DURING CRUISE FLIGHT BOTH BLEED AIR OVERHEAT LIGHT ILLUMINATED. CREW DIVERTED TO KDEN. DURING MAINTENANCE, LEFT ENGINE ANTI-ICE BYPASS VALVE WAS FOUND DEFECTIVE. VALVE WAS REPLACED IN ACCORDANCE TO AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL AND RETUNED TO SERVICE.
