ALL CHECKS GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED DURING HIGH POWER ENG RUNS. MCG REQUEST REPLACED RUDDER BIAS PHENUMATIC ACTUATOR, REMOVED ASSY & INSTALLED A REPAIRED ASSY IAW AMM 27-22-35. ALL OPS CHECKED GOOD. NO LEAKS NOTED.
UPON REACHING END OF RUNWAY 34 WE HEARD A THUD WHEN SETTING PARKING BREAK AND GOT A PARK BRAKE LOW PRESS AMBER CAS MESSAGE. THERE WAS A PUDDLE UNDER RIGHT MAIN WHEN WE TURNED AROUND TO TAXI BACK TO RAMP AND THERE IS FLUID ON RIGHT MAIN STRUT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REPLACED BRAKE HOSE. OPS CHECK GOOD. IAW AMM 32-10-05, 32-42-00, 32-44-10.
ALL INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS ASSOCIATED WITH BATTERY PACK #3 FAIL TO ILLUMINATE WITH PREFLIGHT TEST AND ASSOCIATED QRH CHARGING PROCEDURE WITH 60 MINUTES OF TOTAL CHARGING. TROUBLESHOT THE #3 BATTERY PACK G-SWITCH TO HAVE BEEN TRIPPED WHEN RESET THE PACK ALLOWED THE LIGHTING TO STAY ILLUMINATED ONLY WITH AIRCRAFT BATTERY POWER APPLIED. DURING PRE-FLIGHT WITH THE AIRCRAFT BATTERIES OFF AND ALL GEN SOURCES OFF AND THE EMER LIGHT SWITCH IN ARM, ONLY SOME OF THE INTERIOR LIGHTS WERE ILLUMINATED. WE COMPLETED 2- 30MINUTE CHARGING SESSIONS USING THE APU FOR A TOTAL OF 60 MINUTES OF CHARGING ACCORDING TO THE QRH. AFTER 60 MINUTES OF CHARGING WITH AIRCRAFT BATTERIES OFF AND GENERATOR SOURCES OFF AND THE EMER LIGHT SWITCH IN ARM, THE REAR BULKHEAD EXIT SIGN, LAV SEAT EXIT SIGN AND LAV AISLE LIGHT ARE INOP. WITH BATTERIES OFF AND GEN SOURCES OFF AND EMER LIGHT SWITCH IN THE ON POSITION, NO EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATE THEREFORE WE CANNOT MEL ACCORDING TO THE OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES OF THE MEL. CORRECTIVE ACTION; REPLACED FAULTY #4 BATTERY AS PER CE-680A AMM 33-50-06 PARA 5 (C) PERFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK AS PER CE-680A AMM 33-50-00 WITH NO DEFECT NOTICE AT THIS TIME.
MAIN DOOR: EVALUATE MAIN ENTRY DOOR FOR PROPER ADJUSTMENT. IN THE OPEN POSITION, FORWARD HINGE AREA APPEARS TO RUB. MED HAS NORMAL FUNCTION IN ALL OTHER RESPECTS. CORRECTIVE ACTION: ADJUSTED FWD ADJUSTMENT BUSHING. AND ADJUSTED HINGE EXCENTRIC AND LOCKING PLATE IAW CE-680A MM 52-10-00
MAIN DOOR: MAIN DOOR BINDS WHEN CLOSING AND WILL NOT OPEN FREELY. I HAVE TO FORCE THE DOOR TO MAKE IT FREE FALL CORRECTIVE ACTION: CLEANED MAIN DOOR SEALS AND SUROUNDING AREA OF MAIN DOOR APPLIED LUBE TO THE MAIL DOOR SEAL AND MAIN DOOR SURROUND, PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPS CHECK OF THE MAIN DOOR OPEN AND CLOSE REF CE-680A, AMM 52-10-00. ACCESSED MAIN DOOR AND FOUND LOWER PART OF THE INNER SEAL HANGING OUT OF POSTION AND NOT SECURED PROPERLY. RESCURED INNER SEAL PROPERLY REF CE680A AMM 52-10-00.

HE TURNED OUR EMER LIGHTS SWITCH ON AND NOTHING ILLUMINATED. I TRIED IT MYSELF AND SAME EFFECT. I CONTACTED MX AND HE ASKED ME TO ATTEMPT W2 POWER DOWN, WHICH I DID, AND AGAIN NO ILLUMINATION OF ANY LIGHTS.

FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY A AMBER GEAR DISAGREE N EICAS INDICATION. COMPLIED WITH QRH & CONTINUED TO DESTINATION. DECENDING THROUGH 3000 FEET, INDICATION EXTINGUISHED. EXTENDED GEAR ON SCHEDULE WITH NO PROBLEMS & LANDED NORMALLY. FOUND NO DEFECTS, CW GEAR BUMP TROUBLESHOOTING IAW MM 32-00-00 & FOUND THE UP-LOCK SWITCH WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. MEASUREMENT ON SWITCH PLUNGER SHOULD HAVE BEEN 0.15 INCH +/- 0.03 INCH & ACTUALLY MEASURED .07 INCH, R & R THE SWITCH IAW MM 32-32-10 OPS CHECKED GOOD.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEING WEIGHT ON WHEELS INSTEAD OF FLYING . WHILE PERFOMMING RUNS TECHS TECHS RECEIVED A "FUEL CROSSFEED" AMBER CAS MESSAGE . MESSAGE WOULD DISAPPEAR WHEN TURNED TO NORMAL POSITION AND WOULD TUM WHITE WHEN IN THE RH TANK TO LH ENG. TAXIED AIRCRAFT BACK TO RAMP AND SHUT DOWN . POWERED THE AIRCRAFT BACK UP AND PERFORMED A ARES DOWNLOAD. SENT THE DOWNLOADS TO TEAM 680 FOR REVIEW. THE CONCLUSION WAS MADE TO REPLACE BOTH BY PASS SWITCHES AND BOTH FUEL FILTERS .BYPASS SWITCHES DUE IN AT 1300. WITH EEC IN MANUAL, TAKEOFF POWER OBTAINED. DURING CLIMB, NOTICED LARGE THROTTLE SPLIT AND NOTICED THAT THE LEFT ENGINE NOT DEVELOPING TAKEOFF THRUST. CONTINUED CHECKING THROUGH CLIMB ONLY GOT 85% N1 101% N2 WITH THROTTLE TO FORWARD STOP.
THIS CABLE ASSEMBLY IS REPLACED AT THE AIRCRAFT OPERATOR REQUEST BECAUSE OF RELIABILITY ISSUES. INSPECTED CABLE AFTER REMOVAL, PREFORMED LOOP TEST AND FOUND TO BE UNSERVICEABLE PER AMM CHAPTER 20-10-04. NEW CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTALLED.
THIS CABLE ASSEMBLY IS REPLACED AT THE AIRCRAFT OPERATOR REQUEST BECAUSE OF RELIABILITY ISSUES. INSPECTED CABLE AFTER REMOVAL, PREFORMED LOOP TEST AND FOUND TO BE UNSERVICEABLE PER AMM CHAPTER 20-10-04. NEW CABLE ASSEMBLY INSTALLED
DURING A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE GEAR SWING THE RT GEAR UP-LOCK HOOK EXTEND HOSE ASSY, BLEW A HOLE IN IT ABOUT .5 INCH FROM THE SWEDGED FITTING HOSE END. THIS IS THE HOSE END THAT ATTACHES TO THE UP-LOCK ACTUATOR FITTING. NO MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WERE HURT OR DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT, BUT THE MAIN WHEEL ASSY WAS REPLACED DUE TO SKYDROL CONTAMINATION. NEW HOSE ASSY INSTALLED.
MILDEW SMELL AT FLIGHT LEVEL 410. R & R WATER SEPARATOR CONDENSER SOCK IAW AMM 21-51-00. OPS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
UPON LANDING BRAKES WERE EVENLY APPLIED BUT ASYMMETRICAL BRAKING WAS EXPERIENCED, ACFT PULLED TO THE LT, BRAKES WERE RELEASED & ACFT DIRECTION OF TRAVEL WAS CORRECTED & BRAKES WERE EVENLY APPLIED AGAIN & AGAIN THE ACFT PULLED TO THE LT, WE WERE ABLE TO CLEAR THE RUNWAY & BRAKES WERE EVENLY APPLIED AT TAXI SPEED WITH NO ASYMMETRY, WE WERE ABLE TO TAXI TO THE RAMP WITH NO FURTHER ISSUES. BLED BRAKE SYS IAW MM CH 32-42-00. RAN ACFT & TAXIED. OPERATIONS & LEAK CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
CORROSION DAMAGE WAS FOUND AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS BETWEEN WS 117.9 AND 184.9 ON THE LT AND RT UPPER OTBD WING SKINS AND THE LT AND RT T/E SKINS. AFTER BLENDING TO REMOVE ALL CORROSION, THE MINIMUM REMAINING THICKNESSES OF THE AFFECTED SKINS WERE RECORDED FOR EACH DAMAGE LOCATION.

ACCOMPLISHED A BORESCOPE INSPECTION OF THE COMBUSTION LINER NUTS. ACCOMPLISHED SI 35-2013 INSPECTION SB 30419 LINER. DISCOVERED TWO NUTS MISSING. DISCOVERED IMPART DAMAGE TO THE HPT AND LPT BLADES. ACCOMPLISHED REPAIRS. HPT DISK ASSY 30J3202-01 SN A002XADS: DISASSEMBLED AND VISUALLY INSPECTED. DISCOVERED 25 UNSERVICEABLE BLADES ( IMPACT DAMAGE) ASSEMBLED 45 ORIGINAL BLADES AND 25 NEW BLADES TO THE ORIGINAL SERVICEABLE HPT DISK WITH NEW SEALS.
LEFT BRAKE LINE FWD OF COPILOTS RT RUDDER PEDAL IS CHAFED DUE TO RUDDER PEDAL CONTACT. R & R LT BRAKE LINE ASSY FWD OF COPILOTS RT RUDDER PEDAL IAW MM 20-10-06.
RUDDER AUTOPILOT CABLE BRACKET AT AFT CANTED BULKHEAD IS CRACKED ON INBD RIVET LINE. R & R RUDDER AUTOPILOT CABLE BRACKET IAW SRM 51-40-03 AND MM 22-11-01.
BOTH PILOTS PFD'S DISPLAYED AN AMBER IAS MESSAGE AFTER PASSING THROUGH 160 KTS. AT MINIMUM LT PILOTS IAS INDICATING 160, RT PILOTS INDICATING 166 & STANDBY INDICATING 167. ACCELERATED TO 200 KTS, SPLIT INCREASED TO ABOUT 9 KTS BETWEEN PRIMARY IAS INDICATORS WITH RT SIDE SHOWING FASTER THAN LT. DECELERATED THROUGH 160 KTS FOR LANDING, SPLIT WENT BACK DOWN TO ABOUT 5 KTS. INSPECTED PITOT TUBES AND FOUND A SMALL ROCK IN PILOTS PITOT. PURGED PITOT SYS AND REMOVED DEBRIS. WHILE PERFORMING LEAK CHECK FOUND PILOTS STATIC SYS LEAK AT DRAIN. R & R O-RING IAW THE MM 34-11-08. LEAK CHECK WAS COMPLIED WITH IAW MM 34-11-08. PITOT STATIC SYS LEAK CHECK WAS PERFORMED IAW THE FAR 91-411.

BOROSCOPE COMBUSTION SECTION FOUND IT TO BE GOOD. INSPECTED INTAKE COLD EXHAUST ALSO FOUND THEM TO BE GOOD. REMOVED OLD WATER SEPARATOR. INSTALLED NEW WATER SEPARATOR. IAW MM CH 21-51-00. RAN APEX ELS SYS IAW MM CH 21-11-00 WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON DEPARTURE AFTER RAISING THE GEAR, THE GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT ON AND THE GREEN NOSE GEAR LIGHT ILLUMINATED. RECYCLED THE GEAR AND HAD THE SAME INDICATION. EXTENDED GEAR AND GOT THREE GREEN. LT GEAR DOWN AND LANDED. REMOVED DEFECTIVE NOSE GEAR ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED INSPECTED CUSTOMER SUPPLIED NLG ACTUATOR. OPS CHECK AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE IAW CE-560XL AMM CHAPTER 32-30-03.
LT WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. RECEIVED LT FAULT, SELECTED OFF, LT O'HEAT WINDSHIELD, ARCED AND SHATTERED, DIVERTED. [SUP 4-19-07] REPLACED WINDOW IAW MM 56-11-00
DURING POWER REDUCTION TO IDLE AT 10.000 FT, LT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE DROPPED TO BELOW 20 PSI AND JUMPED BACK AND FORTH TO 40 PSI. ON POWER INCREASE, PRESSURE STAYED AROUND 30 PSI. ENGINE WAS LEFT AT IDLE UNTIL COMPLETION OF FLIGHT. LOWERED NR 1 ENGINE COWLING. INPSECTED FOR OIL LEAKS. NO LEAKS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED OIL PRESSURE TRANSMITTER. ADDED .5 QTS OF OIL (2380) RAN NR 1 AND 2 ENGINES. OPS CHECK GOOD IAW CE560XL M/M 79-30-00, AND MM 05-10-00. LEAK CHECK GOOD. CLOSED COWLING.
ON TAKEOFF ROLL, APPROACHING 60K MASTER CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED WITH ANTI-SKID ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT SWITCHES PROPER POSITION, TAKEOFF ABORTED. T/S TO BAD RT WHEEL TRANSDUCER. INSTALLED NEW TRANSDUCER OP'S CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME. ALL WORK DONE IAW CE 560 XL M/M 32-40-00.
