UPON GEAR RETRACTION WE RECEIVED A GEAR DISAGREE L CAUTION MSG FOLLOWED BY A ADC SSEC MISCOMPARE. LEFT GEAR INDICATION DISPLAYED AN AMBER DN. FOLLOWED QRH GUIDANCE AND EXTENDED THE GEAR NORMALLY FOR A RETURN LANDING. HISTORY SHOWED LT UPLOCK SWITCH REPLACED 12/20 & NO RIGGING MENTIONED ON 12/24 POST FERRY MX EVENT. IAW ARES REVIEW ARES SHOWS THE LT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH IS UP & LOCKED FROM POWER ON, ON LT PCB. BUT SHOWS NOT UP & LOCKED ON RT PCB. ONCE GEAR HANDLE PUT IN UP POSITION, A DISAGREE BTWN BOTH PCB'S & STOPS GEAR FROM MOVING ON THAT SIDE. ONCE GEAR HANDLE PUT IN DOWN POSITION, UP & LOCKED SWITCH GOES TO CORRECT POSITION. PERFORMED ANALYSIS OF LIVE VIEW PCB WHILE MANIPULATING HARNESS & SWITCH, NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS, NO FAULTS & NO ABILITY TO DUPLICATE FAULT. PERFORMED RIGGING CHKS OF SWITCH & FOUND LT UPLOCK SWITCH RIGGED INCORRECTLY. PERFORMED WIRING CHK OF SWITCH, NO FAULTS. PERFORMED WIRING CHK BTWN LT UPLOCK SWITCH TO GROUNDS & TO PCB, NO FAULTS. R & R PCB NC106 IAW AMM 24-60-40. OPS CHKD GOOD IAW AMM 24-60-40. R & R LT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH SG007 IAW MM. CONTINUITY CHECK OF NEW SWITCH, NO DEFECTS. PERFORMED MLG UPLOCK ADJUST CHK IAW MM 32-32-00. ADJUSTED LT & RT MLG UPLOCK SWITCH PLUNGERS. PERFORMED 15 MLG OPS CHKS IAW MM 32-00-00, NO DEFECTS. POWER CYCLED ACFT & 5 MLG OPS CHKS IAW MM 32-00-00, NO DEFECTS.

THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL FEELS SPONGY. WHEN TAXIING THE AIRPLANE PULLS TO THE LEFT WHEN APPLYING EVEN BRAKE PRESSURE TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT BRAKE PEDALS. AS BRAKE PEDAL PRESSURE IS INCREASED THE AIRPLANE PULLING TO THE LEFT IS MORE PRONOUNCED. PUSHING THE RIGHT BRAKE PEDAL FURTHER THAN THE LEFT BRAKE PEDAL IS REQUIRED TO INCREASE THE PRESSURE TO THE RIGHT BRAKE TO ALLOW THE AIRPLANE TO TRACK STRAIGHT. THIS WAS VERIFIED WITH THE LEFT PILOT SEAT POSITION AND THE RIGHT PILOT SEAT POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED BRAKE METERING VALVE. IAW CE-680A AMM 32-42-25. OPS CHECK GOOD.

FUEL DISTRIBUTION: DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, AT FL430 AND VMC, FUEL FILTER L EICAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. COMPLIED WITH QRH WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT. LEFT ENGINE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE INDICATION: AT FL 430 DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AND WITH OTHER EICAS MESSAGES (STAB TRIM MONITOR, ENG CONTL FAULT L, FUEL FILTR BYPASS L, AND DASHED HYD VOLUME INDICATOR) THE OIL TEMP INDICATION DISPLAYED AMBER DASHES. OIL TEMP REAPPEARED APPROXIMATELY 5-10 MINUTES WHEN WE TURNED AND DESCENDED TOWARDS OUR DIVERT AIRPORT. A/I STAB COLD R AMBER CAS: AT 430 CRUISE FLIGHT THE A/I STAB COLD R CAS MESSAGE DISPLAYED. REMOVED #2 GEA 7100 DUE TO ENG CNTRL FAULT L AMBER CAS. REMOVED P/N 011-D2635-01. S/N 3QS005705. ENGINE RUNS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK PERFORMED WITH REF. TO MODEL 680A AMM 31-40-15

REINSTALLED CABIN DOOR STEPS REF CE680A M/M 52-10-50. REMOVED AND REPLACED PCB CARD CED MONITOR NC105 OPS CHECK GOOD.

DURING POSTFLIGHT I NOTICED SOME STRANGE ODOR COMING FROM LEFT MAIN GEAR.//CORRECTIVE ACTION//REMOVED AND REPLACED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NOSE SQUAT SWITCH IAW CE-680A M/M CH 32-60-01. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
