CORRECTIVE ACTION- FOUND FWD. LH DOWN LOCK SENSOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR LOOSE AND RESECURED. LIGHT EXTINGUISHED ON SECONDARY PANEL PERFORMED OPERATIONAL TEST OF UNLOCK LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATORS.
#2 ENGINE OVER TORQUE ON TAKEOFF (111.1%) AFTER ABORTED TAKEOFF TQ REMAINED AT 70% WITH PL AT GROUND IDLE. TAKEOFF ABORTED BELOW 70 KNOTS. FOUND PEC SYSTEM FAULTY ON MCDU INSPECTED PVM AND FOUND LOOSE CANNON PLUG, RESECURED CONNECTOR, PERFORMED ERASING OF PEC CODES, OPS CHECK GOOD.
ON APPROACH HAD LEFT MAIN UNLK LIGHT ON OVERHEAD PANEL. WENT OFF UPON DOING GO AROUND. CORRECTIVE ACTION: FOUND 11GB PROXIMITY SWITCH AT FAULT ON MCDU, REMOVED AND REPLACED 11GB PROX SWITCH, GEAR SWINGS AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
FUSELAGE COCKPIT LH WINDOW FRAME LATERAL POST DAMAGED/ELONGATED RETAINER ATTACHMENT HOLES SHANK AND TOOL MARK. CORRECTIVE ACTION DAMAGED HOLES SHANK (QTY3) AND UPPER SURFACE TOOL MARK BLENDED-OUT AND INSPECTED, PERFORMED DVI, PLUS DYE PENETRANT PLUS EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION AT EACH HOLE TO CONFIRM ABSENCE OF SCRATCH, CRACK OR ANY OTHER DISCREPANCY, FOLLOWING ATR INSTRUCTION REF.
