AFTER TAKEOFF, THE PILOT NOTICED SMOKE IN THE CABIN AFTER THE AIR CONDITIONING VALVE STARTED OPENING TO PRESSURIZE THE ACFT. ACFT RETURNED TO BASE. TROUBLESHOT AIR CONDITIONING SYS, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. INSPECTED ENGINE OIL LEVELS FOR OVER SERVICING, NO DEFECTS NOTED. INSPECTED COOLING TURBINE, NO DFECTS NOTED. RAN ACFT AND GROUND CHECKED PRESSURIZATION SYS, NO DEFECTS NOTED. SUSPECT ACFT DE-ICING FLUID WAS INDUCED INTO 1 OF THE ENGINES WHILE PARKED ON RAMP. ACFT TEST FLOWN WITH NO ISSUES.
NUMBER 1 & 2 RADIOS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY IN FLIGHT, PROGRESSIVELY BECAME WORSE, NO RECEIVE ON NR 1, NO TRANSMIT OR RECEIVE ON NR 2. RERACKED COMM NR 1 & NR 2 TRANSCEIVERS, CLEANED MOISTURE OFF CAPTAINS AUDIO PANEL CONNECTOR AND CLEANED COMM NR 1 & NR 2 CONTROL HEAD CONNECTORS. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SYSTEMS SATISFACTORY.
DURING CLIMB, THE CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED, FOLLOWED BY THE CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING HORN. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ATC CLEARED THE AIRCRAFT TO A LOWER ALTITUDE AND THE CLOSEST AIRPORT, KCRP. REPLACED THE CABIN ALTITUDE CONTROLLER WITH REPAIRED UNIT. PERFORMED REQUIRED GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS OF THE CABIN ALTITUDE CONTROL SYSTEM. ALL WORK PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DASSAULT FAN JET FALCON MAINTENANCE MANUAL. AIRCRAFT WAS TEST FLOWN AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AIR CONDITIONING VALVE STUCK PARTIALLY OPEN NOT ALLOWING ENOUGH AIR INTO THE CABIN TO PRESSURIZE. REPLACED VALVE WITH SERVICEABLE VALVE. PERFORED OPS CHECK IAW MM.
CAPTAINS SIDE WINDSHIELD INNER LAMINATE CRACKED DUE TO INNER HEATING ELEMENTS SHORTING. WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED WITH NEW WINDSHIELD IAW MM.
WHEN LANDING GEAR WAS SELECTED UP, A POP WAS HEARD AND AFTER GEAR RETRACTION, THE RED UNSAFE LIGHT STAYED ILLUMINATED. THE GEAR WAS SELECTED DOWN, AND THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT. INSPECTION OF THE LANDING GEAR SHOWED THE NOSE GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR ROD END HAD FAILED. THE EXACT CAUSE OF THE FAILURE IS UNKNOWN, THE ROD END/ACTUATOR WILL BE REPLACED, AND THE DOOR UPLOCKS AND TELEFORCE CABLE RIGGING WILL BE CHECKED IAW THE FALCON 20 MM. (X)
AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED TOTAL LOSS OF NR 1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE AND QUANTITY. REPLACED CRACKED NR 4 HYDRAULIC HARD LINE AT AIRBRAKE DISTRIBUTER WITH NEW. CLEANED AND CHECKED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FILTERS. REPLACED NR 1 ENGINE DRIVEN HYDRAULIC PUMP WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE. BLED SYSTEM AND LEAKED CHECKED IAW FALCON 20 MM.
