POST MX OPS CHECKS FAILED, FWD EMERGENCY LIGHTS DIDN'T WORK. VERIFIED 28 VOLT AT PC038 PIN 7, GND PINS 8&9 AND GND PROVIDED BY EMER ON SWITCH, ALL CHECKED GOOD. FOUND THAT BATTERY WAS COMPLETELY DRAINED, CHARGED BATTERY AND REINSTALLED. OPS CHECKED GOOD. REF WDM 33-50-01 AND AMM 33-50-00.
CLIMBING THROUGH 10,000FT, RECEIVED AN AMBER CABIN DOOR ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT. NO PRESSURIZATION CHANGES NOTED, LEVELED OFF AT 12,000 AND RETURNED BACK TO KBTL. TROUBLE SHOT AS REQUIRED, FOUND MED BOLTING SYSTEM LINKAGE BELLCRANK CAM TO BE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, REMOVED ANDCORRECTLY INSTALLED BELLCRANK CAM. OPS CHECK OF MED UNLOCK LIGHT, DOOR 6 PACK INDICATION AND DOOR GREEN FLAGS GOOD ATTHIS TIME. IAW AMM 52-10-01.
COMING THROUGH 16,000 FEET ON OUR ARRIVAL THE EAGLE WE HAD WHAT APPEARED TO BE AN RAPID DECOMPRESSION. WE HAD A LOUD BANG, FOLLOWED BY CABIN ALTITUDE LIGHT. PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS AUTO DEPLOYED, AND WERE USED BY PASSENGERS. CREW MASKS WERE USED AS WELL. OXYGEN SYSTEM NEEDS SERVICING AS IS CURRENTLY AT 1200 PSI. UPON FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING, ACCOMPLISHED THE REMOVAL OF THE OXYGEN PRESSURE SWITCH AND PERFORMED A CHECK WITH THE SWITCH ACTUATED OUT OF CONFIGURATION. SENDING A SIGNAL ABOVE 14500 FT. ACCOMPLISHED A CLEANING AND STOWING OF THE OXYGEN MASK. PERFORMED AN OXYGEN SERVICING REQUIRED.
JUST BEFORE ROTATION SPEED EXPERIENCED BIRD STRIKE. ON POSTFLIGHT NOTED SMALL BIRD REMAINS AT THE NOSE LANDING GEAR LEFT DOOR FORWARD HINGE. NO OBVIOUS DAMAGE BUT UNABLE TO CONCLUDE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE NOSE LANDING GEAR LEFT DOOR WITH THE GEAR DOWN. DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY GEAR ABNORMALITIES OR FLIGHT CONTROL VIBRATIONS IN FLIGHT. COMPLIED WITH FOD INSPECTION CHECK. INSPECTED NLG AND MLG, FUSELAGE, NACELLES/PYLONS, STABILIZERS, WINDOWS, WINGS AND ENGINE FAN BLADES, IGV'S OGV'S AND EXHAUST WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. WORK COMPLETED WITH REFERENCE TO AMM 05-50-00
WITH BATTERY POWER ON, ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS ARE OPERATING NORMAL. WHEN TURNING THE BATTERY SWITCH TO OFF, THE EXIT SIGN UNDER THE LAV IS INOP. THE AIRPLANE HAD JUST LANDED. BATTERY PACK APPEARS TO BE WEAK. EXTERIOR EMER LIGHTS ARE CONSIDERED INOP. CORRECTIVE ACTION: GAINED ACCESS TO AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK BY REMOVING AFT CLOSET LH EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK ACCESS PANELS. REMOVED EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK P/N: 9913-1 S/N: 2730. INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED (OVERHAULED) EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK P/N: 9913-1 S/N: 1751. WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO 560XLS AMM 33-50-01., OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTING WORKS NORMALLY NOW, WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO 560XLS AMM 33-50-00,

WHEN GEAR WAS SELCTED DOWN THE ANTI-SKID ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED AND ABOUT 60 TO 90 SECONDS LATER POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. RESET THE CIRCUIT BREAKER & WITHIN 60/90 SECONDS THE POWER BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED AGAIN. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED CORROSION ON BATTERY GROUND BUS BAR AND GPU GROUND BUS BAR, SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECTING GROUND INTEGRITY FOR THE BATTERY, LT & RT STARTER/GENS, GPU, & APU. BOND CHECKS CONDUCTED PER SPM 20-30-10, FINDING OUT-OF-TOLERANCE READINGS PRIOR TO CLEANING. AFTER ADDRESSING CORROSION & REPLACING THE GPU GROUND BUS BAR IAW MM 24-41-00, ALL SUBSEQUENT BOND CHECKS RETURNED ACCEPTABLE VALUES, CONFIRMING CORROSION AS THE PRIMARY ISSUE IMPACTING GROUND CONNECTIONS.
LEFT MLG BRAKE: REPEAT WRITEUP. WHEN APPLYING BRAKE PRESSURE AT ANY TAXI SPEED, THE AIRCRAFT PULLS TO THE LEFT.
AT 13,000ÿ ON APPROACH TO HIGH ALTITUDE A/P (KTEX), HEARD LOUD POP, FOLLOWED BY RUSHING AIR AND CAB ALT RED ANNUNCIATOR (HOWEVER CABIN ALTITUDE SHOWED 9000 FEET). COMPLIED WITH QRC/QRH. ON MISSED APPROACH, ALSO RECEIVED EMER PRESS (AMBER), DUCT OVHT CAB (AMBER), WING ANTICE R (AMBER) ANNUNCIATORS. CABIN PROCEEDED TO GET WARM AND COMPLIED WITH THE APPROPRIATE QRHS AS NEEDED. DIVERTED AND LANDED ELSEWHERE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED CABIN ALTITUDE PRESSURE SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 21-31-05
DURING PREFLIGHT CHECKS, FOUND THE AFT EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND THE EXTERIOR ENERGENCY LIGHTS TO BE ILLUMINATED WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH ARMED AND THE SEATBELT SWITCH OFF. RESET THE G SWITCH ON THE AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK, PERFORMED OPS CHECK, OPS CHECK PASSED IAW AMM 33-50-01.
DURING TAXI TO RAMP, NORMAL AC BRAKES FAILED AND AC STRUCK THE BUILDING. REMOVED ANTI-SKID MOTOR AND REPLACED WITH A OVERHAULED UNIT IAW CESSNA 560XL/XLS MM 32-44-00. REMOVED ANTI-SKID PUMP ASSEMBLY AND COUPLING AND ALSO REPLACED WITH NEW IAW CESSNA 560XL/XLS MM 32-44-00. REMOVED & REPLACED RELAY 1<2067 IN J BOX IAW CE-560XL MM 24-50-03, REMOVED & REPLACED POWER BRAKES CIRCUIT BREAKER IAW CE-560XL MM 24-50-02.OPS, LEAKS, TAXI AND BREAK CHECKS GOOD.
FLOOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING, FROM SEAT 3 TO SEAT 5 IS INOP. HOWEVER, THE EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHTING FOR THE MAIN CABIN DOOR (SAME SIDE) WORKS. REMOVED AND REPLACED FAILED #1 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK/ POWER SUPPLY WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT DUE TO THE MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR EXIT LIGHT NOT ILLUMINATING IN ACCORDANCE WITH CESSNA MODEL 560XL MAINTENANCE MANUAL 33-50-01 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
MAIN DOOR: THE MAIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE FROM THE INSIDE. APU BLEED AIR IS OFF. WE CAN NOT MOVE THE INTERIOR HANDLE PAST THE ONE O'CLOCK POSITION. /// SIGN OFF /// INSPECTED DOOR PINS AND LATCH PLATES. CLEANED AND LUBED PINS. CHECKED FOR LATCH PLATES ALIGNMENT AND RUBBING. NOTED LOWER FORWARD LATCH PLATE IS RUBBING ON THE FWD LOWER PIN. ADJUSTED AS NEEDED. OPS CHECKED GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CE-560XLS AMM 52-10-00.
EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: THE FORWARD INTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT WORK WHEN SLECTED ON WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH AND THE MAIN BATTERY OFF AS PER THE MEL // SIGN OFF// REMOVED & REPLACED FWD EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK (P/N & S/N INSTALLED: 9913-1 & 2861). OPS CHECK GOOD. REF CE-560XL MM 33-50-01 FOR MX PERFORMED. EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK REMOVED P/N & S/N: 9913-1 & 2570
APU BLEED AIR: THE APU WAS RUNNING WITH THE GENERATOR ON. AN OILY SMOKE AND SMELL WAS COMING OUT OF THE AIR VENTS. WHEN THE APU BLEED AIR WAS SELECTED ON THE APU DID AN AUTO SHUTDOWN. THE APU LOW OIL LIGHT IN THE AFT EQUIPMENT BAY NOW SHOWS LOW OIL. REMOVED APU MODEL RE100XL P/N 3800722-1L S/N P-353 AND INSTALLED REPAIRED APU P/N 3800722-1 S/N P-142 IN REFERRENCE TO CE-560XL MM 49-10-00 REMOVED FAULTY FCU P/N 3883900-1 S/N 9900110 AND INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INSPECTED FCU P/N 3883900-1 S/N 1702242 AS REQUIRED IN REF TO RE-100XL EMM 49-30-04. OPERATIONAL AND LEAKS CHECKS OF BOTH UNITS ARE GOOD.
REPAIRED CORROSION AT 3 UPPER SURFACE LOCATIONS (AT UPPER AND LOWER CARBON CAPS) ON RH STRAKE (TAILCONE RH LOWER FIN) BY INSTALLING REPAIR DOUBLERS IAW NETJETS ENGINEERING ORDER.
ALL LANDING GEAR EXTENSION DELAY, GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN AT 200 KTS. FOR AT LEAST 30 SECONDS THERE WAS ONLY THE RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED, NO HYDRAULIC LIGHT CAME ON AND THERE WAS NONE OF THE USUAL GEAR NOISE. AFTER THIS DELAY , THE GEAR UNLOCKED , HYDRO LIGHT CAME ON AND 3 GREEN LIGHTS. NO GEAR WARNING HORN SOUNDED. PER CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE COMPLIED WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL PCB NZ009 IAW MM 24-50-01 ALSO COMPLIED WITH REPLACEMENT OF THE LANDING GEAR CONTROL VALVE IAW MM 32-30-02 PCB P/N OFF 6618735-1 S/N: 0397 (HOURS 7648.1) LANDING GEAR CONTROL VALVE P/N OFF 4219-1 S/N: 0021 (HOURS 4770.9)
AFTER LANDING, AND DURING TAXI RECEIVED A LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE ANNUNCIATORS WITH A MASTER CAUTION. ABLE TO STOP WITH NORMAL BRAKES, BUT THEN EMERGENCY BRAKES WERE NEEDED. ABOUT 30 SECONDS LATER, THE ANNUNCIATORS EXTINGUISHED AND NORMAL BRAKING RESUMED. INSPECTED BRAKES SYSTEM COMPONENTS NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM FOUND CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF AIR IN THE SYSTEM. INSPECTED BOTH TRANSDUCER AND WIRING HARNESS NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED ANTI-SKID FAULT ANNUNCIATOR AT THE NOSE COMPARTMENT, FOUND NO FAULTS. COMPLETED THE ON GROUND MODE TEST AND ANTIS-KID SELF-TEST. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD. IAW MM 32-44-00.
WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS BROUGHT DOWN FOR LANDING, LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTISKD LIGHTS NEVER EXTINGUISHED. BRINGING THE MASTER CAUTION ON FLASHING. DEPARTED THE PATTERN AND RAN THE QRH. BRAKE CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS NOT TRIPPED. WHEN DESCENDING FOR LANDING, LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTISKD LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED, BUT PROCEEDED WITH EMERGENCY BRAKING PROCEDURE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE MOTOR, HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE SWITCHES, HYDRAULIC PUMP ASSEMBLY, AND RELAY IAW MM 32-44-20.
CORROSION FOUND ON LOWER RIB OF THE RUDDER AT THE BONDING POINT. REPAIRED EXISTING LOWER RUDDER TORQUE TUBE RIB PER AQRD ERO-891028 REV IR. ATTACHED NEW REPAIR DOUBLER TO LOWER RIB OF RUDDER WET WITH PS870B1/2 LOT# 70540 AND CR3213-4-2 RIVETS.
AFTER TAKEOFF, A BANG WAS HEARD AND THE LEFT HAND ENGINE ITT SHOWED 800 DEGREES. THERE WAS VIBRATION FELT FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. AT THAT POINT THE LEFT OIL PRESSURE AND HYD FAIL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE ENGINE FAILURE AND PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST WERE COMPLETED AND LANDING WAS MADE. INSPECTED THE ENGINE AND FOUND INTERNAL DAMAGE. REMOVED ENGINE. INSTALLED A REPAIRED ENGINE. RUNUP; OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 71-00-01 AND 29-00-00. REMOVED FWD UPPER ENGINE ISOLATOR DUE TO IT CAME APART. INSTALLED A NEW (OVERHAULED) ENGINE ISOLATOR IAW MM 71-22-00.
LEFT WINDSHIELD CRACKED DURING FLIGHT, CLIMBING THROUGH FL220. R & R WINDSHIELD IAW MM 56-12-00.
SIDE WINDSHIELD CRACKED DURING FLIGHT, CLIMBING THROUGH FL220. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT COCKPIT WINDSHIELD IAW MM 56-12-00. PRESSURIZIATION, LEAK CHECK AND WINDSHIELD HEAT CHECKED GOOD.
ON TAKEOFF, RETRACTED GEAR AND RECEIVED A RED GEAR UNSAFE LIGHT AND A FLASHING HYD LIGHT. THERE WAS A RUMBLE FROM THE NOSE SECTION. THE NOSE STRUT LOOKS TO BE LONGER THAN NORMAL. JACKED ACFT & CYCLED GEAR FIVE TIMES. NOTED GEAR "UNSAFE" LIGHT ILLUMINATED & SYS PRESSURE WAS AT MAXIMUM , LOADING VALVE DID NOT OPEN. "HYD PRESS" ANNUNCIATOR STAYED ILLUMINATED AFTER RETRACTION, CYCLING POWER DID NOT UNLOAD SYS. FOUND NOSE GEAR UPLOCK SWITCH TO BE .1250" OUT OF ADJUSTMENT AND FOUND NOSE GEAR EXTENSION OUT OF SPEC'S, .1250". FOUND BEARING ASSY FOUND NOT SEATED TO PISTON CAUSING EXTENSION PROBLEM. REPACKED STRUT IAW CMM 32-20-01. INSTALLED TO ACFT & SERVICED, MM 12-14-00. OPERATED GEAR AND VERIFIED PROPER UPLOCK SWITCH & HOOK ADJUSTMENTS. ALL OP'S CHECKS ARE GOOD AT THIS TIME.
AFTER TAKEOFF, GEAR RAISED AND RED UNLOCK LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED AND WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH. R & R LANDING GEAR CONTROL VALVE IAW MM 32-30-02. LEAK AND OPS CHECKS GOOD.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION OF THE CABIN DOOR, FOUND THE FORWARD CABIN DOOR COUNTERBALANCE SPRING REEL HUB TO BE CRACKED WHERE THE ROLL PIN GOES THROUGH THE HUB. PICTURES AND A SERVICE CONDITION REPORT HAS BEEN SENT TO MFG UNDER SDR 614143.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION OF THE TAIL BAGGAGE DOOR HINGE, FOUND THE LOWER FORWARD HINGE SUPPORT CHANNELS CRACKED, SB560XL-52-13 HAD BEEN COMPLIED WITH AT THE FACTORY. BUT BOTH THE 66120692 AND THE 6612069-11 CHANNELS WERE CRACKED IN 2 PLACES. THE CRACKS EXTEND FROM THE END OF THE PART PAST THE FIRST LOCK FASTNER TOWARDS THE SECOND.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION THE ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE WAS FOUND TO BE FRAYED BEYOND LIMITS. THIS CABLE ASSY IS LOCATED WHERE THE CABLE TRANSITIONS FROM A VERTICAL RUN TO THE HORIZ AT A PULLEY LOCATED IN THE HORIZ STABILIZER. WE HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS THIS SAME CONDITION. THE FRAYED CABLE ASSY AND A SERVICE CONDITION REPORT HAS BEEN SENT UNDER NR 613899.
ABORTED T/O, WITH MASTER WARNING LIGHT AND L OIL PRESSURE LOW ILLUMINATED. PRIOR TO T/O ROLL OIL PRESSURE WAS IN THE GREEN. NO OIL SHOWING IN SIGHT GAGE ON POST FLIGHT. NO OIL LEAKAGE APPARENT PREVIOUS FLIGHTS. POST FLIGHT OIL LEVEL WAS WITHIN NORMAL RANGE. REPLACED LT ENGINE WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW MM CHAP 71-00-03. PERFORMED ENGINE ADJUSTMENT/TEST IAW MM CHAP 71-00-04. ALL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. THE ENGINE REMOVED FOR HIGH OIL CONSUMPTION.
RT MAIN TIRE BLEW UP UPON LANDING. [07-09-07] INSPECTED RIGHT MLG DOOR, LINKAGES, WIRING, STRUCTURE, AND HYDRAULIC LINES FOR DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED WHEEL ASSY WITH O/H WHEEL ASSY IAW CE-560XL M/M CHAP 32-41-02. PERFORMED ON GROUND POSITION OF ANTISKID FUNCTIONAL CHECK. NOTED LOOSE LOCKING WASHER ON LEFT ANTI SKID X-DUCER DRIVE CLIP. ADJUSTED LOCKING TENSION. SYSTEM CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME IAW CE-560XL M/M CHAP 32-44-00. TAXIED AIRCRAFT BACK TO POSITION BRAKING ACTION FELT NORMAL
HYDRAULIC PUMP WOULD NOT BRING THE LANDING GEAR UP, WITH GEAR HANDLE UP, GEAR STAYED DOWN AND LOCKED. REMOVED PCB P/N 6618723-5 S/N 0267. INSTALLED NEW PCB 6618723-5 S/N 0335. OP CHECK GEAR GOOD. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW CESSN ACE-560XL MAINT MANUAL CHAP 24-50-03 AND 32-01-00. FOR DETAILS REF FAS W/O 07-1520. ALSO REMOVED GEAR CONTROL HANDLE P/N 9912550-1 S/N H8055. INSTALLED A REPAIRED UNIT SAME P/N S/N F6034. OPS CHECK GOOD. REPLACED PCB P/N 6618735-1 S/N 0266 WITH A NEW PCB SAME P/N S/N 0325 OPS CHECK GOOD I/A/W 32-01-00
AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT HANDLE LOCKED IN DOWN POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT SQUAT SWITCH WITH NEW. OPS CHECK GOOD. REF CESSNA 560XL MM 32-61-00.
