CORROSION FOUND INSIDE MAST DURING 12 MONTH INSPECTION
STRONG FUEL SMELL NOTED DURING FLIGHT. UPON MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, FOUND FUEL FILLER CAP O-RING WORN, WHICH ALLOWED THE CAP TO LEAK FUEL.
ON FLIGHT 4684, CREW REPORTED A ACRID SMELL IN COCKPIT ON APPROACH TURNED OFF WINDSHIELD HEAT 1 AND 2 SMELL DISSIPATED. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED FO'S WINDSHIELD TEMP CONTROLLER IAW EMB 135 AMM 30-42-01. OPERATION CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON FLIGHT 4557, CREW REPORTED THAT AFTER TAKEOFF LANDING GEAR AIR/GND FAIL CAUTION MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. RETURNED FOR NORMAL LANDING. AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED LGEU IAW EMB 135 32-32-01. PERFORMED OPERATIONAL CHECK NO DEFECTS OR MESSAGES NOTED. PERFORMED FCF, NO DEFECTS OR MESSAGES NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO JFK, ON TAKEOFF FROM DCA HEADING TO BOS RECEIVED LANDING GEAR AIR/GROUND FAIL MSG AND GEAR HANDLE WOULD NOT GO TO THE UP POSITION. FLEW WITH GEAR DOWN INTO JFK FOR REPAIR. DID DECLARE EMERGENCY. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK PROX SWITCH, BOTH LT MLG PROX SWITCH, AND LANDING GEAR MODULE. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON LANDING, THE AIRCRAFT SWERVED RIGHT UNCONTROLLABLY, NOSE WHEEL STEERING DISCONNECTED. AIRCRAFT DEPARTED THE SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND THEN RETURNED BACK ON TO THE RUNWAY. REPLACED FEED BACK POTENTIOMETER, P0054 PLUG, STEERING MANIFOLD AND ALL 6 TIRES. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS FOR CENTERING CHECK. PASSED HIGH-SPEED TAXI CHECK. CLE - FLT 4384 - DURING TAKEOFF CREW NOTED E2 THRUST/REVERSER DISAGREE MESSAGE. RETURNED TO CLE WITH NO FURTHER INCIDENTS REPORTED. PUT ON MEL AT THIS TIME. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED STOW/TRANSIT MICROSWITCH ADJUSTMENT IAW EMB MM 78-34-01. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
