Part: ACTUATOR — FAILED (LT MLG DOOR)
LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT GIVE GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED LIGHT UNTIL MANUALLY EXTENDED WITH EMERGENCY EXTENSION PROCEDURES. FOUND INBOARD GEAR DOOR BUCKLED DUE TO DOOR GOING TO FAR UP IN WELL. THIS CAUSED GEAR TO HANG UP. REPLACED LEFT INBOARD GEAR DOOR LANDING GEAR EXTENSION ACTUATOR. OPERATIONALLY CHECKS GOOD.
Part: RETRACT MECH — MALFUNCTIONED (LT MLG)
WITH 1/2 FLAPS, LEFT MAIN GEAR WOULD NOT COME DOWN. CYCLED GEAR 4 TIMES. FLAPS NEVER RETRACTED TO 1/4. LEFT MAIN CAME DOWN WITH A GREEN INDICATION. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS. COULD NOT DUPLICATE WITH FLAPS IN ANY POSITION. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. SEE FL 3392 FOR MECH SIGN OFF.
