CABIN EMERGENCY LIGHTS POWER SUPPLY (M730) FUSES. HAVE OPEN CIRCUITS AT STA 401.0
EMERGENCY SIGNS BY DOORS L4 AND R4 INOP. PERFORM OPERATIONAL CHECK IAM B676 AMM 33-51-00. OPS CHECK NORMAL AT THIS TIME.
L/H ENGINE NO EPR INDICATION. MX USED PROCEEDURE IN FIM 77-12 FAULT TREE 8O6. PERFORMED WIRING CHECK OF AMM 77-12-02-404-007 DO OPS TEST TEST SATISFACTORY FOR A/C TO RETRUEN TO SERVICE. NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THE TIME.
MX DISCOVERED THAT THE MID GALLEY COFFEE MAKER WAS INOP. MX MECHANIC CLEANED GROUND ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS IAW B767 AMM 20-41-00. COFFEE MAKER OPS CHECK NORMAL IAW B767 AMM 25-31-00.
RIGHT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM INDICATES (RF) ON STATUS PAGE FLUID DROPPING IN QUANTITY (RIGHT HYD" EICAS MSG DISPLAYED. THE CORRETIVE ACTION WAS THE MECHANIC FIM 29-11 F/T 830 AND CHECKED A/C FOR LEAKS. NO LEAKS FOUND, TRANSFERED FLUID TO R/H SYSTEM AND CLEANED SHUTTLE VALVE AND EXERCISED VIGOROSLY PER FIM BLOCK 20 SYSTEM. NOW NORMAL, AS A PERCAUTION CLEANED CONNECTORS ON THE TRANSMITTER.
WHILE TAXING THE RT HYD SYSTEM DROPS 1% EVERY 9 MINUTES. AT 53% WHEN RETURNING TO THE FIELD. REMOVED AND RPLACE THE LEFT ANTI SKID MODULE PER AMM 33-42-02. OPS CHECK TEST OKAY. A/C RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ACRID SMELL FROM AIR CONDITIONING WHEN ENGINES COME TO IDLE DURING DESCENT. PERFORMED GVI ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM PER AMM 05-51-56 AND ENGINE RUN UP, NO ODOR NOTED. REF. B767 AMM 71-00-00 TEST# 3.

DURING MAINTENANCE ROUTINE IT WAS FOUND THE L4 EMERGENCY EXTERIOR LIGHT IS INOP. BULB WAS REPLACED.
TROUBLESHOT IAW THE WIRE DIAGRAM MANUAL 33-51-01, FOUND WIRE GROUND LOOSE AT RIGHT MID. RE-SECURED AND CLEANED SOCKET ASSEMBLY AT RIGHT MID RIGHT AFT ASSEMBLY, RELAMPED. OPERATIONS CHECK NORMAL, PER STANDARD WIRE PRACTICE 20-10-13 AMM 33-51-02.
DURING TAKE OFF THE LT GENERATOR EICAS DISPLAYED DROPPED OFF LINE. THE A/C RETURNED TO THE GATE. MAINTENANCE REPORTED LEFT IDG REQUIRED SERVICING. MX COMPLETED IDG SERVICING ACCORDANCE, IAW AMM12-13-03. A/C DEPARTED SUCCESSFULLY WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENT.
DURING 28-DAY CHECK FOUND L4 DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT INOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED L-4 POWER SUPPLY IAW B767 AMM 33-51-07. OPS CHECK FOUND NORMAL.

AT 200 FT, THE LEFT ENGINE RAPIDLY REACHED 883 C, RED, EGT, THE ENGINE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED.
