ON APPROACH, PILOT SELECTED LG HANDLE TO THE RETRACT POSITION, LG WOULD NOT RETRACT. PILOT NOTICED LOW HYD PRESSURE & FOLLOWED ESTABLISHED EMER PROCEDURES IN THE PILOT POH. MANUALLY EXTENDED LG, RECEIVED THREE GREEN DOWN & LOCKED INDICATION LIGHTS & LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED FAULTY LT MLG ACTUATORS, REPLACED BOTH LT MLG ACTUATORS WITH SERVICEABLE UNITS. PERFORMED LANDING OPERATIONAL CHECKS, ALL SYS CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT 12,000 PILOT NOTICED HAZE & SMOKE WAS PRESENT IN COCKPIT ALONG WITH SMOKE ODOR. PILOT DONNED OXYGEN MASK & SMOKE GOGGLES IAW GOM PROCEDURES. PILOT FOLLOWING PILOT QRH TURNED OFF BLEED AIR, DUMPED CABIN PRESSURIZATION & TURNED FAN ON OVERRIDE IN THE APPROPRIATE ORDER. NOTED ACTIONS SEEM TO SOLVE THE ISSUE, PILOT DECIDED TO DIVERT TO THE NEAREST SUITABLE AIRPORT. PILOT LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED LOOSE BLEED AIR DUCT IN CABIN UNDER FLOOR, BLEED AIR DUCT WAS BLOWING HOT AIR ON CARGO BOXES & LABELS CAUSING SMOKE IN COCKPIT. INSPECTED SURROUNDING AREA FOR DAMAGE & SECURED DUCT & PERFORMED ENG RUNNING OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SYSTEM. OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE NORMAL.
APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES AFTER DEPARTURE, DURING CLIMB, LT WING OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. PILOT & CO-PILOT FOLLOWED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES & RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. AFTER ONE MINUTE WHILE ON APPROACH, THE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. REPLACED THE 350 & 450 DEGREE SWITCHES & THE HOT AIR MIXING VALVE.
ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER DEPARTURE, THE PILOT NOTICED A STEADY LT WING OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR. THE PILOT IMMEDIATELY RAN THE EMERGENCY CHECKLIST. PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY & LANDED WITH NO FURTHER PROBLEM. MX TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED LT BLEED AIR REGULATOR WAS DISCREPANT. MX R & R LT BLEED AIR REGULATOR VLV WITH PN 392908-1-1 IAW SA227 MM 21-10-20, PERFORMED ENG RUN UP, OPERATION & LEAK CHECKS BOTH WERE NORMAL.
AFTER DEPARTURE, LT WING OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED FOR APPROXIMATELY 90 SECONDS AND LIGHT WENT OUT, THE CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. ATC DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE. LT BLEED AIR DUCTING WAS INSPECTED WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND. OHM CHECKED WIRING FOR CONTINUITY AND SHORTS FOR LT WING OVERHEAT SWITCHES ALL FUNCTIONAL CHECKS GOODS. RAN ENGINE WITH NO DEFECTS FOUND AT THIS TIME UNABLE TO DUPLICATE.
SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTING KBUF THE PILOT REPORTED THAT THE SOLID/STEADY LEFT WING OVERHEAT LIGHT CAME ON. THE PILOT FOLLOWED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES CHECKLIST AND DECLARED AN IN-FLIGHT EMERGENCY. THE PILOT RETURNED TO KBUF AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THE LEFT WHEEL WELL OVERHEAT SENSOR DEFECTIVE. REPLACED THE OVERHEAT SENSOR, GROUND RUN THE LEFT ENGINE, THE LEFT WING OVERHEAT LIGHT OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
