PILOT DECLARED INFLIGHT EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT AT KFCI. MAINTENANCE IDENTIFIED RUPTURED RIGHT ENGINE OUTBOARD BLEED AIR BELLOWS DUCT. FIRE DETECTION RESISTANCE CHECKS GOOD; NO BLEED AIR LEAK DAMAGE NOTED TO STRUCTURE OR SURROUNDING SYSTEMS. REPLACED FIRE EXTINGUISHER BOTTLE WITH OVERHAULED UNIT.
