THE PILOT A LOSS OF PRESSURE ON THE RIGHT BRAKE DURING PARKING. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE RIGHT MASTER CYLINDER TO BE AT FAULT. REPLACED THE MASTER CYLINDER HOSE, AND RESEALED THE MASTER CYLINDER. PERFORMED BLAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURES WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
WHILE PREFORMING MAINTENANCE, A CRACK WAS DISCOVERED IN THE RT MAIN ACTUATOR ATTACH BRACKET.
LEFT FOOT BRAKE, NO PRESS ON LT SIDE, NO BRAKING ACTION LT SIDE. INSPECTED LT BRAKE LININGS, CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. SERVICED MASTER CYLINDER WITH FLUID. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD.
DURING SCHEDULED INSPECTION EVENT, THE RT NACELLE INBD ENG BEAM WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED AT UPPER FWD INBD RADIUS IN THE AREA CORRESPONDING TO FWD INBD ENG MOUNT. A SUPPLEMENT TO THIS SDR WILL BE SUBMITTED TO ILLUSTRATE DAMAGE POINT. CORRECTIVE ACTION WILL BE COMPLETE DISASSEMBLY OF INBD ENG BEAM FOR INSPECTION & REPLACEMENT OF ALL DAMAGED PARTS.
AT SCHEDULED INSPECTION, NLG DRAG BRACE, OEM PN 5142002-5, WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED IN THE AREA OF NLG ACTUATOR ATTACH POINT. METHOD OF INSPECTION WAS DYE PENETRANT. THIS CRACK WAS FOUND TO BE BEYOND LIMIT ALLOWABLE. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN SCRAPPED & A REPLACEMENT DRAG BRACE HAS BEEN INSTALLED IN ACFT.
THE PILOT REPORTED A STEADY LOSS OF RT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE AFTER TAKEOFF. ENGINE SHUTDOWN AND FEATHERED BEFORE OIL PRESSURE REACHED THE RED LINE. DIVERTED BACK TO THE DEPARTURE. DURING MX INSPECTION, A LOOSE B-NUT WAS ALSO FOUND ON THE OIL PRESSURE LINE TO THE WASTE GATE. B-NUT TIGHTENED, AND ACFT RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
AT SCHEDULED INSPECTION, NLG DRAG BRACE, OEM PN 5142002-5 WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED IN THE AREA OF NLG ACTUATOR ATTACH POINT. METHOD OF INSPECTION WAS DYE PENETRANT. THIS CRACK WAS FOUND TO BE WITHIN ALLOWABLE LIMIT. THIS UNIT HAS BEEN REPAIRED IAW PROCEDURE OUTLINED IN MEB941-11R1 & RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED, ON TOUCHDOWN, LT MAIN GEAR BRAKE APPEARED TO LOCK UP. DIRECTIONAL CONTROL PARTIALLY MAINTANED, BUT DID VEER OFF RUN WAY ON TO GRASS APRON. MX INSPECTED LT MAIN GEAR AND FOUND TORQUE LINK CTR PIVOT BOLT AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE MISSING. R & R LT MAIN GEAR UPPER AND LOWER TORQUE LINK ASSEMBLIES AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED WITH GEAR RETRACTED, RT MAIN GEAR DOWNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW EXTENDED GEAR USING EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYS. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG ACTUATOR. COMPLIED WITH GEAR SWINGS, CHECK NORMAL, ACFT RELEASED BACK TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTERD AVIONICS MASTER SWITCH FAILED TO TURN OFF. WORKED OK AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED SWITCH AS A PRECAUTIONART MEASURE.
PILOT DID NOT HAVE THREE DOWN AND LOCK GREEN LIGHTS. MX INSPECTED AIRCRAFT FOUND BAD C/B AND ONE BAD BULB ON INDICATOR. MX REPLACED C/B AND BULB. PERFORMED REQUIRED INSPECTIONS AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS AND RETURNED ACFT TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED AVIONICS MASTER SWITCH ION. MX CHANGED CIRCUIT BREAKER SWITCH.
RIGHT LANDING GEAR DOOR CONTROL ROD BROKE AT ROD END, DOOR WOULD HANG DOWN WITH GEAR UP. INSTALLED NEW CONTROL ROD AND RIGGED. NO FURTHER TROUBLE.
