFIRMED. R & R RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH IAW MM 32-30-05. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
RIGHT ENGINE "FIRE DET SYS R" ILLUMINATED. TROUBLESHOT TO FAULTY FIRE DETECTION LOOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED TIRE DETECTION LOOP WITH NEW LOOP IAW MM 26-11-01. OPS CHECK GOOD.
WHILE ADVANCING THROTTLES ON APPROACH AUTOPILOT KICKS OFF, FLIGHT DIRECTOR REVERTS TO GO AROUND MODE.
DURING T/O ROLL LO BRAKE PRESS AND ANTI SKID INOP ANNUNCIATORS, ILLUMINATED. T/O ABORTED.

T/O ABORTED BRAKE PUMP STARTED TO MAKE A BAD NOISE WHILE TAXING OFF, WHEN CLEARED OF RUNWAY " BRAKES FAILED " USED EMERGENCY BRAKES TO STOP ACFT WHEN PARKED, HIGH PRESSURE FLUID CAME OUT OF DRAIN MAST RESERVOIR BAY AREA DRY. REMOVED BRAKE MOTOR FOUND COUPLING SHEARD REPLACED MOTOR WITH OVERHAULED AND REPLACED COUPLING WITH NEW, BLEED BRAKES OPS CHECK SYS GOOD AT THIS TIME IAW MM CH 32-42-00.
RT WINDSHIELD FAULT LIGHT COMES ON AS SOON AS THE POWER LEVERS ARE FORWARD TO ABOUT 80 PERCENT. LIGHT GOES AWAY AT POWER IDLE. ABORTED T/O. REPLACED R/H WINDSHIELD TEMP. CONTROL UNIT IAW CE 560XL MM CH - 24-20-01. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
RT BRAKE IS SPONGY, TRAVELS FURTHER THAN LT BEFORE GETTING PRESSURE, OCCURS ON BOTH PILOT & COPILOTS PEDALS. PERFORMED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AND OPERATIONAL TEST IAW AMM 32-42-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
BRAKES ARE SPONGY, CAN BE FORCED TO THEIR STOPS RT SIDE MORE THAN LT. BLED BOTH LT AND RT BRAKES. ALSO CYCLED PARKING BRAKE SEVERAL TIMES DURING BLEEDING PROCEDURES. WORK DONE IAW AMM 32-42-00. SERVICED BRAKE RESERVOIR AS REQUIRED. WORK DONE IAW AMM 12-12-02. OPERATED BRAKES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
AIR-DUCT OVERHEAT IN COCKPIT ANNUNCIATOR ACTIVATED, WHITE SMOKE FILLED COCKPIT ON GROUND. RAN A/C APU FOR 45 MINUTES FOUND THE TEMP CONTROL TO BE STUCK IN THE FULL HOT POSITION IN AUTO MODE. NO SMOKE IN THE A/C DURING OPS CHECK. AUTO TEMP CONTROL HAS BEEN PLACED ON MEL. REF NETJETS W/O 560-5365-288OR MEL, SYSTEM OPERATES WITHOUT DEFECTS.
