DURING TAKEOFF LOST GREEN HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PUMP. LOW LEVEL ILLUMINATED, AND LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT. PERFORMED QRH DECLARED AN EMERGENCY OBSERVED LANDING GEAR SPEED. PERFORMED MANUAL EXTENSION, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED MAIN LANDING GEAR SELF-CLEANING. NO LEAKS AT THIS TIME OPS CHECK GOOD.
LANDING GEAR NOT DOWN ANNUNCIATOR IN FLIGHT NUMEROUS TIMES. OHM OUT CHECK RADIO ALTIMETER COAX CABLE AND ANTENNAS TEAT NORMAL.
AT 1000 FEET FOUND EVIDENCE OF SPARKS COMING OUT OF #1 ENGINE EXHAUST. FOUND DAMAGED BLADES ON #1 ENGINE ASSY, REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE ASSY OPS AND LEAK CHECKS GOOD.
FLIGHT# 9005 FLL/TPA REPORT: DOOR EMER LIGHT ILLUMINITED AFTER TAKE OFF. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND EMERGENCY DOOR HATCH LIGHT TO BE ILLUMINATED. HATCH WAS IN LOCKED AND CLOSED POSITION. RESET CANNON PLUG AND OPENED AND CLOSED HATCH, AND PERFORMED OPS CHECK OF THE HATCH ALERT CIRCUT, OPS CHECK GOOD.WORK DONE IAW ATR72 AMM 52-22-00
