REPLACED RUDDER PRESSURE SWITCH AS PER EMB AMM 27-23-04 OPERATIONAL AND LEAK CHECKS WERE GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PRIOR TO FLIGHT 3376 THE SERVICE DOOR WAS DIFFICULT / IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE, THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND BUSHINGS ON SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND ACTUATION ROD WORN. REPLACED AND ADJUSTED BUSHINGS ON SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND ACTUATION ROD. THE SERVICE DOOR FUNCTIONS NORMALLY AT THIS TIME IAW EMB 145 AMM 52-43-00. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CREW REPORTED A ELECTRICAL ODOR IN GALLEY COMING FROM THE COFFEE POT MOVED CONTAINER TO ALTERNATE POSITION AND ODOR WENT AWAY DEACTIVATED RT PLUG IAW MEL 2550 AND ISSUED MEL AWAITING FOLLOW UP.

ON FLIGHT 4361, CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO ORD DUE TO ELECTRICAL ODOR IN CABIN. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BALLASTS OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. PERFORMED A FUNCTIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WHICH PASSED SATISFACTORY. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4199, CREW REPORTED THAT THE FA DETECTED A BURNING ODOR IN THE GALLEY AREA ON TAXI. MAINTENANCE LATER FOUND ODOR TO BE ORIGINATING FROM SEAT 1A PSU AREA. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED CONTROL MODULE ASSEMBLY FOR PASSENGER CABIN LIGHTS IAW AMM 33-21-01. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.

ON FLIGHT4222 CREW REPORTED DURING CLIMBOUT NOTICED A CLEAR FLUID LEAKING OUT OF THE RIGHT WING. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE FIELD. AIRCRAFT LANDED AND TAXIED TO THE GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED VENT VALVE, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3456 AFTER TAKEOFF, TOWER REPORTED A FUEL LEAK COMING FROM ONE OF THE WINGS. CREW DID NOT NOTICED ANY ABNORMALITY. AT FL130 HE DID NOTICED A NORMAL FUEL BURN AND NO FUEL QUANTITY CHANGES. CREW ELECTED TO RETURN TO THE BLOCK. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT WING FUEL VENT VALVE. LEAK CHECKED GOOD AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4371, CREW REPORTED ABNORMAL SMELL IN THE COCKPIT ON CLIMB-OUT FROM, ODOR WAS INTERMITTENT SMELLED LIKE A COMBINATION DIRTY SOCK AND CHEMICAL. CREW PERFORMED APPROPRIATE PROCEDURE IN AOM 1 DECLARED PRECAUTIONARY (NOT AN EMERGENCY). RETURNED TO MDT. ALSO, LATER GOT PACK 1 OVLD AND PACK 1 OVHT AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK OF PACK SYSTEM IAW EMB 145 AMM 21-31-00-700-802. NOTED DIRTY SOCK SMELL WHILE RUNNING NR 1 PACK ALSO RECEIVED PACK 1 OVLD MESSAGE MEL'D NR 1 PACK PER MEL 21-29 AUTH 031085D-C. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 3973, CREW REPORTED LANDING GEAR CLUNKING NOISE. DURING LANDING GEAR RETRACTION CLUNKING LOUD BANG AT RETRACTION. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR IAW EMB 145 AMM 32-33-03. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED AND NR 8194; AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4302, CREW REPORTED SHUTDOWN ENGINE AT THE GATE. A LITTLE BIT OF SMOKE WAS SEEN FROM UNDER THE F/O'S GLARE SHIELD. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. FOUND F/O`S CHART HOLDER SHORTING OUT AGAINST CHART ASSEMBLY CAUSING CIRCUIT BREAKER NR 2 COCKPIT READING TO TRIP. REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICES CHART HOLDER ASSY IAW EMB145 25-12-11. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PAX COMPLAINING OF NOXIOUS VAPORS LOCATED MID CABIN. VERIFIED BY DEAD HEADING CREW MEMBERS. UNABLE TO LOCATE SOURCE. REMOVED AND REPLACED BOTH RECIRCULATION FANS THAT WERE FOUND TO HAVE BURNED, AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
STRONG BURNING RUBBER ODOR COMBINED WITH MUSKY DIRTY SOCK ODOR. BURNING ODOR WENT AWAY AFTER TWO MINUTES, BUT MUSKY ODOR PERSISTED. NO SMOKE NOTICED. LANDED AT ORD. NO EMER DECLARED. C/A-REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE 2 OPS & LEAK CHECKS GOOD AIRCRAFT RETURN TO SERVICE.
