DURING CLIMB OUT, CREW REPORTED THE LT ENG SURGED & ROLLED BACK MULTIPLE TIMES. ACFT RETURNED TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT & LANDED SAFELY. REPLACED THE NR 2 ENG.
CREW REPORTED ENG POWER ROLL BACK INTERMITTENTLY. ACFT LANDED SAFELY. REPLACED THE ENG CONTROL B WIRE HARNESS.
DURING CLIMB, LT ENG POWER FLUCTUATED & ROLLED BACK 10 PERCENT 3 TIMES. AFTER THE THIRD ROLL BACK, FAN DAMAGE CAS MSG ILLUMINATED. ACFT LANDED SAFELY & NO ENG DAMAGE WAS NOTED. REPLACED THE LT ENGINE B SYS FADEC. SYS OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE FOUND SATISFACTORY.
DURING CLIMB, LT ENG POWER FLUCTUATED & ROLLED BACK UP TO 10 PERCENT, THEN RECOVERED. FLUCTUATIONS CEASED UPON LEVEL OFF AT CRUISING ALTITUDE. ON LANDING NOTED MULTIPLE ERROR CODES IN THE SYS. TROUBLE SHOT THE SYS & FOUND THE CVG VLV DEFECTIVE. THE UNIT WAS REPLACED.
ON CLIMB OUT, CREW FELT VIBRATION IN THE LT ENG & 20 SECONDS LATER RECEIVED A LT FAN DAMAGE CAS MSG. PERFORMED THEIR CHECKLIST, DECLARED AN EMER & DIVERTED BACK SAFETY. AT THE MOMENT, WE SUSPECT A BIRD, FOD, WAS INGESTED INTO THE ENG. FOUND NO DAMAGE TO THE ENG. ENG RUNS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO ABNORMAL RESULTS & THE ACFT WAS RELEASED FOR SERVICE.
ON DESCENT, CREW REPORTED GEAR TOOK EXCESSIVE TIME TO EXTEND AND NOTED FLUCTUATIONS IN THE A-SYS HYD QTY INDICATION. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED BUT THE ACFT LANDED SAFELY. MX FOUND THE RT MLG ACTUATOR FLEX LINE LEAKING. THE LINE WAS REPLACED AND ALL LEAK AND OPS CHECKS WERE SATISFACTORY.
