FLIGHT 4701, ENROUTE GEG - PSC AIR TURNBACK / DISCREPANCY: VIBRATION IN FLIGHT DUE TO POD DOOR BEING OPEN. RETURNED TO GEG. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE PERFORMED GVI OF AFFECTED AREA. NO FAULTS FOUND. OPS CHECK OF DOOR SATISFACTORY.
DURING SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, DISCOVERED LOWER RT WING STRUT CUFF, CHAFED AT THE FUSELAGE SKIN FROM CONTACT WITH LIFT STRUT FAIRING. PERFORMED REPAIRS IAW SRM 51-75-00.
FLIGHT 8511 ROUTE SEA-MVW. FLAP MOTOR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED ON TAKEOFF, RESET AND POPPED AGAIN ON LANDING WHEN FLAPS WERE EXTENDED 20 DEGREES. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP TRANSMISSION.
AIR TURNBACK GEG FLIGHT 8903: SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF AND BELOW 900FT AGL TAKEOFF POWER SLOWLY DECREASED. EMERGENCY POWER LEVER WAS USED TO RETURN SAFELY TO GEG. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM ON THE GROUND. AS A PRECAUTION ENGINE FUEL CONTROL UNIT (P/N 3244897-3, S/N B10190 TSO 6919) AND PROPELLER GOVERNOR (P/N 8210-002AG, S/N 1480103 TSO 151) WAS REPLACED WITH OVERHAULED COMPONENTS.
ABORTED TAKEOFF. DURING TAKEOFF ROLL, THE PROPELLER SPEED CAME UP TO ONLY 1300 RPM. NORMAL RPM IS 1900. THE PILOT ABORTED TAKEOFF AND THE ACFT SAFELY RETURNED TO THE RAMP. REPLACED NP (PROPELLER RPM) INDICATOR.
ABORTED TAKEOFF. FLT 7665 BLI TO ORS: THE ENG LOST POWER AND WENT TO LOW IDLE. AFTER STOPPING THE ODOR OF FUEL COULD BE DETECTED. AS A PRECAUTION, THE ENG WAS SHUTDOWN. MAINTENANCE FOUND ONE OF THE FUEL TRANSFER TUBES BETWEEN FUEL NOZZLES 9 & 10 BACKED OUT OF NOZZLE 9. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FUEL NOZZLE TRANSFER TUBE RETAINER AND REINSTALLED THE TRANSFER TUBES WITH NEW O-RINGS. (S)
