DURING TAKEOFF FROM 57B, A SHORT FIELD TAKEOFF, THE FLAPS FAILED TO RETRACT. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY ON BEHALF OF THE CREW. THE CREW WAS ORIGINALLY ENROUTE TO KSYR AND HAD DECIDED TO DIVERT TO KBGR WHERE A SAFE LANDING WAS MADE SUCCESSFULLY. THE CREW PERFORMED THE FLAP RESET PROCEDURE WHICH WAS SUCCESSFUL, AND FUTURE FLIGHTS WERE MADE WITHOUT ANY RECURRING ISSUES.

AFTER TAKEOFF, THE CREW REPORTED THAT THE LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT. THE CREW DECIDED TO LAND AT THE ORIGINAL DEPARTED AIRPORT WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. TECHNICIANS FOUND THE LANDING GEAR POWER CB ON THE CO-PILOTS JUNCTION BOX TO NOT BE FULLY SEATED. AFTER RESEATING THE CB, C/W GEAR SWING OPS CHECK IAW PILATUS AMM-12-B-32-30-00-00A-903B-A. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
