GEAR DISAGREE L AMBER CAS: AFTER SELECTING THE LANDING GEAR LEVER DOWN FOR LANDING THE AMBER GEAR DISAGREE L CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. AFTER A GO AROUND WE COMPLIED WITH THE APPROPRIATE QRH CHECKLIST WHICH LED US TO EMERGENCY/ABNORMAL LANDING GEAR WILL NOT EXTEND CHECKLIST. WE BLEW DOWN THE GEAR AND PULLED THE UPLOCK HANDLE AS DIRECTED BY THE CHECKLIST. THE AMBER X ON THE LEFT MAIN GEAR TURNED RED AND THE AURAL LANDING GEAR WARNING WAS HEARD WITH THE FLAPS IN THE FULL POSITION. THE LANDING WAS MADE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ABNORMALITIES. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED FAULTY LH MLG UPLOCK SWITCH P/N:6948101-3 AND INSTALLED NEW CUSTOMER SUPPLIED LH MLG UPLOCK SWITCH P/N:6948101-3 IAW CE-680A AMM 32-32-25 RIG AND MULTIPLE OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.

ATA 2120

CABIN ODOR: ON THE GROUND WITH APU RUNNING. ENTERING THE CABIN AFTER THE EXTERIOR WALK AROUND THERE WAS A STRONG ODOR (LIKE MOTORCYCLE EXHAUST OR OIL BURNING) IN THE CABIN. ADDITIONALLY, THE AREA BY THE GALLEY/COCKPIT WAS EXTREMELY HOT. THE SMELL DID NOT SEEM TO BE ELECTRICAL BUT DID MAKE MAKE BOTH PILOTS FEEL LIGHT HEADED. AT THE SAME TIME WE RECEIVED AN ACM O'TEMP CAS MESSAGE AND A SOUND LIKE THE APU WAS SHUTTING DOWN. HOWEVER, THE APU WAS STILL RUNNING AND WE DID NOT NOTICE THE RPMS DROP. THIS SOUND HAPPENED AROUND 5 TIMES. ALMOST AS IF IT WAS RUNNING THEN SHUTTING DOWN AUTOMATICALLY. THE SOUND WAS LIKE A "WHOOSH". CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED CABIN HEPA FILTER. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW TC-68A-21-181006MR3 & CE-680A MM 21-60-00

AERODYNAMIC FAIRINGS (RADOME, TAILCONE, STRAKE): ON DEPARTURE AT LANDING GEAR RETRACTION, WE EXPERIENCED A VIOLENT VIBRATION IN THE AIRFRAME ABOUT 5-7 SECONDS INTO THE GEAR RETRACTION SEQUENCE. THE VIBRATION CAUSED AN AUDIBLE SHAKING SOUND IN THE AIRFRAME BUT SEEMED TO BE ORIGINATING FROM THE NOSE GEAR AREA. WE CYCLED THE LANDING GEAR ONCE. THE GEAR CAME DOWN NORMALLY AND ALL INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. WE RETRACTED THE GEAR ONCE AGAIN AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME VIBRATION ABOUT 5-7 SECONDS INTO THE SEQUENCE. WE EXTENDED THE LANDING GEAR DOWN ONCE MORE AND RECEIVED ALL NORMAL INDICATIONS THAT THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. WE LEFT THE LANDING GEAR DOWN AND RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT FOR A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING AFTER WE BURNED OFF ENOUGH FUEL TO LAND AT OR JUST BELOW OUR MAX LANDING WEIGHT.

AS PER CHECKED ALL EMERG BATTERIES WERE CHARGED AND EMERG LIGHTS WERE CHECKED WITH EMERG BATTERIES POWER ONLY. ALL LIGHTS POWER AND POWERED DOWN AS REQUIRED. EMERG BATTERIES INERTIA SWITCHES WERE CHECKS FOR PROPER OPERATIONS, NO DEFECTS NOTED.

AFTER INSPECTING NOSE WHEEL ON RAMP WE WERE ABLE TO MOVE THE NOSE WHEEL BY HAND FREELY IN EITHER DIRECTON BUT COULD NOT MOVE IT W/ THE RUDDER PEDDELS AS THEY WERE STILL JAMMED. FOUND ICE ACCUMULATION INSIDE TAIL, CONE AREA, PERFORMED FUSELAGE AFT CANTED BULKHEAD DRAIN INSTALLATION IAW ASL 560 74-53-08.

LUBED ALL 3 UPLOCK ROLLERS AS REQUIRED. CHECKED NLG UPLOCK SWITCH & BRACKET. NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED TEST GAUGE & CYCLED HYD SYS SEVERAL TIMES. SYS OPS & LEAK CHECKS GOOD. CHECKED LT MLG UPLOCK/DOWN LOCK SWITCHES, NO FAULT FOUND. SQ 500 WHILE PERFORMING MLG SWINGS TO TROUBLESHOOT SQ. HYD PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE TO BE "SQUEEKING" & MAKING NOISE, CYCLED MLG, FLAPS & SPEED BRAKES, NOISE WORSE, CONTACTED MX. MX AGREES TO CHANGE VALVE. VALVE PN 4614EX & O-RINGS. REMOVED RELIEF VALVE. BLED HYD & OPERATED ACFT SYS, OPS CHECK GOOD; LEAK CK GOOD. DONE IAW MM 29-11-06. REF SQ NR 300 FOR INSTALL. CONNECTORS AND PCB VISUALLY CHECK GOOD. REMOVED PCB NZ004 & INSTALLED NEW . WORK PERFORMED IAW MM 20-20-05. OPS CHECK OF MLG DUE. SWINGS PERFORMED UNDER SQ NR 500 OPS CHECKS GOOD IAW MM 20-10-00.
