PILOT REPORTED APPROACH NORMAL WITH LIGHTED RUNWAY AND WAS UNABLE TO SEE AND AVOID SNOW DRIFTING ON THE RUNWAY. AIRCRAFT INCURRED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE TO THE NOSE WHEEL WELL STRUCTURE, PROPELLERS AND ENGINES.
