SECURED RVT & COMPONENTS, PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF NLG STEERING, OPS CHECKED GOOD. NLG STEERING IS LINED UP IAW PLACARD, MCC ELECTS TO HAVE ACFT TAXI CHECKED DUE TO REPEAT WRITE UP. ACCOMPLISHED ACFT ENGINE RUN & TAXI CHK NICE & STRAIGHT, NO DEFECT NOTED DURING TAXI CHK IAW MTX ENGINE RUN- TAXI CHECK LIST ENGINE RUN, TAXI CHK LIST. ALL CHKS GOOD. RETURNED TO ORIGINAL CONFIG. GOOD TO CONTINUE.
AFTER TAKEOFF WE RECEIVED A R HYD TEMP HIGH AMBER CAS. RAN QRH. HYDRAULIC TEMP ON RIGHT SIDE EXCEEDED 155° (APPROXIMATELY 209°) AND PROCEEDED TO SHUTDOWN RT ENGINE IAW QRH. RECEIVED WHILE SETTING UP FOR LANDING: R HYD PRESS LOW FLAPS NORM PRESS LOW FLAPS FAULT SPOILERS FAULT. SWAPPED LT AND RT HYD TEMP TRANSDUCERS & PERFORMED OP5 CHECK, FOUND ERRATIC ON THE LT SIDE. REINSTALLED TRANSDUCERS. REMOVED AND REPLACED RT HYD TEMP TRANSDUCER IAW AMM 29-33-01. PERFORMED HYD SYS BLEEDING, HYD SYS FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
DCU B B3-006531 DCU "A" B3-006494 BRAKE FAULT B3-22442 UPON SELECTING GEAR DOWN WE GOT A MAGENTA BOX WITH DASHES ON THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR. WE ALSO GOT THE FOLLOWING CAS MESSAGES: GEAR DISAGREE, LEFT AND RIGHT THRUST REVERSER FAIL, BRAKE FAUL AND LEFT HYD TEMP HIGH. AFTER RUNNING APPROPRIATE CHECKLISTS WE LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. CORRECTIVE ACTION: REMOVED BAD DCU AND INSTALLED NEW DCU, IAW CH350 AMM 31-41-01. OPERATIONS CHECKS ARE GOOD AND DCU A & B FAULTS ARE NO LONGER ACTIVE. REMOVED DCU P/N 822-1578-009 S/N 4FKD1X INSTALLED S/N 46YXP3.
CLIMBING THROUGH 38000' IN MAX CLIMB DETENT 290KTS TWO DISTINCT BANGS, SIMILAR TO COMPRESSOR STALLS, WERE FELT THROUGH FLOOR, RUDDERS & CONTROLS. ALL INSTRUMENT READINGS WERE NORMAL EXCEPT 1/4 SCALE ON RT VIB METER. DISCONNECTED A/P DES TO 24000 SLOWED 250KTS. STILL FELT SLIGHT YAW PRESS UNTIL BELOW 250KTS & 6000'. GND RUNS CHECKED SATISFACTORY. WHILE TROUBLESHOOTING, PERFORMED BOROSCOPE INSPECTION OF RT ENG 1ST & 4TH STAGE COMPRESSOR BLADES COATING INTEGRITY IAW PW306A MM 72-00-00 & FOUND 4TH STAGE COATING TO BE DAMAGED. REPLACED RT ENG ASSEMBLY WITH A SERVICEABLE ENG ASSEMBLY IAW G200 MM 71-00-00. ALL POST INSTALLATION OPERATION CHECKS & LEAK CHECKED GOOD.
ON APPROACH, AT 170KIAS THE LANDING GEAR WAS LOWERED. THE NOSE AND LT MAIN GEAR INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. THE RT MAIN GEAR SHOWED AMBER FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS FOLLOWED BY A RED INDICATION. THE ANTI-SKID FOR THE RT BRAKE INDICATED OFF. AFTER ABOUT 45 SECONDS THE RT MAIN GEAR INDICATED GREEN AND THE ANTI-SKID NORMAL. LANDED NORMALLY WITH NO FURTHER ABNORMAL INDICATIONS.
ON GEAR EXTENSION, RECEIVED GREEN LIGHTS FOR LT MAIN AND NOSE GEAR BUT THE RT MAIN INDICATED YELLOW FOR APPROX 20 SECONDS FOLLOWED BY A RED "UNSAFE" INDICATION FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS. ALSO SHOWED THE RT ANTISKID SYS INOPERATIVE. THE RT MAIN GEAR LIGHT THEN TURNED GREEN AND THE ANTI-SKID INOPERATIVE LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. TROUBLESHOT SYS AND FOUND UPLOCK & DOWNLOCK PRESSURES ERRATIC & INCONSISTENT WITH LIMITS GIVEN IN MM 32-32-00. LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE LEAKING INTERNALLY. REPLACED SELECTOR VALVE WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW CMP 323002. OPS CHECKED GOOD.

LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT AND DID NOT RUN THE EMERGENCY GEAR EXTENSION CHECKLIST. TROUBLESHOT SYS AND FOUND UPLOCK & DOWNLOCK PRESSURES ERRATIC & INCONSISTANT WITH LIMITS GIVEN IN MM 32-32-00. LANDING GEAR SELECTOR VALVE LEAKING INTERNALLY. REPLACED SELECTOR VALVE WITH REPAIRED UNIT IAW CMP 323002. OPS CHECK GOOD.
RT MAIN GEAR DIDN'T INITIALLY COME DOWN WHEN SELECTED. GO AROUND INTIATED MAINTAINING APPROX 170 KNOTS. QRH REFERENCED, GEAR CAME DOWN AFTER APPROX 2 MINUTES. LANDING UNEVENTFUL. GEAR ACTUATION HAS SEEMED TO BE SLOWER THAN NORMAL ON PREVIOUS FLIGHTS WITH AUX HYD ANNUNCIATION STAYING ON LONGER THAN NORMAL. R & R RT MLG ACTUATOR. FOUND CHIPS IN RT HYD SYS RETURN FILTER TWISTED SYS. BLED HYD SYS SEVERAL TIMES AS WELL. OPS TESTED GOOD. ALL WORK IAW MM 32-20-31 & 32-10-20.
AFTER GEAR RETRACTION NOSE GEAR STUCK INDICATION. NO RELATED AIR NOISE FROM GEAR HANGING OUT NOTED. EXTENDED GEAR AND LANDED NORMAL. HYD FLUID LEAKAGE COMING FROM THE NLG UPLOCK ASSY. REMOVED AND REPLACED NLG UPLOCK ASSY, PERFORMED MLG EXTENSION & RETRACTION, FUNCTIONAL TESTS, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
WHEN PUTTING GEAR DOWN, NOSE & LT MAIN LOCKED DOWN NORMALLY. RT MAIN DIDN'T GIVE A INDICATION FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS THEN TURNED YELLOW FOR ABOUT ANOTHER 5 SECONDS & THEN RED ANOTHER 5 SECONDS BEFORE FINALLY TURNING GREEN. GEAR DEPLOYED BETWEEN 190 & 180. AFTER LANDING, INSPECTED THE RT MAIN GEAR AND SAW HYD FLUID LEAKING FROM THE RT ACTUATOR. R & R RT MLG ACTUATOR IAW CMP 321003 WITH MODIFIED UNIT.
UPON GEAR EXTENSION, THE RT MAIN GEAR INDICATION TURNED AMBER FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, THEN TURNED RED. THE RT ANTI-SKID OFF ILLUMINATED AS WELL. RECYCLED THE GEAR. EVENTUALLY GOT 3 GREEN INDICATIONS AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY. DID NOT USE MANUAL GEAR EXTENTION. R & R RT MLG ACTUATOR IAW MM 32-10-20. MLG INBD DOOR UPLOCK ADJUSTMENT FUNCTIONAL TESTED OK REF AMM 52-10-10. LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY EXTENSION FUNCTIONAL TESTED OK IAW AMM 32-30-00. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED. SERVICED LT AND RT HYD RESERVOIR TO FULL IAW AMM 12-30-00.
AFTER GEAR EXTENSION, RECEIVED A RED GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION. FOLLOWED THE QRH WITH 2 EXTENSIONS BEFORE THE INDICATION WAS GEAR DOWN AND LOCKED. COMPLIED WITH GEAR SWINGS IAW MM CHAP 32-30-00 SWUNG GEAR 50 TIMES ALL SYS CHECK NORMAL ALL INDICATION CHECKS GOOD NO DEFECTS NOTED. SERVICED THE LT AND RT HYD RESERVOIRS TO FULL IAW MM CHAP 12-30-00. RT SIDE WAS 75 PERCENT EMPTY. INSPECTED ALL 3 WHEEL WELLS FOR HYD LEAKS, NO LEAKS NOTED, ALL CHECK GOOD. PURCHASED BLEEDING HOSE (.1875" ID) AT LOCAL STORE AS REQUIRED. BLED MLG HYD ACTUATORS IAW MM 32-10-20. PERFORMED LANDING GEAR EXTENSION AND RETRACTION - NORMAL FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW MM 32-30-00. BLED ALL 4 BRAKES IAW MM 32-40-20. BLED RT T/R IAW MM 78-31-00. BLED LT T/R IAW MM 78-31-00, PG 201, STEP (A) THRU (B)(11) AND (B)(13) THRU (B)(18). ALL OPS & LEAK CHECKS GOOD. NEED TO RE-INSTALL LT T/R STOW SWITCH WITH BRACKET, LT T/R OTBD STANG FAIRING, AND BOTH UPPER & LWR ENGINE COWLS (LT & RT). INSTALLED LT T/R OTBD STANG FAIRING, AND BOTH UPR & LWR ENGINE COWLS (LT & RT). INSTALLED LT T/R STOW SWITCH WITH BRACKET AND CYCLED LT T/R.
ON CLIMBOUT, AUTOPILOT PITCH TRIM FAIL EICAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. THE AUTOPILOT CONTINUED TO TRY TO TRIM, BUT TRIM CHANGE WAS NOT OCCURRING. AUTOPILOT DISCONNECTED. RETRIMMED ACFT. AUTOPILOT ENGAGED, STILL COULD NOT TRIM, & DISCONNECTED FOR REMAINDER OF FLT. PERFORMED STAB TRIM FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW MM 27-40-00. TESTED GOOD. PERFORMED OVERRIDE OPS TEST IAW MM 27-40-00. OPS TESTED GOOD. PERFORMED NORMAL OPS LOW SPEED. STAB DID NOT MOVE. ABOVE 250 KTS & MOVED AT 2.50 KTS & BELOW. OPS TESTED GOOD. PERFORMED EMERGENCY OPS TEST. IAW MM 27-40-00. TESTED GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED.
UPON GEAR EXTENSION THE RT MAIN GEAR INDICATION TURNED AMBER FOR A WHILE THEN IT TURNED RED AND STAYED RED FOR APPROX 1 TO 2 MINUTES. IT THEN TURNED GREEN. LANDED UNEVENTFULLY DID NOT USE MANUAL EXTENTION. REMOVED RT MLG ACTUATOR & INSTALLED REPAIRED ACUTATOR. OPS CHECKED GOOD, NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW AMM 32-10-20.
UPON LANDING GEAR EXTENTION THE RT MLG SHOWED A AMBER UNKNOWN POSITION THEN A RED UNSAFE POSITION. AFTER A MINUTE IT SHOWED A DOWN AND LOCKED POSITION. REMOVED RT MLG HYD ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED MODIFIED UNIT IAW CMP 321004. OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
UPON FULL POWER APPLICATION AT APPROX 40KTS, RED BLEED PRESS / TEMP HI WARNING LIGHTCAME ON. ABORTED TAKEOFF. FOUND OVERPRESSURE SWITCH WIRES VERY CLOSE TO AN AIR SERVICE LINE. MOVED WIRES AWAY FROM SERVICE LINE. COMPLETED A SECOND ENG RUN. OPS CHECK GOOD. ALL WORK DONE IAW 21-11-00 AND 80-00-00 OF THE G200 MM.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL380 WE NOTICED FUEL LEAKING OUT OVER THE LT AILERON. REMOVED DEFECTIVE LEFT WING VENT FLOAT VALVE AND INSTALLED NEW VALVE PER G200 CMP 28501.
LT ENG OIL PRESS LOW EICAS MSG ON CLIMB OUT. (OIL PRESS 5 PSI INDICATED ON LT ENG) COMPLIED WITH QRH AND SECURED/SHUTDOWN ENG. REMOVED LT ENGINE UPPER AND LOWER COWLS. FOUND OIL FILLER NECK SIGHT GLASS LEAKING. REMOVED OIL FILLER NECK SIGHT P/N 30B6275-01 NSN AND INSTALLED NEW OIL FILLER NECK P/N 30B6275-01 NSN. REFERENCE MM 79-20-04 AS IAW MM 05-50-00. REMOVED OIL FILTER P/N 30B6070-1 NSN AND INSPECTED FOR DEBRIS, NO DEBRIS FOUND AT THIS TIME. REINSTALLED NEW FILTER P/N 30B6070-1 NSN. REFERENCE MM 79-20-01.
DURING FLIGHT FROM AFW TO EGE, STRONG EXHAUST ODOR IN THE COCKPIT AND DID NOT GO AWAY UNTIL AFTER SHUTDOWN. BORESCOPED LT, RT, APU BLEED AIR DUCTS LEADING TO ACM AND TRIM VALVES. FOUND NO TRACES OF ANY FUEL OR OIL. PERFORMED 30 MINUTE RUN ON BOTH ENGINES AND APU RAN ACM FROM ALL BLEED AIR SOURCES AND NOTED NO ABNORMAL ODORS. NO DEFECTS NOTED DURING MAINTENANCE DESCRIBED ABOVE. C/W IAW DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED.
UPON APPLICATION OF TAKEOFF POWER, HAD A MASTER WARNING INDICATION. IT APPEARED TO BE THE BLEED PRESS/TEMP HI MESSAGE. MESSAGE WENT OUT IMMEDIATELY WHEN RETARDING THE THROTTLES. RAN APE FOR 30 MINS. RAN BOTH ENGINES FOR 20 MINS. ADVANCED BOTH ENGINES INDIVIDUALLY TO 70. SHUT BOTH ENGINES OFF. CONTINUED RUNNING APE FOR 30 MORE MINS. RAN BOTH ENGINES FOR ANOTHER 20 MINS AND ADVANCED BOTH ENGINES INDIVIDUALLY TO 70 PERCENT. COULD NOT DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 21-00-00.
LEFT FUEL PRESS, LOW CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED ON TAKEOFF ROLL. ABORTED TAKEOFF AT 75 KNOTS. REPLACED FUEL FILTERS (BOTH ENGINES) AND LEAK CHECKED, NO LEAKS NOTED. OP'S CHECKED FUEL SYS FOR PRESS LOW CAS MESSAGE. SYS OP'S CHECKS GOOD, REF PW MAINT MAN 73-00-00.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF THE NORMAL PITCH TRIM FROZE AT 2.6 DEG SETTING. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES AND SEVERAL ATTEMPTS AT NOSE DOWN TRIM, SYSTEM WORKED NORMAL, HOWEVER SPEED WAS < 180 KIAS. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
DURING FLIGHT CREW DETECTED SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT, NOTICED SMOKE COMING OUT FROM BEHIND THE BOTTOM FORWARD 2 DRAWS. TURNED THE GALLEY POWER OFF AND AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE SMOKE STOPPED. CONTINUED FLIGHT TO DESTINATION WITHOUT INCIDENTS. - INSPECTED GALLEY AREA AND FOUND THE AIRSHOW SPEAKER AMPLIFIER HAD SIGNS OF OVERHEATING. REPLACED DEFECTIVE AIRSHOW SPEAKER AMPLIFIER WITH A REPAIRED UNIT, OPS CHECKED SATISFACTORY.
AFTER 1.5 HOURS INTO FLIGHT, CREW NOTICED EXHAUST ODOR IN COCKPIT, SELECTED DIFFERENT AIR SUPPLY AND PROBLEM REMAINED. PRECAUTIONARY DIVERTED TO ABQ. ITEM IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
ON CLIMBOUT RIGHT ENGINE LOW OIL PRESSURE MESSAGE CAME ON. RETARDED THROTTLE TO IDLE AND ENGINE PRESS DROPPED TO ZERO. SHUTDOWN THE RIGHT ENGINE PER CHECKLIST AND LANDED SAFELY AT CMH.
