OK FOR FLIGHT OPS AT THIS OPEN. NO DAMAGE TO DOOR OR SURROUNDING AIRCRAFT AREA. LATCHES TIME SECURE TIGHTLY ON EXT POWER DOOR, LIKELY LEFT OPEN AT PREVIOUS STATION. DID NOT FIND ANY OTHER DEFECTS TO CAUSE VIBRATION.
