WHEN BLEEDS ARE SWITCHED FROM APU TO ENGINES AFTER TAKEOFF THERE IS AN ODOR FOR ABOUT 5-10 MINUTES FROM THE AIR VENTS PAX SAID IT WAS A SMOKY TYPE ODOR CAN BE SMELLED ON CABIN AND COCKPIT. RAN ENGINES BEFORE AND AFTER INSPECTIONS, APU START UP AND RUN WAS NORMAL, MAIN ENGINE STARTUP AND RUNS NORMAL, AND NO SMELL NOTED REGARDLESS OF BLEED SOURCE. REMOVED RAM AIR LOWER DUCT, CLEANED BUGS FROM ON THE PRE COOLER AND REINSTALLED EXISTING RAM AIR LOWER DUCT IAW AMM 21-53-17-400-801. SQK 58 BOROSCOPED APU COMPRESSOR INLET AND BREATHER TUBE ON APU AND REMOVED CICADA FOD FROM COMPRESSOR SCREEN AND INLET PLENUM. BREATHER TUBE WAS FREE OF CICADAS. NO DISCREPANCIES NOTED.

MAIN ENTRENCE DOOR WILL NOT CLOSE. REACHES A HALF WAY POINT AND WILL NOT MOVE FURTHER. DOOR WILL NOT OPEN FULLY. AIRSTAIR UNUSABLE. CREW WHO EXPLAINED THAT FUELER BUMPED THE INNER DOOR HANDLE TO THE LOCKED POSTION WHILE DOOR WAS OPEN. RECYCLED HANDLE TO THE UNLOCKED POSTION AND CLOSED DOOR WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. COMPLETED ADJUSTMENT TEST OF DOOR IAW CL350 AMM 52-11-00, OPS CHECK GOOD. NOTED MINOR SCUFFED PAINT ON FUSELAGE SKIN FROM DOOR TOUCHING PAINT, PROX L" X 0.25", NO DENTS OR SCRATCHES NOTED IN SKIN. TOUCHED UP PAINT IAW CL350 SRM 51- 1-10 AS REQUIRED.

COCKPIT ODOR BURNING SMELL - AFTER TAKEOFF AND TRANSFERRING THE BLEEDS TO THE ENGINES AND THE APU WAS SHUT DOWN. WHILE CLIMBING THROUGH AROUND 8000 FEET WE NOTICED A DISTINCT ODOR THAT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE, WITH NO VISIBLE SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT OR CABIN. QRC AND QRH FOR SMOKE/FIRE/FUMES WAS /ACCOMPLISHED. WHEN CABIN WAS DUMPED AND AIR SOURCE REMOVED, THE ODOR WENT AWAY. ODOR WAS DISTINCTLY ENVIRONMENTAL IN SMELL.// SIGNOFF// FOUND APU OIL OVER SERVICED. BORESCOPED APU TURBINE INLET, INLET SCREEN ARID CARBON SEAL AND VERIFIED SMALL AMOUNT OF OIL. CORRECTLY SERVICED APU OIL. RAN APU FOR 20 MINUTES AND SHUT DOWN, AND VERIFIED CORRECT APU OIL LEVEL SERVICE. COMPLIED WITH THE LIEBHERR-AEROSPACE SERVICE INFORMATION LETTER LS_CL300_01 - VERIFIED THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, AND PERFORMED OVER 45 MINUTES OF REQUIRED ENGINES AND APU RUNS IN THE MULTIPLE CONFIGURATIONS THE SERVICE LETTER REQUIRED. IN ADDITION TO THE SERVICE LETTER, TO TRY AND DUPLICATE THE PILOTS SQUAWK EVEN BETTER, WENT UP TO POWER WITH BOTH ENGINES (TAKE-OFF POWER NOT ACHIEVED), AND SWITCHED FROM ENGINE BLEED TO APU BLEED MULTIPLE TIMES AT MULTIPLE TEMPERATURE SETTINGS. THROUGH ALL TROUBLESHOOTING TODAY, IT WAS NOTED THAT BOTH TECHNICIANS WORKING THIS AIRCRAFT TODAY DID NOT ONCE EXPERIENCE A BURNING SMELL OR SMOKE. RETURNED AIRCRAFT AND APU BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL CONDTIONS. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME. WORK WITH REF. R & R CIRCUIT CARD 82P. PERFORMED OPS CHECKS OF ANNUNCIATOR TEST SYSTEM & EJECTOR FLOW CONTROL VALVE, AND HEATER BLANKETS. NO DEFECTS NOTED IAW AMM 31-50-05 & 30-10-10.

ON GEAR RETRACTION, GEAR RETRACTED NORMALLY, WITH WHITE UP MESSAGES. AFTER ABOUT 30 SECONDS A YELLOW GEAR IN TRANSIT MESSAGE APPEARED ON THE RT MAIN GEAR, FOLLOWED CLOSELY BY A RED GEAR STUCK IN TRANSIT MESSAGE. PUT GEAR DOWN, RECEIVED THREE GREEN AND EXTENDED NORMALLY. MADE NORMAL LANDING. TROUBLESHOT TO A FAULTY RT MLG DOOR PROX SWITCH (AFT). REMOVED SWITCH ASSY AND REPLACED WITH A NEW ASSY, PERFORMED ADJUSTMENTS AND OPS CHECKS, AND ALL CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME. WORK DONE IAW MM, CHP 32-10-11.
