FLIGHT CREW EXPERIENCED A STRONG FIRE/SMOKE SMELL DESCENDING THROUGH FL180. FLIGHT CREW SHUT LEFT PACK OFF PER CHECKLIST, SMELL WENT AWAY. TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND THE LEFT HAND AIR CYCLE MACHINE SEIZED. A SERVICEABLE UNIT WAS INSTALLED WITH NOT FURTHER ANOMALIES NOTED.
AIRCRAFT LANDED & TAXIED TO THE FBO NORMALLY, AFTER ENG SHUTDOWN, WITH APU RUNNING, THE CABIN BEGAN TO FILL WITH SMOKE & CREW NOTED WARMER THAN USUAL AIR COMING FROM AIR VENTS. DURING THE FLIGHT, PAXS REPORTED & SMOKE ODOR BRIEFLY BUT NOT SMOKE OR OTHER WARNINGS WERE NOTED. THE ODOR DISSIPATED QUICKLY. ALL OCCUPANTS EXITED THE PLANE SAFELY THROUGH THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR AS THE CREW SHUTDOWN THE ACFT. NO DAMAGE TO THE ACFT WAS NOTED. FOUND THE FWD ACM FAILED. IT WAS REPLACED & OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE FOUND SATISFACTORY.
DURING FLIGHT, CREW NOTED THE COPILOTS WINDSHIELD HEAT FAIL MESSAGE ON THE EICAS. SHORTLY AFTER THE NOTIFICATION, THE COPILOTS WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. THE ACFT DIVERTED AND LANDED SAFELY. MX CONFIRMED THE FAILED WINDSHIELD AND REPLACED IT.
AFTER LANDING, CREW REPORTED A LARGE PUDDLE OF HYD FLUID UNDER THE ACFT. MX FOUND THE NR 3 BRAKE LINE RUPTURED. THE LINE WAS REPLACED.
IN FLIGHT, CREW REPORTED LOSS OF HYD FLUID. ACFT DIVERTED AND LANDED SAFELY. MX FOUND FLUID LEAKING FROM A FAILED O-RING ON THE HYD SYS 'A' PRESSURE SWITCH. THE O-RING AND PRESSURE SWITCH WERE REPLACED.
DURING A SCHEDULED MX INSP, TECHS FOUND A CRACK IN THE RT INBD HORIZONTAL STABILIZER HINGE BRACKET. REQUIRED NDT INSP WAS PERFORMED AND THE CRACK WAS FOUND TO BE LESS THAN 0.49", THEREFORE A 50 HOUR RECURRING INSP HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THIS ACFT.
