NLG LANDING GEAR RETRACTION: I HAD TO SELECT A GEAR FOR THIS AOG, BUT I REALLY HAVE NO IDEA WHICH ONE IT IS. UPON RETRACTION, WE HEARD AN ABNORMAL SOUND ("THUNK"?) AND THEN RECEIVED A WOW MISCOMPARE CAS MESSAGE. AFTER RUNNING THE CHECKLIST FOR THAT ITEM, THE CAS MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED. -ALL OTHER INDICATIONS AND OPERATIONS WERE NORMAL. WE DIVERTED TO TEB. UPON GEAR EXTENSION WE AGAIN RECEIVED THE WOW MISCOMPARE CAS MESSAGE, AND AGAIN, ALL OTHER SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND INDICATIONS WERE COMPLETELY NORMAL. ARES DOWNLOAD COMPLETED. RECEIVED EMAIL FROM NATHAN @MCC WITH THE AERES DOWNLOAD RESULTS IT POINTED AT THE NOSE GEAR SQUAT SWITCH AND WIRING TO THE PCB NC106, REPOSITIONED AC TO HANGAR 1 JACKED UP AC WITH POWER ON INTERROGATED MX COMPUTER UNDER LIVE VIEW FOUND NOSE SQUAT SWITCH SHOWING ON GROUND WHILE BEING IN AIR AT NF206 AND NC106, LOWER AC DISCONNECTED CONNECTOR PG028 AND OHMED OUT NOSE SQUAT SG014 IN AIR MODE AND ON GROUND AND IT CHECKED GOOD, RAISE NOSE GEAR AGAIN AND THIS TIME IT SHOWED IN AIR WHILE IN AIR, LOWER AC CONTACTED NATHAN @ MCC INFORMED HIM WITH FINDINGS HE REQUESTED TO REPLACE THE NOSE GEAR SQUAT SWITCH WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW 680A MM32-60·01, REMOVED THE DAMAGED NLG SQUAT SWITCH AND INSTALLED A NEW NLG SQUAT SWITCH IAW CE·680A AMM 32·60-10. RIGGED THE NLG SQUAT SWITCH AND PERFORMED A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE NLG SQUAT SWITCH AND EXTENSION AND RETRACTION TEST OF THE NLG. SAFETIED THE JAM NUTS AND THE TAXI LIGHTS, RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION. REFERENCED THE CE·680A AMM 32·00·00 AND 32-61-10.

PERFORMED MAIN MLG UPLOCK SWITCH ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE IAW MM 32-32-00 AND NOTED THAT BOTH THE LT AND RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCHES ARE RIGGED CORRECTLY. DURING MANUF REVIEW OF ARES DATA, IT WAS NOTED THAT STARTING WITH OLDEST ON THE 15TH THE RT UPLOCK SWITCH, UPLOCK LEG FEEDING THE GEA TOOK 17 SECONDS TO CHANGE STATE TO NOT UP AND LOCKED AFTER LANDING GEAR HANDLE WAS PUT DOWN. THE SECOND PLOT IS OF THE GEAR DOWN FERRY FLIGHT TO MKE SHOWING RT UPLOCK SWITCH LEG GOING TO GEA GOES BANANAS. THE THIRD PLOT IS FROM THE LATEST SQUAWK SHOWING THE SAME LEG OF RT UPLOCK SWITCH SWITCH WAS STEADY STATE, NOT UP AND LOCKED, BUT THE TWO LEGS GOING TO THE PCBS CHANGED AS THEY SHOULD. ACCESSED RT MLG UP LOCK SWITCH, DOWNLOCK SWITCH & CONNECTORS & VISUALLY INSPECTED CONNECTOR & CONNECTOR PINS AND SOCKETS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ACCESSED GEA 3 AND CONNECTOR PT408 ABOVE BAGGAGE AS REQUIRED . VISUALLY INSPECTED GEA 3 AND PT408 CONNECTOR, PINS, AND SOCKETS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ACCESSED PT008 FORWARD OF THE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT AS REQUIRED. VISUALLY INSPECTED PT008 CONNECTOR, PINS, AND SOCKETS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ACCESSED WIRE HARNESS RUN ABOVE RT WING. VISUALLY INSPECTED HARNESS, JG002, AND GYCB02 WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. ACCESSED PY002 BEHIND FORWARD BELLY PANEL. VISUALLY INSPECTED HARNESS, & PY002 CONNECTOR, PINS & SOCKETS WITH NO DISCREPANCIES. CONNECTED WIRELESSLY TO AIRCRAFT ARES FROM LAPTOP WITH ARES LIVE VIEW SOFTWARE AND SECURED THE RT MLG UP LOCK SWITCH IN THE DEPRESSED POSITION WHILE MANIPULATING THE HARNESS FROM THE SWITCH TO THE GEA 3 IN THE BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER PREVIOUSLY ACCESS CONNECTORS, NOTING THAT THE UP AND LOCKED SIGNAL IN THE ARES LIV

NOTED SHAKING OF GEAR PRESENTS ITSELF WHEN THE NOSE WHEEL STEERING IS NOT CENTERED BEFORE GEAR RETRACTION. NEED TO CORRECT THE INSTALLATION OF NOSE GEAR HARNESS BEFORE CONTINUING AS IT IS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR SQUAT SWITCH AND WIRING PN 6948001-2, CUSTOMER PROVIDED. ALL WORK WAS DONE IA W CE680A MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPTER 32-60-10. RIGGED AND SAFETY SWITCH. NOSE LANDING GEAR SQUAT SWITCH OPS CHECK GOOD. NOSE LANDING GEAR OPS CHECK GOOD DURING CYCLE.

R&R AUXILIARY POWER UNIT (APU) IAW CE-560XL MM 49-10-00 REV 35. REMOVED AND REPLACED NEW DUCTING SEALS FOR THE BLEED AIR. SERVICED APU. OPS/LEAK CHECK GOOD.
