N677DC E2 ITT EXCEEDANCE: ITT TEMP@ 925* WITH PWR LEVER AT MAX CLIMB, 85* HOTTER THEN E1 @ MAX CRUSE; STILL 80* HOTTER THEN E1. CAUSE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
LOST CPCS AT FL300, AUTO PRESSURIZATION MODE FAILED. REPLACED 2097H020900 OUTFLOW VALUE - AFT PRE FL350 MOD S/N 01214 AND REPLACED 2099J030900 OUTFLOW VALUE - FWD PRE FL350 MOD S/N 01452 BOTH FROM LIEBHERR COMPANY AS REMOVED SERVICEABLE.
DURING FLIGHT ENGINE SPOOLED BACK TO 40% N2. MAINTENANCE TROUBLE SHOT AND FOUND BROKEN P3 LINE TO "BURNER PRESSURE" TRANSDUCER.
WHILE CO-PILOT WAS DOING HIS POST FLIGHT WALK AROUND, HE FOUND DAMAGE TO THE LEFT TRAILING EDGE. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT HAND FLAP ASSEMBLY WITH A SERVICEABLE FLAP. DAMAGE TO THE ORIGINAL FLAP DUE TO RIVETS WORKING AND PULLING THROUGH AT THE TOP OF THE TRAILING EDGE. SERVICE PROBLEM REPORT HAS BEEN RAISED WITH 328SSG.
PILOT REPORTED LEFT ENGINE FAIL CAS LOW OIL PRESSURE SHUTDOWN. MX FOUND DC GENERATOR FAILED MECHANICALLY, CAUSING DAMAGE TO ENGINE GEARBOX AND SUBSEQUENT LOSS OF OIL. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT ENGINE WITH SERVICEABLE.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED LOSS OF RT OIL PRESSURE DURING FLIGHT AND EVIDENCE OF OIL ON EXT. PORTION OF RT ENGINE. FC SHUT DOWN ENGINE WHEN OIL PRESSURE WARNING ILLUMINATED PER QRH PROCEDURE. AIRCRAFT LANDED W/O INCIDENT. RT OIL SERVICE CAP WAS FOUND NOT SECURED. ENGINE WAS CLEANED, INSPECTED, SERVICED, AND RAN. NO FURTHER ANOMALIES FOUND. RECORDS SHOW OIL WAS SERVICED PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT FLIGHT.
