INSPECTED LT ENGINE PRECOOLER IAW SIL505-36-0003 REV 2. FOUND BOTH PRECOOLER DIVERTER VANES CRACKED AND BROKEN OFF. DIVERTER VANES FOUND LAYING ON TOP OF PRECOOLER EXCHANGER BLOCKING INLET AIR TO PRECOOLER.
BLEED 1 & 2 FAILED. INSPECTED ENGINE PRECOOLER IAW SIL505-36-0003 AND FOUND INLET AIR DEFLECTOR BAFFLES BROKEN OFF AND LAYING ON TOP OF COOLER.
EMERGENCY LIGHTS STAYS ON IN ARM POSITION OR FLASHES ON/OFF IN ARM AND ON.
FOUND TORQUE ON WINDSHIELD SCREW 1/4 TO 1/2 TURN LOOSE ON 30% OF SCREWS.
