DOOR MOTOR KEPT RUNNING UNTIL DOOR LOCK WAS ENGAGED. //SIGNOFF// VERIFIED DISCREPANCY. CHECKED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AIRSTAIR STOW SWITCHES. OUTSIDE SWITCH WAS GOOD. INSIDE SWITCH WAS STUCK IN THE PRESSED POSITION. FOUND THE SWITCH PANEL WAS BROKEN CAUSING THE BUTTON TO GET STUCK. CONTACTED MCC AND PLACED SWITCH PANEL ON ORDER. RETRIEVED PART FROM NJA KSJC STOCKROOM. REMOVED SWITCH PANEL P/N:MSP3009-301 -000 S/N:000290. INSTALLED NEW SWITCH PANEL P/N:MSP3009-301-000 S/N:000937. PERFORMED OPS-CHECK AND OPS-CHECK GOOD. WORK PERFORMED IRW CL-350 SMM 44-10-15. 14FEB2024.

REPLACED NR 1 AFT RAD ALT ANT PN S67-2002, SN 543-66568 WITH NEW ANT PN S67-2002, SN 543-69568 IAW G200 CMP 344403. REMOVED RADIO ALTIMETER TRANSCEIVER PN 822-0615-315, SN 2L76L & INSTALLED AN OVERHAULED RADIO ALTIMETER TRANSCEIVER PN 822-0615-315, SN 12HLD IAW 200 CMP 344402. PERFORMED RADIO ALTIMETER SYS FUNCTIONAL TEST IAW G200 CMP 344410 WITH NO FAULTS FOUND AT THIS TIME.

FOUND RT ENGINE OIL OVERSERVICED BY 1.5 QUARTS AND LT ENGINE OVERSERVICED BY 1 QUART. ADJUSTED OIL LEVEL TO PROPER LEVEL IAW G-200 MM 12-17-00. RAN BOTH ENGINE FOR 30 MINUTES AND NO SMOKE OR SMELL WAS PRESENT.

ON TAKEOFF, AFTER SELECTING GEAR UP, IT SEEMS LIKE ALL THE GEAR RETRACT NORMALLY EXCEPT THE LT MAIN INDICATES RED HASH MARKS. THE OTHER (2) INDICATE UP, BUT THE LT MAIN STAYS RED HASH MARKS. IT STAYS THIS WAY WITH NO CHANGE OR INPUT FROM US FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES OF FLIGHT TIME. THEN IT SHOWS A QUICK AMBER HASH BOX AND STRAIGHT TO A WHITE UP BOX. THE GEAR COMES DOWN WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. CHECKED UPLOCK HYD LOCKING PRESSURES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. CHECKED PROXIMITY SWITCH ADJUSTMENTS AND NOTED LT AFT SWITCH JUST OUTSIDE THE UPPER LIMIT. ADJUSTED SWITCH AND OPS CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE IAW MM 32-10-10.
