FOUND AFT LT CABIN SEAT OVERHEAD LIGHT AND EXIT SIGN LIGHT ABOVE LAV REMAINED ILLUMINATED WITH EMERGENCY SWITCH IN THE OFF POSITION. RESEARCHED EMERGENCY LIGHTING ADJ/TEST AMM. FOUND NR 3 EMERGENCY LIGHTING BATTERY PACK INERTIA SWITCH HAD TRIPPED. RESET, REMAINING EMERGENCY LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. POWERED APU FOR ANOTHER 60 MINS TO FULLY CHARGE THE REMAINING EMERGENCY BATTERY PACKS. SYSTEM OPS CHECK NORMAL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 33-50-00.
NOSE GEAR: UPON TAKEOFF, AMBER GEAR DISAGREE NOSE ANNUNCIATOR AND NOSE GEAR SQUARE WITH AMBER DASHES FOR THE NOSE GEAR LIGHT. CHECKLIST ACCOMPLISHED. THREE GREEN. RETURN TO LANDING WITH NO OTHER INCIDENT.
CABIN EMERG LIGHT: AFTER TWICE CHARGING FOR 30 MINUTES, EMERGENCY LIGHTING AT SEAT 3 READING, SEAT 3 TOE KICK, SEAT 10 READING, AND EXTERIOR RIGHT WING INSPECTION LIGHTS ARE INOP. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED EMERGENCY BATTERY 2. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. REF: CE 680A AMM 33-50-06

EMERGENCY LIGHTING: EMER LIGHTS DO NOT TEST IN AUTO. FUNCTION WHEN SELECTED ON BUT DO NOT ILLUMINATE IN AUTO EVEN AFTER POWER REMOVED FROM AC REMOVED #1 EMER BATTERY PACK PN: CBS28-1 SN: 5575 AND INSTALLED NEW BATTERY PACK PN: 6430028-1 SN: F24-11024. OPS CHECK IS GOOD. ALL WORK ACCOMPLISHED IN REF TO CE-680A AMM 33-50-06.
WHILE STARTING DELIVERY CHECKLIST, NOTICED THE RH INBOARD FLAP NOT LINED UP WITH THE TRAILING EDGE WHEN FLAPS WERE RETRACTED. TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM AND FOUND RH INBD FLAP, INBD ACTUATOR TO BE FAILED. OIL PRESENCE ALL OVER ACTUATOR EXTERNALLY AND THE ROD END THAT THREADS INTO THE JACK SCREW SHAFT HA THREADS STRIPPED AND DAMAGED ALLOWING THE JAM NUT TO LOOSEN. THIS ALLOWED THE ROD END TO UNTHREAD FROM THE JACKSCREW DURING OPERATIONS. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE RH INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR WITH A NETJETS SUPPLIED OVERHAULED ACTUATOR. OPS CHECKS AND TRAVEL CHECKS GOOD AT THIS TIME. IAW CESSNA 680A AMM 27-50-05.
NR 1 EMERGENCY BATTERY LIGHTS WILL NOT EXTINGUISH. EMERGENCY LIGHTS AROUND MAIN CABIN DOOR.

TELESCOPING ROD BINDS WHEN DOOR IS RAISED. CLEANED MAIN CABIN DOOR SUPPORT ROD OF DEBRIS AND BUR. OPS CHECK GOOD AMM 52-10-40
DURING SCHEDULED MX, FOUND RUDDER/ELEVATOR AUTO-PILOT SERVO CABLE BRACKET CRACKED FROM 1 END TO PASS THE FIRST ATTACH FASTENER.
THE CRACKED APU CONTAINMENT BOX ANGLES WERE FOUND DURING APU REPLACEMENT. BOTH ANGLES WERE FOUND CRACKED PAST THE LAST RIVET IN THE BEND RADIUS.
ON TAKEOFF FELT A LARGE YAW TO THE RT, RT BRAKE SEEMED TO HAVE GRABBED. TAXIED ACFT FOR 10 MINUTES AND PERFORMED SEVERAL COMPLETE STOPS, RT AND LT TURNS. NO BRAKE DRAG OR DRIFTING RT NOTED. JACKED MAINS AND INSPECTED WHEELS FOR FREE ROTATION REF MM 32-42-01. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
PITCH TRIM INDICATOR OUT OF CALIBERATION . ACFT FEELS TAIL HEAVY DURING TAKEOFF WITH TRIM INDICATOR IN TAKE OFF RANGE. ADJUSTED ELEVATOR TRIM TRAVELS AND INDICATOR IAW MM CH 27-31-00 AND 27-32-01, OPS CHECKED GOOD.
CABIN DOOR LIGHT CAME ON AFTER TAKE OFF.
CABIN DOOR LIGHT CAME ON AFTER TAKEOFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED CABIN DOOR SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW MM CH 52-00-00.
THE ELEVATOR TRIM JAMMED AFTER TAKE OFF. RAN ELEVATOR TRIM BY HAND THROUGH COMPLETE TRAVEL NUMEROUS TIMES. TRIM OPERATES SMOOTHLY. PERFORMED TRAVEL CHECKS OF ELEVATER TRIM SYS. TRIM TRAVEL IS WITHIN AT THIS TIME. FOUND ELEVATOR TRIM INDICATER IN COCKPIT TO BE OFF. REPOSITIONED TRIM INDICATOR TO PROPER POSITION. ELEVATER TRIM IS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME IAW MM 27-31-60.
THE ELEVATOR TRIM JAMMED AFTER TAKE OFF.
DURING A PHASE 1-4 INSPECTION THE ELEVATOR TRIM CABLE ASSEMBLY WAS FOUND TO BE FRAYED WHERE IT PASSES THROUGH THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. THE CABLE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED PROPERLY AND IT DOES NOT LOOK AS IF IT WAS DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION. AN SCR HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO CESSNA CITATION UNDER 242171.
AFTER TAKEOFF GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH, ALSO HYD PRESS LIGHT STAYED ON. SHORTLY AFTER STAB MIS COMP LIGHT ALSO CAME ON. GEAR AND FLAPS EXTENDED NORMAL AND WITH GEAR DOWN ALL LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. INSPECTED, CLEANED AND OHMED WIRES PR034 TO PR002, PLO35 TO JL003, PL000 TO PL0032, JL003 TO PL037. NO FAULTS FOUND, ALL OPS CHECK PASS AT THIS TIME. GAINED ACCESS TO GEAR LOGIC PCB BOARD AND INSPECT, RERACKED WITH NO VISUAL DAMAGE NOTICED AT THIS TIME. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES WITH THE FAULT UNLOCK LT ON AND HYD PSI LIGHT ON INTERMITTENTLY. PCB LANDING GEAR P/N 6618704-6 REPLACED.
AFTER TAKEOFF A STRONG UNDESCRIBABLE ODOR IN COCKPIT, ODOR WAS NOT PRESENT DURING PREFLIGHT WITH APU RUNNING & BLEED AIR ON (APU WAS ON FOR 30 MIN) DID NOT ODOR LIKE ELECTRICAL, FUEL, OIL OR ENVIRONMENTAL ODOR PROBLEMS. DID NOTICE A FLICKER OF LIGHT ON THE MASTER CAUTION PANEL JUST BEFORE ODOR IN COCKPIT. DO NOT KNOW WHICH LIGHT, BUT IT WAS NEAR THE OIL FILTER BYPASS LIGHT. ODOR PROBLEMS. REMOVED APU OIL LEVEL SWITCH, CLEANED AND REINSTALLED. SERVICED APU OIL LEVEL AND OPS CHECK GOOD. REF 560XL MM 12-11-03, 49-10-00 (RE 100XL MM). REMOVED AND CLEANED COALESCER SOCK. REINSTALLED REF 560XL MM 21-51-00. OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO FOUL SMELL NOTED.
LOW BRAKE PRESSURE AND ANTI-SKID INOP LIGHTS CAME ON JUST AFTER TAXI OFF RUNWAY THE BRAKE FLUID IS COMING OUT OF THE OVERFLOW NEAR THE NOSE WHEEL. WOULD NOT CANCEL. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
PERFORMED AILERON WING CABLE INSPECTION PER CESSNA ASL560XL-27-12, FOUND CABLES CHAFED/BROKEN BEYOND MANUFACTURER'S LIMITS. REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WING AILERON CABLES IAW CESSNA 560XL MM CHAPTER 27-10-03.
AFTER TAKE-OFF FROM HYA NOSE GEAR WOULD NOT STAY UP AND LOCKED AFTER RETRACTION, DIVERTED INTO SWF. JACKED AIRCRAFT AND PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS, UNABLE TO DUPLICATE SQUAWK ON GROUND. FOUND EMERGENCY GEAR RELEASE CABLE HAS EXCESSIVE TENSION, RE-RIGGED CABLE IAW CE 560XL MM CHAPTER 32-30-08. FOUND NOSE LANDING GEAR UP-LOCK SWITCH AT MAX ADJUSTMENTS AND OUT OF RIG, REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR UP-LOCK SWITCH IAW CE 560XL MM CHAPTER 32-30-05 OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
