DURING TAKEOFF, CREW DETERMINED THAT THE RT MAIN TIRE HAD BLOWN. CREW WAS ABLE TO GET AIRBORNE WITHOUT ISSUE. BURNED DOWN FUEL, AND LANDED AIRCRAFT AT THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT..
FOUND TORQUE ON WINDSHIELD SCREW 1/4 TO 1/2 TURN LOOSE ON 100% OF SCREWS.
BRAKES FADED AND THEN FAILED ON LANDING ROLL OUT. HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATED 0. SUSPECT PRESSURE SWITCH OR HYDRAULIC PUMP RELAY FAILED.
ON LANDING ROLL, BRAKES FADED THEN FAILED. ACFT WAS STOPPED USING EMERGENCY BRAKES. CREW NOTED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE INDICATED 0 ALSO HAS BRAKE FAIL MESSAGE AND LOW HYD PRESSURE CAS MESSAGE. DETERMINED FAULT TO BE PRESSURE SWITCH OR PUMP CONTROL RELAY.
DURING GEAR RETRACTION TEST, LT MLG DOOR ACTUATOR ATTACH BRACKET BROKE AT GEAR DOOR.
