UPLOCK SWITCH RIG CHECKED GOOD WITH 0.095" OVER TRAVEL. PERFORMED SEVERAL MORE GEAR CYCLES WITH NO ISSUES, VERIFIED NLG STRUT EXTENSION IS WITH LIMITS, VERIFIED BOTH RT & LT MLG UP LOCK SWITCHES OVER TRAVEL IN MORE THAN 0.03". LEFT ENGINE N1 INDICATION: SHORTLY AFTER ROTATION, THE LEFT ENGINE ITT WENT INTO THE RED. I HAD TO PULL POWER BACK LESS THAN CRUISE TO GET IT OUT OF THE RED DURING CLIMB OUT. ABOUT A MINUTE AFTER THAT, THE LEFT EEC MANUAL ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON. FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST AND LIGHT WENT OUT AND SEEM NORMAL FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN THE LT ENGINE POWER DID AN UNCOMMANDED REDUCTION, AND THEN AN UNCOMMANDED ACCELERATION BACK UP TO THE POWER SETTING HAD IT AT. BOTH ECS FAULT LIGHTS IN THE HELLHOLE ARE TRIGGERED. HOWEVER, THE N1 FLUCTUATED ABOUT 2% UP AND DOWN FOR SEVERAL SECONDS. OTHER ENGINE INDICATIONS WERE NOT OBSERVED AS WE WERE FOCUSED ON THE N1. NO ANNUNCIATORS ILLUMINATED. ENG DATA SCAN BUTTON WAS PRESSED APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES AFTER EVENT. WE DIVERTED AND ENGINE APPEARED TO OPERATE NORMALLY THROUGHOUT REMAINDER OF FLIGHT. // SIGNOFF// ACCOMPLISHED THE DCU DOWNLOAD OF THE LH AND RH ENGINES AND SUBMITTED AS REQUIRED. GAINED ACCESS AND PERFORMED AN INSPECTION OF THE TO, TL/FCU, AND TL SENSORS WITH NO DEFECTED NOTED. INTERROGATED THE DOWNLOAD WITH NO CURRENT FAULTS NOTED. ALSO NOTED NO FAULT INDICATIONS WITHIN THE DOLLS EYES, CLOSED ACCESS AS REQUIRED. PREPPED AND ACCOMPLISHED REQUESTED LEFT HAND ENGINE RUNS AT VARIOUS POWER SETTINGS AND LENGTHS OF TIME WITH NO DUPLICATION OF POWER LOSS. ACCOMPLISHED AN ADD LTLONAL DOWNLOAD WITH NO ADDITIONAL EVENTS NOTED. VISUALLY INSPECTED DOLLS EYES WITH NO TRIPPED INDICATORS. PWC ADVISED NO ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS UP TO REPLACEMENT OF THE RIGHT HAND ENGINE EEC. REMOVED THE UNSERVICEABLE LH ENGINE EEC (P/N: 1004855-1-002 / 30J2659-02 5/N: 04127489) AND INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED SERVICEABLE LH ENGINE EEC (P/N: 1004855-2-002 / 30J2659-03 S/N: 07043676). PERFORMED FOLLOW ON CHECKS WITH SATISFACTORY RESULTS. MAINTENANCE ACCOMPLISHED IAW PW545B EMM CH. 73-20-03 , 77-40-01, 77-20-01, AND 73-20-01 AND 71-00-00.

I THEN TRANFERRED THE CONTROLS TO THE F/O AND REFERENCED THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATION IN FLIGHT CHECKLIST AND AS PART OF THE CHECKLIST THE HYDRAULIC CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS PULLED AND THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATION EXTINGUISHED. AS PER THE CHECKLIST WE RESET THE HYDRAULIC CONTROL CIRCUIT BREAKER AND THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATOR RE-ILLUMINATED IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO EXECUTING THE APPROACH IN PHL. AFTER TRANSFERRING THE CONTROLS BACK TO ME PRIOR TO THE APPROACH, WE CONFIGURED FOR LANDING AND THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCIATIOR EXTINGUISHED PRIOR TO LANDING. ALL HYDRAULIC DEPENDENT SUBSYSTEMS OPERATED NORMAL DURING THE FLIGHT. AFTER LANDUNG THE HYD PRESS ANNUNCITOR DID NOT RE-ILLUMINATE. REPOSITIONED AIRCRAFT INTO HANGER, CONNECTED HYDRAULIC MULE. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF FLAPS, SPEED BRAKES AND HORIZONTAL STAB, NO DEFECTS NOTED. CONTACTED MCC WITH FINDINGS, WITH NO PRIOR HISTORY THEY ELECTED TO HAVE US REPLACE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH. PLACED AIRCRAFT ON JACKS AND PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS WITH NO FAULTS. DOWN JACKED AIRCRAFT. ALL WORK DONE, IAW CE-560XL M/M 29-11-06. OPERATIONS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.

FOUND ON PRE-FLIGHT. CLEANED/LUBRICATED/CHECK/ADJUSTED AIRCRAFT MED, IAW TEXTRON AVIATION INC. MODEL 560XL MAINTENANCE MANUAL (REV 46) 52-10-01 (REV 44) DOOR HANDLE AND LINKAGES MAINTENANCE PRACTICES. PERFORMED SEVERAL CLOSING/OPENING OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF AIRCRAFT MED SATISFACTORY.

NOTICED WITH CLOSING CABIN DOOR, DOOR HAD EXCESSIVE TENSION CAUSING DOOR TO RETRACT HALFWAY AUTOMATICALLY WHEN INITIALLY CLOSING THE DOOR. DOOR STEPS AND OPERATED DOOR. DOOR OPERATED CORRECTLY AND PRECATCH WORKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW 560XL MM52-10-03.

REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR CONTROL LH,RH,NOSE AND UNLOCK INDICTOR LAMPS WITH NEW IAW AMM 31-13-00. RESET/SERVICED BLOW DOWN BOTTLE AND PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS INCLUDING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEED IAW AMM 32-01-00.

OPENED COWLING INSPECTED LOWER FIRE LOOP NO DEFECTS NOTED INSPECTED ALTERNATOR NO DEFECT NOTED. REMOVED UPPER COWL AND FOUND WIGGINS FITTING SEAL JUST ABOVE PYLON DEFORMED AND SLIGHT DESCOLORATION ON COWLING. RAN ENGINE AND FOUND SIGNIFICANT LEAK FROM FITTING. REMOVED BLEED LINE AND REPLACED SEALS AS REQUIRED REF AMM CH36-11-00 C/W LEAK CHECKS NOTED NOTED. REINSTALLED UPPER AND LOWER COWLS AS REQUIRED.

WORK DONE PER AMM 32-01-00.
