CABIN EMERGENCY TOE KICK LIGHTS FOR SEAT 3, SEAT 5, AND SEAT 8 ARE INOPERATIVE. COMPLRED WITH REMOVAL OF ALL 4 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLIES AND INSTALLED NEW POWER SUPPLIES IN THEIR PLACE. #1 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY P/N CBS28-1 S/N 1075M REMOVED DUE TO EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILURE. INSTALTED NEW POWER SUPPLY P/N 6340028-1 S/N C25-10129 IN ITS PLACE. #2 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY P/N CBS28-1 S/N 009803 REMOVED DUE TO EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILURE. INSTALLED NEW POWER SUPPLY P/N 6340028-1 S/N C25-10131 IN ITS PLACE. #3 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY P/N CBS28-1 S/N 005204 REMOVED DUE TO EMERGENCY TIGHT FAILURE. INSTALLED NEW POWER SUPPLY P/N 6340028-1 S/N C25-10130 IN ITS PLACE. #4 EMERGENCY LIGHT POWER SUPPLY P/N CBS28-1 S/N 4571M REMOVED DUE TO EMERGENCY LIGHT FAILURE. INSTALLED NEW POWER SUPPLY P/N 6340028-1 S/N C25-10132 IN ITS PLACE. OPERATIONAL AND FOLLOW ON CHECKS COMPLETED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK COMPLETED IN REFERENCE WITH CITATION 680A MAINTENANCE MANUAL CHAPTER 33-50-06. TRAVETED TO AND FROM KGSO TO RELCEIVE MISSING HARDWARE REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION.
LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY HANDLE: DECENDING THROIGH FL240 WE GOT A WOW MISCOMPARE. WHILE ON THE APPROACH WE EXTENDED THE GEAR VIA THE GEAR EXTENTION. WE GOT A GEAR MISCOMPARE CAS FOR ALL 3 LANDING GEAR. UPPN LANDING ALSO GOT A TR FAIL CAS PER THE WOW CHECKLIST. ALL THREE GEAR CAME DOWN USING EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN.
MAIN CABIN DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. IT CLOSES EXCEPT FOR THE LAST 2 INCHES. CONFIRMED DOOR WOULD ONLY CLOSE TO 2 INS, FROM FLUSH. ACCESSED, CONTINUED TO TRY & CLOSE & DOOR WOULD PROGRESSIVLE GET WORSE WITH EACH TRY MEANING WOULD CLOSE LESS & LESS. ON FURTHER INVESTIGATION FOUND DOOR HANDLE WELDMENT WAS CRACKED ALL THE WAY AROUND ALLOWING STRUT MECH TO UNDER ROTATE WITH THE DOOR OPEN. REMOVED STRUT & CONFIRMED DOOR WOULD COSE MANUALLY. REMOVED DOOR HAND RAIL ASSY & DIS-ASSEMBELED WLEDMENT FROM THE ASSY. ASSEMBLED HAND RAIL ASSY WITH THE NEW WELDMENT & NEW HARDWARE. REINSTALLED HAND RAIL ASSY. REMOVED STRUT & INSTALLED A NEW STRUT. COMPLETED OPS CHECKS OF THE DOOR WITH NO FAULTS. WORK DONE IAW AMM 52-10-40.
DURING DESCENT FROM FL 330, TURNED ON ANTI-ICE, WINGS & ENGINE. AN ODOR SIMILAR TO A FOG MACHINE WAS DETECTED. MORE APPARENT AT LOW 20,000 FT RANGE & COULD SEE SMOKE IN CABIN. POWER SETTINGS AT IDLE OR 15 TO 20% ABOVE IDLE. ENVIRONMENTAL SMOKE KNOWN SOURCE CHECKLIST WAS RUN & CABIN PRESSURE SYS TURNED OFF. UNABLE TO DETERMINE LT OR RT BLEED AIR, STARTED WITH ANTI-ICE ON. CABIN SMOKE DECREASED ONCE PRESSURE SOURCE OFF. INSPECTED ACFT. DETERMINED ODOR CAME FROM BLEED SYS, RT ENGINE. INSPECTED ENG IAW EMM, DRAINED & SERVICED OIL, 2 QRTS & INSPECTED BLEED DUCTING & FOUND ODOR EMINATING FROM RT OZONE CONVERTER, & DEBRIS IN CONVERTER. R & R OZONE CONVERTER. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD IAW AMM 21-70-05.
FLAPS FAIL AMBER CAS: WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH FL200 WE RECEIVED A FLAPS FAIL CASS MESSAGE. WE DID THE QRH CHECKLIST AND THE MESSAGE FLAPS FAIL DID NOT EXTINGUISH. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT ACCORDING TO THE REST OF THE QRH CHECKLIST. OPS FLAPS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AFT BAGGAGE CEILING AND NOTED NO BITS ILLUMINATED ON FLAP CONTROL BOX. ENTERED CDMS & CHECKED FOR FAULTS, & FAULTS 498, 502 ARE SHOWN & AT CAS MESSAGES/MENU THERE IS A ASYMMETRY & UNCOMMAND MOTION IS SHOWN IN RED CHECKED THE LT & RT FLAP POSITION SENSOR (RESOLVERS) AT ALL 4 FLAPS POSITION DETENTS & NOTED BOTH RESOLVERS NOT MATCHED. AT FLAPS 15 ELECTRICAL RIG POSITION BOTH RESOLVERS ARE OUT OF RIG LIMITS. IT WAS FOUND AT MULTIPLE OCCASIONS IN ARES WHERE THE FLAPS WERE FAILING AND AGREES THAT THE FLAP POSITION SENSORS ARE IN A ASYMMETRY CONDITION & NEED ELECTRICALLY RIGGED. DROVE THE FLAPS TO 2 (FLAPS 15) AND CONNECTED FLAPS BREAKOUT BOX. COMPLETED STEPS A THRU C FOR FLAP CONTROL SYSTEM ELECTRICAL RIGGING, 15-DEGREE FLAP POSITION ELECTRICAL RIGGING NEEDS CONTINUED WITH DATA BUS READER. COMPLETED MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL RIG OF FLAPS IAW MM 27-50-00. RESOLVERS ARE WITHIN LIMITS & TRAVEL CHECKS GOOD. VERIFIED FLAP MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL RIG. VERIFIED FLAP TRAVELS. OKAY TO RE-INSTALL AFT BAGGAGE OVERHEAD PANEL. INSTALLED AFT BAGGAGE OVERHEAD PANEL. ORIG SUBMISSION DATE; 9/18/2023
EMERGENCY LIGHTING: DURING PRE- FLIGHT WHEN SELECTING EMER ON EMER LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE, IN ARM POSITION EMER LIGHTS COME ON NORMAL. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 AND 4 EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS IAW MCC REQUEST WITH REPAIRED BATTERY PACKS IAW AMM 33-50-06. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER STARTING APU AND TURNING ON THE APU BLEED AIR VALVE, THE COCKPIT AND CABIN STARTED FILLING WITH SMOKE. SMOKE SEEMED TO STOP ACCUMULATING AFTER TURNING THE APU BLEED AIR VALVE BACK TO THE OFF POSITION///SIGN-OFF///C/W TC-68A-21-181006M ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM BLEED DUCT BURN PROCEDURE USING LATEST REVISION POSTED ON COMPLY 365 AND REPLACED HEPA FILTER IAW CE680A AMM CH. 21-70-10. OPS CHECK GOOD.
EMERG EXIT SIGN/LIGHT: WITH THE MAIN AIRCRAFT BATTERIES CONNECTED, MOVING THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS SWITCH TO EITHER ON OR ARM, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS DO NOT ILLUMINATE AT ALL. WITH MAIN AIRCRAFT BATTERIES ON, EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE WITH THE EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION BUT EXTINGUISH WHEN THE AIRCRAFT MAIN BATTERIES ARE TURNED OFF. SUSPECT DEPLETED EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES. REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERIES. IAW CE-680A MM 33-50-05 AND 33-50-00. OPS CHECK GOOD.

WITH BATTERIES CONNECTED, BUT NOT ON, EMERGENCY LIGHTS COME ON WITH THE SWITCH PLACED TO ON, BUT DO NOT COME ON WHEN PLACED IN THE ARM POSITION. SIGN OFF. POWERED AIRCRAFT WITH BATTERIES ON AND ATTEMPTED TO DUPLICATE SQUAWK, COULD NOT DUPLICATE, POWERED DOWN AND ATTEMPTED ONCE MORE WITH NO SUCCESS IN DUPLICATING EMERGENCY LIGHTS FULLY OPERATIONAL AND TURN ON AS INTENDED. DISCONNECTED BATTERIES AND TRIED TO DUPLICATING ISSUE SEVERAL MORE TIMES AND EMERGENCY LIGHTS WORK AS INTENDED ONCE MORE. CONTACTED MX CONTROL AND REQUESTED ANY INFORMATION OR HISTORY RELATED TO THE SQUAWK AND NO HISTORY WAS FOUND. CANNOT DUPLICATE ISSUE AT THIS TIME. ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS OPERATIONAL IAW CE680A AMM 33-50-11 NO DEFECTS NOTED.
