DC GENERATION AND CONTROL: REPEAT WRITEUP. ON TAKEOFF THE CYAN ELECTRICAL FAULT MESSAGE DISPLAYED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. THE AMP LOAD ON THE SYSTEM WAS 120 ON THE LEFT, 55 ON THE APU AND 60 ON THE RIGHT. PICTURES OF THE SCHEMATIC ARE ATTACHED. ON THE MDC 3 ELECTRICAL FAULTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER. B3-007828 R LOGIC PCB THEN THE B3-007105 L LOGIC PCB FOLLOWED BY THE B3-22690 APU LOGIC PCB. PICTURES ATTACHED AS WELL. // SIGN OFF // POWERED ON AIRCRAFT AND STARTED THE APU. DUPLICATED THE SQUAWK AND COULD NOT PRESSUREIZE THE AIRCRAFT. INSPECTED THE CONTROLLER AND FOUND THE CONNECTOR SLIGHTLY DISCONNECTED. REMOVED, INSPECTED, AND REINSTALLED CONNECTOR AND OPS CHECK GOOD. PRESSURIZED AIRCRAFT WITH BOTH ENGINES AS WELL AS THE APU. ALL MX CW IN REF TO CE-560 XL AMM 21-30-00,
R ENG OIL PRESS LOW CAS ILLUMINATED - IN FLIGHT AT FL410 RIGHT ENG OIL PRESS LOW RED CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED. OIL PRESS WAS CONFIRMED LOW ON EICAS. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND SECURED THE ENGINE. ON POST FLIGHT NO VISIBLE OIL LEAKING FROM RIGHT ENGINE AND VISUAL CHECK OF OIL SIGHT GAUGE SHOWED IN THE NORMAL RANGE. MDC B3 CODE 303731. PER MAINTENANCE CONTROL SWAPPED LH AND RH OIL FILTER MODULES AND OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS IAW AS907-2-1A LMM 72-05-22. REMOVED AND REPLACED W4 HARNESS WITH NEW IAW LMM 72-05-22. ALL OPERATIONAL AND LEAKS CHECKS SATISFACTORY AT THIS TIME.
LOSS OF BRAKING DURING LANDING ROLLOUT. PERFORMED NORMAL BRAKE SYSTEM OPS FROM EACH POSITION AND BOTH TOGETHER, BRAKE SYSTEM FUNCTIONED NORMALLY IAW AMM 32-40-20.
AFTER TAKEOFF, HAD SMOKE IN COCPIT AND CABIN. WENT THROUGH EMERGENCY PROCEDURE DUMPED CABIN AND WENT TO RAM. SMOKE STOPPED AND LANDED IMMEDIATELY. REMOVED AND REPLACED ENGINE. ALL WORK PERFORMED IAW G200 AMM 71-00-00 AND PW306 EMM 71-00-00.
AFTER TAKEOFF, RETRACTED GEAR AND RECEIVED A GEAR UNSAFE INDICATION ON LT MLG. RED HASHES. RETURNED TO DPARTURE & WHEN MLG WAS SELECTED DOWN, RECEIVED THREE GREEN. PERFORMED UPLOCK ADJUSTMENT, PERFORMED MAXIMUM RETRACTION PRESSURE CHECK AND FOUND LT AFT UPLOCK OUT OF ADJUSTEMNT. ADJUSTED AFT UPLOCK IAW AMM 32-10-11 AND VERIFIED PROPER RETRACTION PRESSURE WITH AND WITHOUT WEIGHTS ON GEAR DOOR. FOUND PRESSURES WITHIN LIMITS. VERIFIED LATERAL GAP OF FWD AND AFT UPLOCKS WITHIN LIMITS. PERFORMED SEVERAL RETRACTION AND EXTENSION CYCLES WITH NO DEFECT IAW AMM 32-30-00.
DURING DESCENT AT APPROX 13,000 FEET, ATTEMPTED TO EXTEND THE FLAPS TO 20 THE SLAT/FLAP MAINT MESSAGE CAME ON AND THEY STOPPED AT 18 DEGREES. RECYCLED THE FLAPS AND THE MESSAGE CAME ON AGAIN AND FLAPS STOPPED AT 6 DEGREES. RECYCLED FLAPS AGAIN, THIS TIME THE MESSAGE CAME ON AND THE FLAPS WOULD NOT MOVE FROM THE 0 POSITION. LANDED WITH KRUEGERS AND SLATS EXTENDED, FLAPS AT 0. FSECU HAD FLAP SYSTEM JAM LIGHT ILLUMINATED. REMOVED FLAP PDU AND INSTALLED REPAIRED FLAP PDU IAW CMP 275210. COMPLIED WITH CMP 275101 FLAP/SLAT CONTROL AND DRIVE SYS FUNCTIONAL TESTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
AFTER SHUTDOWN WAS NOTIFIED BY GROUND PERSONEL OF SMOKE AND FLAMES COMING FROM LEFT MAIN INBOARD GEAR. OBSERVED ONLY SMOKE DURING POST FLIGHT INSPECTION. LEFT MAIN GEAR ASSEMBLY WAS CONSIDERABLY HOTTER TO THE TOUCH THEN THE RIGHT. REMOVED WHEEL ASSY AND BRAKE ASSY AND INSTALLED O/H BRAKE ASSY. INSTALLED WHEEL ASSY IAW MM CHAPTER 32-40-21, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
EVEN PRESSURE BRAKING CAUSES ACFT TO AGGRESSIVELY VEER LEFT. R & R NR 4 MAIN BRAKE ASSY. BLED ALL AIR FROM BRAKE HYD SYS. PERFORMED TAXI CHECK WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-40-21.
SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, GOT AMBER EFIS MISCOMPARE MSG FOLLOWED BY AMBER IAS & ALT FLAGS ON BOTH PFD`S. AFTER CONSULTING ACP & MX, DIVERTED. PRIOR TO LANDING HEARD "POP" SOUND & ALL INSTRUMENTS RETURNED TO NORMAL. ON POST FLT, DISCOVERED PINS FOR RT LARGE SQUARE STATIC COVER INSTALLED. COVER ITSELF WAS MISSING. NO INDICATIONS OF WING DAMAGE OR ENG INGESTION. ALL INDICATIONS DURING TAKEOFF ROLL WERE NORMAL. ADDITIONAL INFO UPON FURTHER POSTFLIGHT INS, THERE APPEARS TO BE DAMAGE TO THE RT HORIZ STABILIZER JUST OUTSIDE DEICE BOOT. (K)
WHEN GEAR WAS EXTENDED, LT MAIN AND NOSE EXTENDED NORMALLY. RT MAIN GEAR INDICATOR TURNED YELLOW AND THEN WE GOT A RED "GEAR UNSAFE" INDICATION. WE INTIATED A GO-AROUND AND RAN CHECKLIST. UPON CYCLING THE GEAR HANDLE, WE GOT ALL 3 GEAR GREEN INDICATIONS. REMOVED FAILED RT MAIN GEAR ACTUATOR AND INSTALLED A REPAIRED ACTUATOR. ACCOMPLISHED OPS & LEAK CHECKS. ALL CHECKS SATISFACTORY. IAW CMP 321004 AND MM 32-10-20 & 32-10-15.
AT FL 180, GEAR INDICATIONS APPEARED ON EICAS, RT. MAIN SHOWING YELLOW LINES FOR APPROX 10 SECS. AT FL 320 GEAR INDIACTIONS APPEARED AGAIN, STAYING ON. ALTERNATING YELLOW AND UP. FOR ABOUT 3-5 SECONDS REDLINES APPEARED THEN BACK TO YELLOW. SLOWED, INITIATED DESCENT AND GEAR INDICATIONS WENT NORMAL (BLANK) LDG GEAR CAME DOWN NORMALLY AND ALL INDICATIONS NORMAL. 3 GREEN. FOUND RT FWD AND AFT CONNECTOR PROXIMITY SWITCHES TO BE FAULTY REMOVED RT FWD AND AFT MLG PROXIMITY SWITCHES AND INSTALLED TWO INSPECTED PROXIMITY SWITCHES ONE FOR THE FORWARD PROX SWITCH AND ONE FOR THE AFT. ALL WORK DONE IAW MM 32-10-11 AND 32-30-00, OPS CHECK GOOD.
MAIN BRAKES REQUIRE EXCESSIVE PRESSURE ON TOE BRAKES TO SLOW OR STOP ACFT. REMOVED AND REPLACED NR 2 BRAKE REF MM 32-40-21 REF CMP 324302 COMPLIED WITH BRAKE BLEED AND OPS CHECK REF CMP 324005 AND 324017.
