DAMAGE DISCOVERED TO THE #1 ENGINE RIGHT SIDE THRUST REVERSER TRANSLATING SLEEVE. 2 HORIZONTAL GOUGES 7 INCHES LONG, 1/4 DEEP INTO COMPOSITE SKIN APPROXIMATELY 4 INCHES APART. BOEING SR ISSUED FOR PERMANENT REPAIR IN 25 CYCLES.
FOD DAMAGE FOUND TO THE #1 ENGINE RH SIDE THRUST REVERSER TRANSLATING SLEEVE AT TWO POINTS BETWEEN NAC 230-240 WL 71-72. A MAJOR REPAIR WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED TO THE TRANSLATING SLEEVE.
DURING WEEKLY SERVICE CHECK FOUND FWD FLIGHT ATTENDANT JUMP SEAT OXYGEN BOTTLE UNSERVCIEABLE.
