FLIGHT 8737, ENROUTE GEG - YKM AIR TURNBACK, DURING CRUISE, THE STAB DE-ICE FAIL ILLUMINATED. DUE TO ICING CONDITIONS, THE PILOT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO GEG WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE REMOVED THE EMPENNAGE PRESSURE SWITCH SV001 AND FOUND RESIDUAL MOISTURE WITHIN THE LINES. REMOVED THE WATER FROM THE SWITCH AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS AND REINSTALLED THE SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD.
CAPTAIN SEAT SUPPORT PAN CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE CREW SEAT IAW 408 MM 25-10-05.

REPLACEMENT OF THE INERTIAL SEPERATOR MECHANISM ASSY AND MAJOR REPAIR COMPLETED PER TEXTRON SR-408-ATA54-42396 REV.C.

R/H FLAP LE CHAFING FROM INBOARD FLAP ACTUATOR ACCESS PANEL. R/H PANEL FIT INSTALLED PER C408 SRM 51-00-00 AND C408 IPC 57-20-25. R/H FLAP ACTUATOR PANELS MODIFIED AND INSTALLED IAW SR-408-ATA57-43632 REV A PARA. 4.3.3 AND 4.4. OPS CHECK GOOD. NO CONTACT WITH REPAIR ANGLES OBSERVED.
W/O 252637/NR 8 DISCREPANCY: DURING A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE R/H EXHAUST STACK ASSEMBLY BLEED PORT-TO-INLET ANTI-ICE HOSE WELD IS CRACKED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE EXHAUST STACK ASSEMBLY WITH NEW PER C408 MM 78-10-05.
WO 252637/NR 6 DISCREPANCY: DURING A SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE R/H INTAKE INTERIOR LOWER SURFACE PANEL IS CRACKED. REPLACED THE R/H ENGINE LOWER COWL SKIN IAW 408 SRM CH 51-00-00 AND IPC 71-10-10.
