THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO START THE RIGHT ENGINE AS THERE WAS NO ROTATION OF THE ENGINE. ALL OTHER PRESTART INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM DETERMINED THAT THE STARTER/GENERATOR HAD FAILED. THIS S/G HAD ONLY 393.5 HRS AND 315 CYCLES ON IT AT THE TIME OF FAILURE. THE FAILED STARTER /GEN WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. DELTA FOX AVIATION CRS 897R016D OVERHAULED THE FAILED UNIT LAST. OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE REPLACED UNIT WERE SATISFACTORY, AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING PREFLIGHT CHECKS IT WAS DISCOVERED THE PILOTS OXYGEN MASK GOGGLE PURGE LEVER WAS MISSING. THE BASE MAINTENANCE TEAM REMOVED AND REPLACED THE MASK WITH AN OVERHAULED UNIT. OPS CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE COCKPIT VAPOR CYCLE AIRCON BLOWER INTERMITTENT INOP. TRIP WAS DELAYED. OPERATIONS CONTINUED PER MEL. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR ACTIVATED AIRCON SYSTEM AND RAN BLOWER FOR .5HR TROUBLESHOT AND FOUND LOOSE TERMINAL ON BLOWER SWITCH. RETORQUED, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT THE LEFT BOOST PUMP LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH DURING BEFORE TAXI CHECKS. MOMENTARY FLASH OF LEFT FUEL PRESSURE LOW ANNUNCIATOR WHEN CYCLING THE BOOST PUMP SWITCH. THE MAINTENANCE TECH DETERMINED THE CIRCUIT CARD ASSY WAS DEFECTIVE AND WAS REPLACED WITH NEW CARD. OPS CHECKS SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
THE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT THE "LEFT BOOST PUMP" ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CREW RAN THE LOSS OF PUMP CHECKLIST AND COMPLETED THE FLIGHT. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR PERFORMED AN OPERATIONS CHECK OF THE LT BOOST PUMP, PER THE AMM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. THE MAINTENANCE VENDOR SWAPPED LOW PRESSURE SWITCHES OPERATIONS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IT WAS NOTED THAT THERE WERE THREE RIVET HEADS MISSING FROM THE RT INLET LIP
