ON DEPARTURE CABIN WAS NOT PRESSURIZING AND THE RATE OF CLIMB INDICATOR WAS MIRRORING THE AIRCRAFTS VERTICAL SPEED. WE TRIED MANUAL PRESS AND THE CHERRY PICKER WITH NO SUCCESS. MASKS DID NOT DEPLOY WE NEVER EXCEEDED 6000' AND WE WERE UNDER MAX LANDING WEIGHT FOR LANDING. REMOVED DEFECTIVE PRIMARY OUTFLOW VALVE AND INSTALLED A CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INSPECTED PRIMARY OUTFLOW VALVE REF AMM 21-30-00
NEW NOSE TIRE INSTALLED BEFORE FLIGHT. UPON TAKEOFF AND SELECTING GEAR UP HEARD LOUD NOSE WHEEL SPINDOWN AND FELT ASSOCIATED VIBRATION. NOISE CONTINUED FOR SEVERAL SECONDS. AFTER SELECTING GEAR UP THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT REMAINED ON. ALL CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE IN. SELECTED GEAR DOWN AND THE RED GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT EXTINGUISHED AND OBSERVED NORMAL GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATIONS. PNEUMATIC BOTTLE WAS NOT BLOWN. NO OVERWEIGHT LANDING. ON POSTFLIGHT NOTICED PAINT MISSING ON RIGHT SIDE OF NOSE LANDING GEAR FORK, AND GREASE PRESENT ALONG NOSE LANDING GEAR OUTER STRUT COLLAR. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED WHEEL/TIRE ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW MM 32-41-01.
LEFT FLOOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT STRIP OUT WITH BOTH CABIN AND EMER LIGHTS. REPEAT WRITEUP. POWERED ON THE EMER LIGHTS AND FOUND THE DROP AISLE LIGHTS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY. MANIPULATED THE FWD LIGHT ASSY AND FOUND THE LIGHTS TO FLICKER. REMOVED THE FWD LIGHT ASSY AND FOUND IT TO BE SHORTED IN THE CENTER. TEMP INSTALLED LIGHT ASSY. -WORK DONE IN REF TO AMM 33-20-04. RESOLUTION: REMOVED DAMAGED AISLE LIGHT & INSTALLED CANNIBALIZED SERVICEABLE LIGHT STRIP. OPS CHECK GOOD WITH NO DEFCTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IN REF TO 33-20-04
LEFT FRONT FLOOR AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOPERATIVE. GAINED ACCESS TO FORWARD AISLE EMERGENCY LIGHT, AND LOCATED CONNECTOR. FOUND CONNECTOR PIN NOT SEATED IN CONNECTOR. RESEATED PIN, AND VERIFIED SECURITY AND OPERATION. OPS CHECK GOOD. RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO ORIGINAL CONFIG. WORKED IN REF TO AMM 33-50-00
AFTER LANDING, MAIN CABIN DOOR WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CREW WAS UNABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE. TECHS CLEANED ALL DIRT AND DEBRIS FROM THE LOCKING PINS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PIN SOCKET TECHS LUBRICATED ALL LOCKING PINS ON THE MAIN CABIN DOOR ASSY. ALL OPS CHECKS ARE GOOD DOOR IS ABLE TO LOCK AND UNLOCK AS DESIGNED FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CABIN. ALL WORK PERFORMED PER AMM 52-10-00
ON CLIMB OUT WE RECEIVED A LO FUEL LEVEL L LIGHT. WE RAN THE QRH WHICH SAID TO TURN ON THE BOOST PUMP AND LAND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. BOTH FUEL LEVELS APPEARED CORRECT BASED ON THE FUEL ADDED AT THE FBO. NO LEAKS NOTED. TAXIED AIRCRAFT TO BURN THE FUEL PER MCC'S ADVISE. SIGNATURE DEFUEL TRUCK BROKEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED LOW FUEL LEVEL FLOAT SWITCH AND TUBE ASSY IAW AMM 28-42-00.
FOUND CORROSION ON POTTY DECK LOWER SURFACE DURING 24MO INSPECTION. MEASURED, MAPPED, AND SUBMITTED POTTY DECK LOWER SURFACE CORROSION TO ENGINEERING FOR REPAIR DISPOSITION. REPAIR TOILET DECK SKIN AT LOWER SURFACE. PER: NETJETS RFTS-113845. FABRICATED AND INSTALLED NEW TOILET DECK SKIN AT LOWER SURFACE. PER: NETJETS RFTS-113845 REV.0 TOILET DECK SKIN CORROSION
MLG: AIRCRAFT WAS BEING TOWED INTO A HANGAR BY THE PORT OF EPHRATA AIRPORT. WHILE THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING PUSHED BACK THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR WAS ROLLED BACK ONTO SOME WOOD PLANKS THAT COLLAPSED CAUSING THE RIGHT GEAR TO SINK INTO THE GROUND ABOUT A FOOT. THE RIGHT WING DID NOT CONTACT THE GROUND. WE DID ASK IF THEY NEEDED ANY HELP BEFORE TOWING THE AIRCRAFT BUT OUR ASSISTANCE WAS DECLINED AND WE WERE NOT PRESENT DURING THE TOW. THE ONLY DAMAGE THAT WAS VISIBLE TO US WAS THAT THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOOR APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN BENT DURING THE COLLAPSE. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED LH & RH MLG DOOR ASSY. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 32-10-00.
FIRST OFFICER MLG BRAKE PEDAL: WHEN APPLYING EQUAL PRESSURE TO BOTH BRAKE PEDALS THE RIGHT BRAKE APPLIES HEAVIER BRAKING THAN THE LEFT BRAKE CAUSING AIRCRAFT TO VEER RIGHT. NO ABNORMAL COCKPIT ANNUNCUIATORS. PILOT SIDE OPERATES NORMALLY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPAIRED BRAKE METERING VALVE ASSEMBLY IAW CESSNA 560XL MM 32-44-00.
RIGHT EXTERIOR EMERG LIGHT: RIGHT WING AFT CIRCULAR EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT IS VERY DIM COMPARED TO THE TWO FORWARD WING EMERGENCY LIGHTS. ALL WING EMERGENCY LIGHTS USE SAME BATTERY PACK THE AFT EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK (UC020) ALL LIGHT APPEAR TO BE SAME BRIGHTNESS, CHECKED AND CLEANED CONNECTOR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IAW CE560XL 33-50-04.
DC GENERATION AND CONTROL: WHEN BATTERY POWER TURNED ON THERE IS SMOKE COMING FROM TOP OF ENTRANCE STAIRS WHERE THE EMERGENCY EGRESS LIGHTS ARE WHERE THE CARPET HAS VELCRO ONTO THE SIDE WHERE YOU STEP DOWN INTO THE PLANE. FOWL ELECTICAL BURN SMELL. R&R THRESHOLD LIGHT. ALL WORK DONE IAW 560XL MM# 33-20-04. OPS CHECK GOOD.
AFTER CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF, POWERED UP SLIGHTLY TO TAXI ONTO RUNWAY & IMMEDIATELY HAD A STRONG BURNING ODOR IN COCKPIT. CLEARED RUNWAY & SHUTDOWN APU & ODOR ABATED SLIGHTLY. APPLIED POWER AGAIN TO TAXI BACK TO RAMP & AGAIN HAD A VERY STRONG ACRID FUMES/HAZE IN COCKPIT & COULD SEE HAZE IN CABIN. CABIN TEMP CONTROLLER WAS IN REMOTE MODE BUT NOT SET TO FULL COLD. COCKPIT TEMP CONTROL WAS ALSO NOT SET TO FULL COLD. DID NOT SEE AN AIR DUCT OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR. PERFORMED BURNOUT TC & TC-5XL-21-120902M, VISUAL INSPECTION OF ENVIROMENTAL CONTROL SYS. PERFORMED INSP WITH BOROSCOPE OF INLET & FOUND NO TRACES OF OIL. NO SIGNS OF ODOR OR HAZE & EVERYTHING OPS CHECKED GOOD. REF AMM 21-51-00.
LEFT HAND SIDE HEATED WINDOW APPEARS TO BE CRACKED. DURING FLIGHT IT ARCED FROM THE BOTTOM AND WE TURNED THE WINDSHIELD HEAT OFF. REMOVED FAILED L/H SIDE WINDOW ASSEMBLY P/N: 9914379-7, S/N: 06186H4443, INSTALLED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NEW WINDOW P/N:9914379-7 S/N:23012H3675. LEAK AND OPS CKS GOOD. ALL REF CES60XL AMM 56-12-00.

FOUND VERTICAL STABILIZER ACCESS PANELS 340ER AND 340FR TO HAVE CRACKS IN THE FASTENER HOLES, REPLACED CRACKED PANELS WITH TWO NEW P/N 5531005-3.
GAS SMELL COMING FROM GASPERS IN COCKPIT ENTIRE FLIGHT. FOUND FUEL MANIFOLD LEAKING. INSTALLED NEW FUEL MANIFOLD ASSY SECONDARY TUBE P/N: 3883899-1.
DURING TAXI, THE ANTI-SKID LIGHT ILLUMINATED FOLLOWED BY POWER CIRCUIT BREAKER. LOW BRAKE PRESSURE ILLUMINATED. FINALLY EMERGENCY BRAKE HAD TO BE USED TO STOP THE AIRPLANE ON THE RAMP. REMOVED AND REPLACED A WORN HYDRAULIC PUMP ASSEMBLY WITH A NEW UNIT. REPLACED PUMP DRIVE DC MOTOR WITH O/H UNIT. BLED BRAKES, OPS & LEAK CHECKED OK IAW MM 32-44-20-2, 32-44-00-2, 33-44-00-5, AND 12-13-01-3.
DURING FERRY FLIGHT WITH INOPERATIVE PRESSURIZATION, ACM, AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL AT FL100 NR 1 PFD STARTED TO DEVELOP A HOT SPOT IN CENTER OF SCREEN AS IF OVERHEATING AND RAPIDLY EXPANDED. DUE TO EXTREME HEAT IN PLANE OF 105 DEGREES F AND CONCERN OF POSSIBLE FIRE, PULLED NR 1 PFD CB. R & R THE NR 1 DISPLAY UNIT WITH A REPAIRED UNIT IAW AMM 34-26-00. OPS TEST CHECKED GOOD OF THE NR 1 DU IAW MM 34-26-00. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
LARGE BIRD STRIKE DURING LANDING PHASE. LARGE DENT IN LE OF LT STABILIZER. INSPECTED & FOUND DAMAGE TO LE & RIB ASSEMBLY. REPAIRED AND OPS CHECKED GOOD IAW MM 5-50-00, 51-40-03 & MM 25-23-05H & MM 05-50-00.
AT FL400 PITCH MISTRIM ANNUNCIATED IN OUR PFDS. UPON DISCONNECTING THE AUTOPILOT, THE ACFT PITCHED DOWN. NEEDED SIGNIFICANT BACK PRESS TO HOLD ALTITUDE. NOTICED THAT THE TRIM WAS JAMMED IN POSITION, WOULD NOT MOVE ELECTRICALLY NOR BY HAND. UPON DESCENDING INTO WARMER AIR & AT 9000 FT WE NOTICED THAT THE TRIM WAS UNJAMMED. WORKED NORMALLY THROUGH FURTHER DESCENT & TOUCHDOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATORS PER CE-560XL MM CH 27-32-03. OPS CHECKS GOOD.
WITH THE APU RUNNING AND THE AVIONICS ON, COCKPIT AND THEN CABIN FILLED WITH SMOKE. SMOKE APPEARED TO BE COMING FROM THE GLARE SHIELD AREA AND FILLED THE COCKPIT FIRST. IT WAS A WHITE SMOKE WITH A PLASTIC LIKE ODOR. R & R THE APU IAW MM 49-10-00. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
PAX DESCRIBED A STRONG ACRID BLEED AIR ODOR IN THE CABIN ON TAKEOFF. CLEANED COALESER SOCK IN WATER SEPERATOR. OPS CHECK OF ECS OK WITH ENGINES AND APU. WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 12-19-02 & 21-51-00.
RT BRAKE GRABS HARD ON HIGH SPEED LANDING ROLLOUT AND TAXIING. RT BRAKE GRABS HARD ON HIGH SPEED LANDING ROLLOUT AND TAXIING. , BLED BRAKES AND CHECK SYS IAW MM 32-44-00. COMPLETED HIGH SPEED TAXI CHECK, NO FAULTS NOTED. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS COMPLETED.
BRAKE PEDALS FEEL MUSHY. THEY REQUIRE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE PRESSURE THAN NORMAL TO BRAKE THE AIRPLANE. ALL 4 PEDALS FEELS THE SAME. INSPECTED BRAKE SYS FOR LEAKS, NONE FOUND. PERFORMED BRAKE SYS BLEEDING TO HYD BRAKE SYS IAW MM 32-44-00. BRAKE SYS, OPS CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
DURING CRUISE AT 3000', REDUCED POWER TO APPROX 60% FOR A SPEED REDUCTION IN SMOOTH AIR, NO TURBULENCE, WITH IGNITIONS ON, THE LEFT ENGINE (QUIT WORKING) SPOOLED DOWN TO ZERO % FOLLOWED BY THE ASSOCIATED ANNUNCIATORS INDICATING AN ENGINE FAILURE. UPON POST FLIGHT, FOUND THE LEFT ECS FAULT INDICATOR TRIPPED. PER NETJETS REQUEST REPLACED FUEL CONTROL UNIT WITH REPAIRED UNIT, REPLACED FLOW DIVIDER WITH OVERHAULED UNIT, AND REPLACED FUEL FLOW TRANSMITTER WITH OVERHAULED UNIT. ALL WORK DONE IAW ENGINE MM 73-20-01 & 73-10-03 & IAW MM 73-30-00. OPS CHECK & LEAK CHECK GOOD AT THIS TIME.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL AT JUST PRIOR TO 40 KTS THE NOSE WHEEL STARTS A VERY EXCESSIVE VIBRATION. FOUND SHIMMY DAMPER LEAKING FLUID, NO FLUID LEFT. REMOVED AND REPLACED SHIMMY DAMPER WITH O/H UNIT IAW MM, CONFIRMED PROPER SERVICING OF INSTALLED SHIMMY DAMPER.
DURING APPROACH LOWERED FLAPS TO 15` AND STAB MISCOMPARE CAUTION LT ILLUMINATED. VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. STAB DID NOT MOVE WHEN FLAPS WERE LOWERED AND RAISED. ACCESSED TWO POSITION TAIL ACB AND SPEED SWITCH IN CO-PILOTS SIDE CONSOLE. CHECKED VOLTAGE AT PIN 1 OF PCB N2017 VOLTAGE WAS 0.016 S/B 28 VOLTS. TAPPED SPEED SWITCH AND GOT 28 VOLTS. REMOVED FAILED AIR SPEED SWITCH. INSTALLED NEW SPEED SWITCH. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. ALL MAINTENANCE DONE IAW MM 27-40-01.
