WHILE TOUCHING DOWN AT LANDING, PWR BRKS CB TRIPPED. LOW BRK PRESS & ANTISKID INOP MESSAGES ILLUMINATED. BRAKE PRESSURE COMPLETELY FAILED & ACFT HAD TO BE STOPPED ON TAXIWAY WITH THE EMER BRAKE HANDLE. CB WAS RESET IAW QRH & 2 MESSAGES EXTINGUISHED. ACFT TOWED TO HANGAR & BRAKES WERE NOT TESTED. REMOVED BRAKE MOTOR P/N MP50B-1 S/N 3375 DUE TO CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPING AND INSTALLED OVERHAULED UNIT AS DESCRIBED ABOVE IAW CE560XL MM CH 32-44-20. BLED BRAKE SYSTEM, OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.

CABIN EMERG LIGHT: FORWARD HALF OF EMERGENCY LIGHTING IS STUCK ON, REGARDLESS OF PASS SAFETY SWITCH POSITION. FOUND FORWARD EMERGENCY BATT G SITCH TRIPPED. RESET G SWITCH AND PERFOMRED SAFETY SATISFACTROY OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. REF CE-560XL MM 33-50-01.
MAIN DOOR PRIMARY SEAL: AFTER STARTING APU WITH MAIN CABIN DOOR OPEN NOTICED THE DOOR SEAL ANNUNCIATOR WAS NOT ILLUMINATED. FOUND MAIN CABIN DOOR SEAL INFLATED. CAN NOT SHUT MAIN CABIN DOOR. THIS IS A REPEAT WRITEUP. // SIGNOFF// REMOVED DOOR STEPS. CHECKED DOOR SEAL PRESSURE SWITCH, INFLATION VALVE, AND DEFLATION VALVE. APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE SYSTEM. DOOR SEAL AND DOOR OPEN ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT WERE ON. CLOSED THE DOOR AND THE DOOR SEALS INFLATED. ANNUCIATOR LIGHT WENT AWAY. OPENED THE DOOR AND THE SEAL DEFLATED AND THE LIGHTS CAME BACK ON. WITH THE DOOR OPENED PUSHED THE SWITCH IN AND VERIFIED THE SEALS INFLATED AND DEFLATED WHEN SWITCH WAS RELEASED. DID THIS SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO THE PARTICULATE TRAP LOCATED AFT OF THE MED UNDER THE FLOOR PANEL. VERIFIED THE TRAP INSTALLED WITH THE DRAIN HOLE IN THE LOWER POSTION AS INSTRUCTED PER THE AMM. WITH THE ACCESS GAINED APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE SYSTEM AND VERIFIED THAT THE AIR WAS ESCAPING FROM THE PARTICULATE TRAP AS REQUIRED. CLOSED ALL ACCESS GAINED THE RIG OF THE SWITCHES FROM THE HANDLE AND THE AIRFRAME AND NO FAULTS FOUND. PURGED THE SERVICE AIR SYSTEM WITH DRY NITROGEN TO VERIFY NO WATER WAS IN THE SYSTEM. INSTALLED STEPS AND PERFORMED ANOTHER OPS CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. IN REF TO CE-560XL AMM 52-10-04.

REMOVED APU ACCESS PANEL AND INSPECTED INTERIOR OF APU BOX FOR EVIDENCE OF OIL OR FUEL LEAKAGE. NO EVIDENCE OF OIL LEAKS PRESENT STARTED APU AND LOADED WITH ELECTRIC AND BLEED A.IR. INSPECTED APU IN RUNNING CONDITION. FOUND FUEL LEAKING FROM APU FUEL MANIFOLD ONTO COMBUSTION CAN AL A RAPID DROP RATE. GATHERED PICTURES AND ,VIDEO EVIDENCE AND FORWARDED TO MCC REF: CE56DXL AMM49-I0-00 TIGHTENED MANIFOLD FITTING BY ONE FLAT, FUEL DNP DECREASED HOWEVER FUEL COULD STILL BE SEEN LEAKING FROM THE MANIFOLD AND FUEL ODOR WAS STILL PRESENT VENFIED WITH AIRCRAFT POWERED AND BOOST PUMPS RUNNING THERE IS NOT ANY FUEL LEAKING FROM THE APU MANIFOLD ASSY. COMPLIED WITH ENVIROMENTAL CONTROL SYSTEM DUCT BUM OUT. VERIFIED THERE IS NO COCKPIT OR CABIN SMELL WITH THE APU BLEED SELECTED OFF. CABIN BURNOUT WITH BOTH ENGINES RUNNING AND APU SELECTED OFF. REF: TC-5XL-21-120902M. REMOVED AND REPLACED WATER SEPERATOR CONDENSER BAG, OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS SATISFACTORY. REF: CE 560XL AMM 12-19-02.
APU BLEED AIR: WITH THE APU RUNNING AND ENGINES OFF, WITH THE APU BLEED AIR ON, THERE IS AN OIL SMELL IN THE CABIN. THE BLEED AIR SWITCH WAS CYCLED SEVERAL TIMES ALLOWING TIME TO AIR OUT THE CABIN, AND THE SMELL CONTINUED TO RETURN. ARRIVED AT AIRCRAFT AND POWERED UP APU AND BLEED AIR USING APU. AIRCRAFT GOT TO TEMP WITH NO SMELLS NOTED. GAINED ACCESS TO APU INLET AND BOROSOPED IT WITH NO OIL NOTED. BOROSCOPED APU BLEED AIR DUCT AND EXHAUST NO OIL NOTED. CLOSED ACCESS TO APU. REMOVED COALESCER SOCK AND NOTED SOCK WAS VERY CLEAN STILL VERY WHITE, NO OIL OR OIL SMELL OR EVEN SOOT PRESENT. WHILE SOCK HOUSING WAS REMOVED LOOKED AT FRONT END OF ACM AND NOTED THAT IT WAS EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN. CONTACTED MXC WITH FJNDINGS, REMOVED DUCTWORK TO GET TO THE BACK OF THE ACM AND NOTED IT WAS STILL HARD TO TURN AND MADE A SQUEAKING SOUND WHEN TURNED. COULD NOT MEASURE DUE TO LACK OF A TORQUE WRENCH WITH A 5 ANO BELOW IN LB RATING. PLACED ONE ON ORDER, MXC PLACED AN ACM ON ORDER IN CASE ACM IS BAD. WHILE WORKING ON ACM NOTED THAT THE DUAL HEAT EXCHANGER WAS CRACKED JN 3 PLACES. THE LARGEST CRACK MEASURING 2.S" AND THE SMALLEST 1/4", NOTIFIED MXC WITH FINDINGS. SENT IN PICTURES FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF GETTING A TEMP REPAIR. MXC PLACED A HEAT EXCHANGER ON ORDER. REMOVED DUAL HEAT EXCHANGER, AND ACM. REF CE560XL AMM 21·51·01 {DT 11/27/21) SEPARATED PLENUM FROM HEAT EXCHANGER, SWAPPED OVER ALL FITTINGS FROM OLD TO NEW HEAT EXCHANGER. BROKE ONE AN4 PLUG OFF INSIDE OF OLD HEAT EXCHANGER DUE TO IT BEING SEIZED. PLACED PLUG ON ORDER WITH NETJETS. INSTALLED PLENUM ON NEW HEAT EXCHANGER. RECEIVED TOOLING TO CW WITH TORQUE CHECK OF ACM. CW WITH TORQUE CHECK IAW HONEYWELL GUIDE ATA:21·50. ACM CHECKED GOOD. INSTALLED ACM INTO PLENUM AND HEAT EXCHANGER, INSTALLED ACM & HEAT EXCHANGER INTO AIRCRAFT, INSTALLED ALL PIPING. LEAK CHECK AND OPS CHECK STILL REQUIRED ONCE PLUG HAS BEEN INSTALLED INTO HEAT EXCHANGER. REF CES60XL AMM 21·51·01 (DT 11/28/21) PLUG INSTALLED AND ALL LEAK CHECKS/ OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. NO SMELL NOTED FROM CABIN OR COCKPIT BLEED AIR SOURCES RAN BOTH ENGINES FOR 15 MINUTES CYCLED BLEEDS ON/OFF NO SMELL NOTED
THE MAIN CABIN DOOR OVER CENTER HANDLE IS EXTREMELY LOOSE AND HITS THE DOOR WHEN THE DOOR IS CLOSED. IT TAKES MINIMUM EFFORT ON THE OVER CENTER HANDLE FOR THE DOOR TO CLOSE. PERFORMED ADJUSTMENT OF THE ACTUATING LEVER ROD END LINK. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF CABIN ENTRY DOOR. OPERATIONAL CHECKS PASSED. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE-560XL AMM 52-10-01.
MAIN CABIN DOOR PRECATCH WORKS, DOOR PINS OUT OF SYNC WITH DOOR HANDLE POSITION. OPERATIONS CHECKED, DOOR COULD NOT DUPLICATE FAILURE. PER MX CONTROL GAINED ACCESS TO MCD LINKAGE THROUGH REMOVAL OF MCD`S 3PS, REF CE56C XL MM 52-10-00. UPON REMOVAL OF STEPS WATER WAS FOUND TO BE POOLING IN MULTIPLE BAYS OF THE DOOR INTERIOR. SUSPECT WATER WAS FREEZING AND CAUSING OPERATIONAL ISSUES. REMOVED WATER AND DRIED OUT DOOR INTERIOR. CLEANED AND LUBRICATED DOOR MECHANISM. CHECKED DOOR RIG AND FOUND IT TO BE STATISFACTORY. REINSTALL, ID STEPS. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED,REF. CESSNA 560XL MM 52-10-00, 52-10-01, 52-10-02.

APU OIL SERVICE DOOR CORRODED AT FWD AND AFT LATCH POINTS. REPAIRED IAW ERO-897650, THIS IS A MINOR REPAIR OF LEVEL 1 CORROSION.
DURING DESCENT, THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THE LEFT CIRCUIT PANEL. AN EMERGENCY DESCENT WAS PERFORMED AND ELECTRICAL FIRE OR SMOKE CHECKLIST G1 WAS INITIATED AND COMPLETED. INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT FOR SOURCE OF SMOKE AND FOUND AISLE LIGHTS ON LEFT SIDE MELTED AND BURNED. REMOVED ALL LEFT SIDE CABIN AISLE LIGHTS AND INSTALLED NEW LED AISLE LIGHT ASSEMBLIES. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
ON DEPARTURE, LANDING GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT MOVE TO UP POSITION. UNABLE TO RETRACT GEAR. UNABLE TO RETRACT GEAR. WITH A MULTI METER CHECK FOR 28VDC AND GROUND AT THE GEAR CONTROL ASSY WITH AIRCRAFT IN AIR MODE POWER AND GROUND PRESENT, BUT SOLENOID WON'T PULL. REMOVED GEAR HANDLE APPLY POWER AND GROUND TO PINS G AND H GEAR HANDLE SOLENOID HAS FAILED GEAR CONTROL ASSY. REMOVED NOSE JACKING ACCESS PANEL. JACKED AIRCRAFT, REMOVED GEAR CONTROL UNIT AND INSTALLED REPAIRED CONTROL UNIT. IAW MM 32-30-01. OPS CHECKED GOOD. IAW MM 32-01-00.
DURING AN INSPECTION WE FOUND THE APU AIR DUCT MOUNTING FLANGE CRACKED WHERE IT ATTACHES TO THE DUCT ASSEMBLY. REPLACED AIR DUCT WITH UPGRADED 6655600-49 ASSEMBLY & SENT A SERVICE CONDITION REPORT 745481 TO MFG.
WHILE USING BRAKES AT ANY TIME, BRAKES THUMP & MOMENTARILY LOCK UP. PIN LENGTH IS GOOD & NO ANNUNCIATION WAS NOTICED. REMOVED LT & RT WHEEL ASSEMBLIES, INSPECTED RT BRAKES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED LT BRAKES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CLEANED LT & RT BRAKE ASSEMBLIES. REINSTALLED WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. TAXIED ACFT & PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF BRAKES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 32-40-00. NO FURTHER ACTION REQUIRED.

THE HINGE HALF MATERIAL HAD SWELLED FROM INTERGRANULAR CORROSION FROM THE EDGE OF THE HINGE & TRAVELED INTO TWO FASTENER HOLES. REMOVED HINGE & FOUND NO DAMAGE OR CORROSION TO ACFT SKIN. INSTALLED NEW HINGE HALF ASSEMBLY. SENT SERVICE CONDITION REPORT & PICTURES UNDER REPORT 701611.
ACFT ON GROUND, APU RUNNING, COCKPIT & CABIN SUDDENLY FILLED WITH ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR. NO INDICATIONS OF FIRE, RAN SMOKE CHECKLIST. APU SHUTDOWN ON ITS OWN. CHECKED APU BAY, , COMPARTMENT WAS ALSO FILLED WITH ELECTRICAL SMOKE ODOR. REMOVED AND RPLACED FAILED APU IAW MM 49-10-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
PITCH TRIM IS HARD TO MOVE AND BINDING AS IT IS MOVED NOSE UP THROUGH THE TAKEOFF RANGE. BINDING CAN BE FELT WHILE USING MANUAL TRIM. WHILE USING ELECTRIC TRIM YOU CAN SEE THE TRIM WHEEL SLOW AND ALMOST STOP AT THE SAME POSITIONS AS USING MANUAL TRIM. INSPECTED TRIM SYS CABLES, PULLEYS, ACTUATORS AND CONTROL SYS. DISSASSEMBLED, CLEANED AND LUBED CONTROL ASSY, INSTALLED NEW INDICATOR ARM (FOUND BENT) CABLE TENSIONS GOOD, RIGGED SYS AFTER MAINT COMPLETED. OPS AND TRAVEL CHECKS GOOD. T/O WARNING SYS OPS CHECK GOOD. NO BINDING, SMOOTH OPERATION IN MANUAL AND ELECTRIC TRIM, LUBED TRIM ACTUATORS REF MM 27-31-00 AND 27-32-01 POINTER (PN: 6661042-12, NSN), POINTER A (PN: 6661053-15, NSN).
TRIM WHEEL VERY DIFFICULT TO TRIM MANUALLY. WHEN TRIMMING WITH ELECTRIC TRIM IT STOPS/BINDS FOR A MOMENT APPROX EVERY INCH OF ROTATION. WHEN IN AUTOPILOT IT DID NOT KICK OFF THE AUTOPILOT. TRIM BINDING WAS THE SAME AT ALL ALTITUDES, AIRSPEEDS, AND FLAP CONFIGURATIONS. ELEVATOR ACTUATOR FAILED. REMOVED AND REPLACED.
DURING A SCHEDULED INSPECTION, FOUND FWD BAGGAGE DOOR HINGE ASSY CRACKED IN SEVERAL PLACES. 2 CRACKS IN SUPPORT CHANNEL 66120720-2 AND 1 CRACK ON CHANNEL 6612069-11.THE CRACKS WERE FOUND BY VISUAL INSPECTION. THIS ACFT HAD SB560XL-52-13 INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY. AN SCR HAS BEEN SENT TO MFG UNDER NR 621736.
WHEN APPLYING THE LEFT BRAKE, IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING FOR A WHILE THEN GRABS SUDDENLY CAUSING ABRUPT TURN TO THE LEFT. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK OF BRAKES. NO DEFECTS FOUND OR NOTED. PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE IAW AMM 32-42-00 LEAK CHECKED GOOD. SERVICED ACFT HYD AS REQUIRED PERFORMED ADDITIONAL TAXI CHECK OF BRAKES. NO DEFECTS FOUND OR NOTED.
DURING CLIMB OUT OF 28,000 FT, WITH RT SEAT PILOT FLYING, THE ATTITUDE AND HEADING FAILURE MESSAGE ILLUMINATED IN THE LT SIDE PFD AND THE MFD. THE AUTO-PILOT ALSO FAILED. PUSHED THE LT SIDE ATTITUDE AND HEADING REVERSIONARY BUTTONS AND THE RT SIDE INFORMATION WAS DISPLAYED AS EXPECTED. INSPECTED AND FOUND THE AHRS UNIT BAD. R & R WITH A REPAIRED AND MODIFIED UNIT. WORK PERFORMED IN REF TO THE MM 34-21-01 AND THE OPS CHECK OF AUTOPILOT PERFORMED IN REF TO MM 34-26-00.
HAD VISIBLE SMOKE IN COCKPIT ON TAKEOFF, THRU ABOUT 2K FT, WITH APU RUNNING. SMOKE SEEMED TO BE ISOLATED TO COCKPIT AREA. SMOKE DISSIPATED ON ITS OWN IN A VERY SHORT TIME. COULD NOT DUPLICATE, ENGINES AND APU BLEED AIR SYS CHECKS OK.
BRAKES CHATTER AND PLANE SUTTER WHEN APPLYING THE RT BRAKE DURING TAXI AND LANDING, REPLICATED ON BOTH SETS OF BRAKE PEDALS. T/S SYS TO DEFECTIVE ANTISKID VALVE, ANTI-SKID PUMP AND BRAKE METERING VALVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALL UNITS. BLED SYSTEM. OPS AND LEAK CK GOOD. TAXIED ACFT OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM CHAP 32-44-00.
ON LANDING, "LO BRAKE PRESSURE" AND "ANTI SKID INOP" LIGHTS ILLUMINATED; ANTI-SKID BITE LIGHTS ARE NORMAL. ACFT PULLS TO THE RT WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED ON THE GROUND AND FEEL SPONGY. NOTICABLE FLUID MISSING FROM BRAKE RESEVOIR, ONLY .3333 FULL NOW. INSPECTED BRAKE CONTROL VALVE AREA AND POWERPACK AREA FOR LEAKS. NONE NOTED. SERVICED RESERVOIR AND PERFORMED BRAKE BLEEDING PROCEDURE IAW MM CH 32-44-00, 3 TIMES ON EACH SIDE. TAXI CHECK SATISFACTORY, OPS CHECK SATISFACTORY.
DURING TAXI THERE WAS A HEAVY VIBRATION HEARD AND FELT WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE VIBRATION CAME FROM RT BRAKE ONLY. LT SIDE OK. REMOVED AND REPLACED BRAKE METERING VALVE WITH A REPAIRED UNIT. BLED BRAKES PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECKS, OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 32-42-00
BRAKE PEDALS FEEL SPONGY. BLED ANTI-SKID BRAKE SYS IAW CH 32-44-00 OF AMM. LEAK CHECK OF BLEEDER PLUGS GOOD. TAXI CHECK OF BRAKES GOOD. ALL WORK IAW MM 32-44-00.
SELECTED LANDING GEAR DOWN. GOT GEAR DOWN INDICATION ON NOSE AND RT MAIN. UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED LT MAIN LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE.
REMOVED AND REPLACED LT MLG ACUATOR WITH REPAIRED UNIT. PERFORMED ALL OPS CHECKS AND LEAK CHECKS. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. ALL ACTUATOR HARDWARE REPLACED WITH NEW. SERVICED EMERGENCY BLOWDOWN BOTTLE TO FULL AND SAFETIED WORK DONE IAW MM 32-30-04.
FOUND FAULT RELATED TO GEAR/HYD ISSUE WITH ACFT. AFTER COMPLETION OF HYD PUMP REPLACEMENT PERFORMED SEVERAL OPS CHECKS OF STAB AND FLAP SYS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. SYS OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 27-40-00.
ON DESCENT INTO KASE. AT APPROX 195 KIAS, GOT STAB MISCOMPARE CAUTION LIGHT.
DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, APPROX 60 KTS, LT ENG OIL PRESS DROPPED TO 0. LT LOW OIL PRESS LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOR 20 SEC & EXTINGUISHED. RAN ENG TO T/O POWER & PRESS DROPED TO 30 PSI. REMOVED LT ENG. DONE IAW MM, 71-00-03, CHECKED OIL. NO OIL IN SIGHT GLASS, MOTORED ENG FOR 20 SECONDS & RECHECKED OIL, NO OIL IN SIGHT GLASS. SERVICED W/4 QUARTS, RAN ENG FOR 4 MINUTES AT CRUISE. CHECKED FOR EXTERNAL OIL LEAKS. NONE FOUND. SHUTDOWN & CHECKED OIL. OIL REMAINED GOOD. RAN LT ENG AT CRUISE FOR 10 MINS. OIL PRESS NORMAL, CHECKED FOR EXTERNAL LEAKS, NONE FOUND. SHUTDOWN & CHECKED OIL. OIL DROPPED. SERVICED W/2 QUARTS. DISCONNECTED GEARBOX BREATHER LINE, NO UNUSUAL OIL FOUND IN BREATHER.
UNCOMMANDED EMERGENCY DESCENT WITH AUTOPILOT ENGAGED AT FL400. REPLACED RELAY KC009 AND CONNECTOR. IAW MFG WIRING DIAGRAM MAN 20-10-04. OPS CHECK GOOD. RELAY P/N LMP5001P S/N NSN/CONNECTOR LMS01T-TL S/N NSN / CONNECTOR P/N LMP4001S S/N NSN.
AC DOOR LIGHT (TAIL) ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF. FOUND BAGGAGE AFT UPPER LATCH STIFF. CLEANED SLIDE (BAYONET) AND HINGE POINTS AND LUBED. REMOVED UNIT FROM BAYONET RECEPTACLE. ADJUSTED SPRING TENSION. FOUND TAILCONE FWD ACCESS DOOR AFT UPPER LATCH STIFF AND RUBBING STROBE. CLEANED, ADJUSTED AND LUBED LATCH. ADJUSTED TAILCONE FWD ACCESS DOOR SWITCH 1 FLAT. OVERTRAVEL PART ACTUATION NOW .080". IAW MM 52-30-01 & 52-40-00.
LT ENGINE FIRE WARNING LIGHT FLASHES INTERMITTENT IN CRUISE FLIGHT. NO SECONDARY INDICATIONS OBSERVED. REMOVED BOTH UPPER AND LOWER COWLINGS, INSPECTED FIRE LOOP, FOUND LOOP CONTACTING ENG. REPOSITIONED FIRE LOOP, CLEANED CONNECTORS, SWAPPED FIRE DETECTION CONTROL UNITS FOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING PURPOSE, RAN LH ENG. NO DEFECTS NOTED, TALKED WITH MCC NO PREV. WRITE UPS, OK FOR CONTINUED SERVICE. REINSTALLED BOTH ENG. COWLING. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE560 AMM 26-11-00 AND AMM 26-11-02
STAB MISCOMPARE LIGHT ILLUMINATES ON FLAP RETRACTION AFTER T/O. REMOVED HORIZONTAL STAB ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED AN INSPECTED ACTUATOR. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD. WORK DONE IAW CHAPTER 27-40-00 OF THE MM.
DURING START BRAKE LOW PRESS AND ANTI SKID INOP LIGHT CAME ON. IT WENT OUT AS RPM INCREASED, CAME ON AGAIN AS TAXI STARTED. BRAKE PRESS REMAINED OK. EMER BRAKE NOT USED. [SUP 05-03-07] REMOVED BRAKE LOW PRESSURE SWITCH AND INSTALLED NEW UNIT IAW CESSNA 560XL M/M CH. 32-44-20. LEAK AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
UPON RELEASING BRAKES FOR TAKEOFF AT SJC, (4) LOUD KNOCKS IN RAPID SUCCESSION WERE HEARD FROM REAR OF AIRCRAFT. ABORTED TAKEOFF AND RETURNEDTO RAMP. INSPECTED BRAKES & ENGINES & FOUND NO DEFECTS. TAXI CHECK & PERFORMED ENGINE RUN UP TO TAKE OFF POWER SEVERAL TIMES WICH NO DEFECTS NOTED. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. WORK DONE IAW CE-560XL MM CH 32-42-00 & 71-00-00.
