MULTIPLE STRUCTURAL FAILURES OF THE R/H AILERON DUE TO DELAMINATION/DEBONDING. THESE EVENTS HAVE OCCURRED ON THE SAME AILERON THREE SEPARATE TIMES, AND A LOANER AILERON ONCE. ADDITIONALLY, THERE HAVE BEEN TWO IMPROPER AILERON RIGGING EVENTS BY GULFSTREAM TECHNICIANS, RESULTING IN REWORK. THE FULL DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENTS WILL NOT FIT INTO THE 1500 CHARACTER LIMIT.
